    Garlic Parmesan wings and fries
    Victoria C.

We went New Year's Eve and the wait staff was very short handed to my knowledge. Our waitress was sweet. We ordered garlic Parmesan wings, lemon pepper wings and fries. The Parmesan wings were not good, the lemon pepper were ok. Unfortunately out fries didn't taste fresh but the waiters did replace with a fresh order. I'm assuming it was because they were short handed that the place looked a wreck as well.

This is a photo of how my wings came!

This is the absolute worst customer service from a manager I've ever received. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. This manager truly deserves to loose his job which is why I'm escalating to higher ups. . (Manager was Michael? I think his name was) Ordered through DoorDash and the food came COMPLETELY UNSAUCED. PLAIN wings despite having proof of my order of wings with sauce. This would've been fine (despite the inconvenience) if they were willing to fix it or refund but they REFUSED to rectify it in any way despite me having proof of the food and proof of my order. They told me ver batum "the manager told me to tell you he can't talk to you bc he has a table of 30 he's serving. So he just can't help you" Are you kidding me?? I ALREADY PAID FOR MY FOOD AND DESERVE SERVICE AS MUCH AS ANYONE ELSE. THEN after calling back 5 more times to get the manager (they kept putting me on hold and then hanging up) he finally comes on the phone and ver batum tells me "as far as im concerned we did our job. Take it up with DoorDash. Once it's out our door it's their responsibility." He then told me I was lying and that his associates checked the order before it went out. I HAVE THE PROOF OF THE FOOD AND OFFERED TO SEND A PHOTO OF IT OR EVEN BRING IT UP THERE! He then basically told me to go fuck myself. How is them making my food wrong DoorDashs responsibility to fix? And since when is it acceptable to treat customers or any human being like this? I will never eat there again. And I will be reporting this manager to higher-ups. I will also make sure to tell of this experience to every person (which is a lot considering I speak at conferences!) because it's absolutely unacceptable to steal from people and to treat them this way.

Does that look like a sauced wing?

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. Service is unacceptable, wings were cold and poorly sauced. The manager should be ashamed to be associated with this business. Overall experience was poor, with minimal expectations met. At the very least, the waitstaff should ask to refill drinks or bring food that is of acceptable quality. Only got 1 out of the 3 drink orders right and after telling the waiter, they never resolved the issue. We will not be visiting this location again.

boneless wings. honey bbq (top) lemon pepper sauce (bottom) brown rocks basically

first time ordering from this b dubs location... and probably the last . biggest waste of $30. boneless wings were so dry and overcooked with very very very very minimal sauce on it. (ordered lemon pepper sauce and honey bbq) I felt like a dog eating kibble, and not even the good kind. the dusty, bottom-of-the-bag, "my-husky-would rather starve" kind. and to make it worse, the fried pickles and cheese curds were greasy and soggy. (yet still tasted better) just an all-around disappointing meal. 0/10 would not recommend.

    Cauliflower Wings
    V T.

Craving wings we decided to try it on a Friday night.. we were greeted at the front and were told if just the two of us the food would be hotter if we sat at the bar so we did, Melissa immediately greeted us with a smile and took our drink order.. we decided on cauliflower wings, 10 traditional lemon pepper, a side salad, a Blue Moon and water.. timing of food was great and the host was right the food was hot. Just one hitch we wanted cauliflower naked sauce on side and no onions and it came out doused in sauce with tons of green onions, melissa had it remade but took awhile to get the new one made. All in all it was great service and the wings were still the best that we've had in the area and we love our wings. Pic of our cauliflower it's delicious but not sure we'd buy at $18.99 (Lg) but we used rewards pints for it.

You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

We didn't even finish our food and gave it to our dogs instead. The atmosphere was...gross and felt trashy with loud drunks. Daytime might be different but cheaper beer and much more enjoyable food is incredibly plentiful around here. We have no reason to return.

My wife ordered the veggie burger with paneer, and even as a meat-eater, I was impressed. The fries? Out of this world. Crispy, seasoned just right, and served hot. But the cheese curds... wow. Hands down the best I've ever had. They've got this spicy, crispy breading and a dipping sauce that takes them to another level. Seriously--Keith Lee would love this place. The drinks were on point, the bartender was super welcoming, and the whole staff--including the owner--made us feel right at home. You can tell they care about the food and the customer experience. We were honestly surprised it wasn't packed. With food this good, a chill sports bar vibe, and TVs everywhere, this place should be way more popular. @Dallas101 should definitely feature it. It's exactly the kind of under-the-radar spot people need to know about. If you're in the area--GO. Whether you want a laid-back lunch, a spot to catch a game, or just some incredible bar food, Prism is a total win. We'll definitely be back.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some initial confusion. When we sat down, the bartender mentioned that happy hour was only Monday through Thursday, even though the menu clearly states Monday to Friday. Thankfully, our waitress was more knowledgeable and confirmed it's indeed Monday to Friday. We ordered a Blue Moon, a frozen margarita with Tajín, and the appetizer platter--which included boneless wings with Boom Boom sauce, cheese bites, fries, and onion rings. The wings and onion rings were excellent, and the cheese bites were good while warm. The fries, however, seemed like they may have been refried. We also tried the Mirchi Madness Paneer, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend this spot--even just to hang out.

We always looked forward to ordering the crab cakes and calamari, but the quality of the food and portion sizes have changed drastically. The crab cakes were especially disappointing. You now receive two very small, heavily breaded crab cakes that no longer have the same flavor or quality they once did. The corn succotash served alongside them was overwhelmingly vinegary and difficult to eat. Next came the calamari appetizer, which was just as disappointing. It was over-fried with an extremely hard breading, and the calamari itself had a strange, spongy texture. It honestly tasted similar to imitation crab meat, which I didn't even think was possible for calamari. It was very unpleasant and not at all what we've experienced here in the past. This used to be our go-to spot because we genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere and the waiting staff, we've built great relationships with a few of them. The drinks are still good, and the overall vibe of the restaurant remains enjoyable. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I'm not sure we're willing to give it another chance unless things return to the quality they once had. Considering the price we paid compared to the food we received, we were so disappointed that we decided not to order our entrées. Instead, we wrapped up our meal and headed to Brass Tap House. It's sad to see such a noticeable decline at a place our family used to love so much.
