Chop Shop Sports Grill is located right off 121 and Exchange. It's a little tucked in the back of the shopping center, but its a really cool spot with a balcony and access to an open area with a stage. There's a band typically playing on weekends in the open area, and I imagine you can see them very well if you're on the roof top. The place gets crowded depending on whats playing on one of the many TV's in this spot, and even when packed, the service is pretty good. You can sit inside or outside, or in between (table located right by the patio, which is open). You can also sit on the roof top, but I've not done this yet. The food is bar food, but what else would you serve in a bar? The quality of the food is always good, and I've not had an experience where I did not enjoy my food. The place is so big, with so many features, I haven't yet had a chance to enjoy them all. There's a little arcade spot behind the bar with games and basketball. I've never done this portion of the bar yet, but I'm sure I'll work my way to it eventually. The bathrooms have always been clean when I have to use one, and the staff here is always accommodating. There have been a few times where I waited a little longer than normal, but nothing extraordinary. My overall impression is solid. This is my go to spot if i want to catch a sporting even with a few of the fellas. They get it right on so many levels, and they also happen to be located close to home. read more

This is located in the new Hub 121. Great place to spend time with friends! It has an open garage type feel with a great patio. Food was bar-type to me. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwhich which was super greasy and didn't have alot of taste. But the atmosphere made up for it. Right when we were leaving, we saw a server going through an elevator that we had not noticed so we decided to check it out. Lo and behold, it went up to an outside patio with another bar. This place just opened up down the street from my office building. I'm actually able to walk to it, which I'm excited about when I don't want to drive anywhere. I called ahead and ordered the pastrami sandwich with waffle fries and was told it would be about 15 minutes. Upon arriving, my order was ready. I picked up my order about 11:20 am, so they had just opened, and no one was there yet. It looked like a cool place inside - bar style with arcade games in there as well. There's also outside seating. I got back to my desk and it was good & tasty!! The waffle fries were seasoned, and the sandwich was warm and tasty... loved the sauce. Astonishingly disappointing service on the terrace every Friday! I am out of ideas how to get the servers' attention. I am here almost every Friday, alone with family or with my dog, for live music and cold beer. I sit on the terrace, sometimes at a table and other times on the bench and it can take up to 40 minutes to get a beer. Servers walk past and look away and say nothing. Not Hey, Welcome, someone will be right with you. Or Let me know your server know that you are here. Nada. I have to flag dowb bus boys, asking them to find my server. Almost every time. Sometimes they take your drink order and disappear for 20 minutes. I am not even upset about this anymore. I am amused. Feeling of general carelessness and lack of sense of urgency. Food is an attempt at upscale bar fare, but it doesn't deliver on the "upscale" part except in presentation. The hot chicken sandwich was served warm- but with zero spice. Classic burger was fine but unmemorable. All sandwiches use a romaine iceberg lettuce mix which is meh. The fries are perfect- no notes. I think all 3 of the staff that was there was more interested in socializing then anything else. it wasn't busy at all but the bathroom was disgusting and dirty it had trash on the floor. there are no toilet paper holders so the toilet paper was literally sitting on the ground. The restaurant itself is a fun environment with towering windows, floor to ceiling, two glass garage doors that open, leading out to a nice sized patio. Hub 121 has free music events that start around, and the vands are the same as those that play at other bars and event locatioms in the area. When the bands are not playing, they have lively music playing to kerp it fun. They have both high top and low top seating. The trash can nachos they wdre generous eith the bacon but the other topings were limited. My adult son didn't care for the cheese & the salsa was sweet like pasta sauce. The El Camino sandwich was soggy but tasty. It is stacked high. The Chophouse classic hamburger my family member had was okay for a burger. The blue moon beer on tap was fresh. I wanted the Cobb salad, but it was $15 with no meat & $5 for chicken. Pricey for a basic salad. I got a side salad for $1 with my sandwich instead of fries.
