The pizza was great, Cadillac has a really cool design with a small patio and deck area (some tables, high tops, and bar stool seating) and inside, a more typical dining area off of the bar. The live music last night was fun (I heard Nirvana, Prince, and Green Day covered in the acoustic set...seems like they have a variety of artists come through). Had the goat + fig pizza: very light and nice. A great place to sit outside when the weather isn't too cold/hot. read more

Such a cute and fun place! Came around 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening and was sat right away at an outside high top. Service was quick and we ordered the cheese bread (10/10) and the All-American which is similar to a meat lovers with pepperoni, ham and bacon. Both were amazing!! The pizza has a super thin crust so it was perfect for my brother and I to split. Next time we wanna try the desert, cocktails, and other items that looked tastey on the menu! read more

While driving around McKinney, my Hubby and I pulled into a parking lot just shy of the square to get directions for our next adventure and saw this place out of the corner of our eyes... so of course had to Yelp it to see what others were saying.... And we couldn't agree more!!! Definitely amazing, delicious and such quick service! The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, the staff was all smiling and such a delight to be around. This was a first time coming here for my family and I. We love all of the other restaurants within this group. We ordered the baked wings, a small Caesar salad and a cheese pizza. The service was great! The wings were smoking hot and delicious. We went with bbq wings which they were able to do even though the menu only says buffalo. The pizza was the perfect crust to cheese ratio and the caesar salad was awesome with nice size pieces of Parmesan. We will be back here again soon to try some of the other pizzas and dessert! read more

Visited Cadillac Pizza Pub on a Wednesday at around 5:50pm. We got the last table available inside at this time. This is a fun lil spot in downtown McKinney. We tried Classic Caddy Pizza and the Queen Margherita Pizza with Pancetta added on top. Loved the Margherita pizza. We also order two appetizers, the hot spinach and artichoke dip and the stuffed goat cheese mushrooms. These were both very delicious, def recommend! Tried the Caddy Mule, very refreshing and unique taste. Great service here, good food. read more

This place was recommended by multiple people so we had to give it a try! Now, don't get me wrong, it was GOOD, but not up to the hype. The rotating pizzas, beers, and themed items are a fun addition that we did not try today. Our server was fantastic in recommending items and offering alternatives to our tastes and preferences. We ended up getting the spinach and artichoke app, half and half pixza of the bbq chicken one and chicken bacon boom boom. I preferred the bbq, my husband preferred the chicken bacon one. Both were yummy. The lunch deal is a STEAL for $15, salad, personal pizza and fountain drink?! We didn't take advantage but what a great deal!! What a lovely local pizza spot and pub! We felt right at home with crowded fun filled family atmosphere inside! Amelia attended to us with a genuine smile and attention and I could see every of the Caddy staff was just as good when interacting the patrons! The beers we ordered were chilled and refreshing, the appetizer was very tasty, while half n half pizza (Classic Caddy & Bee's Kness) was perfectly wood fired with a thin crust and amazingly fresh ingredients. When walking in, you get an immediate hit of the smell of pizza that makes you want to wait for it when checking in. Saying that, we waited about 1.5 hours on the Yelp queue to get a table. With the amount of people there, the staff did there best to turn tables and offer good service. I enjoyed the music and artist that was there at night. The highlight of the night was the stuffed goat cheese mushrooms, wow it was something. I would like to mention, I don't even enjoy mushrooms, but this appetizer was different! The waitress reccommend the Farmers Pie and it was a solid choice. Everything tasted fresh and didnt make me uncontrollably full. Overall a solid pick for dinner for the night in downtown McKinney. I was in town visiting my grandson and we all met up here at Cadillac Pizza for lunch and I'm so glad we did! They are nestled in downtown McKinney surrounded by lots of beautiful historic buildings. I was able to go on yelp and secure our place in line so by the time we got there, we were waiting for less than 10 minutes. We were quickly seated and had great service. The bees knees seem to have a lot of attention in other reviews so that was a definite must have for me. It was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy, the meat was sliced thin and evenly distributed. My husband got a classic margarita, pizza and added mushrooms and black olives. It was excellent, we are usually upset because they overdo the sauce and not enough cheese but this one was layered just right. My son got the smoked brisket barbecue pizza, and I could probably eat two of those all by myself! That is by far one of the most delicious pizzas I have ever had in my life! The sauce is perfect, the meat is tender, the onions are caramelized, I am willing to take the drive all the way back just to have it again! This place is a definite go to when you are in the mood for pizza. Really cool ambience and on certain days you can even catch some live music. read more

Wanted to give a shout out to the pizzas of the month. January, The Yeti. Love that Luscher's TX sausage, has a great kick. Very inventive to add the fried onions, yum! We also love the August pizza, the Green Hatch Chili, it's our fave with the brisket and bacon, so uncious. And not to forget the December pizza, the Santa Pie. The halved grape tomatoes and ample basil on this one make it fresh. They also have these monthly gems at their sister store Tavera Rossa in Plano, should you not want to make to hike to McKinney. My family and I had a very good experience at Cadillac Pizza Pub. We visited during an absolutely chaotic time--Oktoberfest--and were genuinely impressed with how well the staff handled the massive crowds. Service never felt rushed or disorganized, which was no small feat given how busy it was. They offer around a dozen different pizzas, so there's truly something for everyone. The crust is a nice middle ground--thinner than most traditional pizzas, thicker than Neapolitan, and far better than your typical fast takeout. In addition to pizza, they also have a solid selection of salads, pastas, and hot sandwiches. Despite the crowd, our food and drinks came out quickly, and everything tasted great. Sometimes having a thin crust (almost cracker thin) is just a requirement and this is the best place for it. When there is a thin crust I can put much more pizza away and pizza is my absolute favorite so yeah, I'm a bit of a pizza snob. The specialty pizzas are all amazing it's always hard to choose. My go to is the Bee's Knees cuz hot honey but sometimes I need something different. I had the Queen Margarita on my last visit and was not disappointed. I added pepperoni and wow, that hit in a way I didn't expect. The farmer's pie is great with its spicy red sauce. The monthly people's pies are also really fun. If you're looking for a starter don't sleep on the spicy sausage queso or the stuffed goat cheese mushrooms. Service is decent but I find not super attentive although that isn't a dealbreaker. The Caddy has decent inside searing although it can get loud, especially on nights with live music. The patio is nice, as well. read more

Just visited for the second time and it was amazing!! This is by far my favorite pizza in the DFW area! We started with splitting the Snappy Apple & Pear Salad, which was delicious. It had a wonderful maple cider vinaigrette and was perfect for sharing between two people. For our pizzas, we ordered both the Bee's Knees and the Goat & Fig. The Goat & Fig pizza was good, it had a great balance of goat cheese with mozzarella and balsamic drizzle. However, the Bee's Knees was by far my favorite!! I enjoyed it during my last visit here and I've been dreaming about it ever since! It is a hot honey style pizza with spicy red sauce, hot soppressata, mozzarella, basil and local Texas honey. It is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy and is even better when you add some parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. We even ordered a second one to take home and it was just as good cold! Overall, Cadillac Pizza is one of my favorite places in downtown Mckinney and they have my favorite pizzas! The playlist here is also great which just adds to a fun, casual vibe. When I tell you that Cadillac has some of the best pizza I have ever had...I'm so serious. While in town, my boyfriend and I went here twice only a few days apart. The first time we dined in and the second time we ordered for carry out. Both times we got the Chicken Bacon Boom pizza because it was absolutely to die for. The balance of flavors, the freshness of ingredients, the CRUNCH from the homemade dough and wood-fired oven... I have no notes! I will be thinking about it forever I think! Our second time ordering, we got their lunch special, which included a personal size pizza (speciality or byo), a salad (ranch or caesar), and a drink, all for $13. Again, I got the CBB and my boyfriend got the Farmer's Pie, and both of us had the ranch salad. Obviously no notes because everything was Amazing! The personal pizzas were bigger than I expected, and the salads tins were filled all the way up! It only took 20 minutes to be ready too. While we never sat inside, only at the little bar out front with our dog, the ambiance inside and outside were both so great from what I could tell. The servers were so friendly (including very dog-friendly!) and overall provided great service whether we were dining in or picking up. This pizza is amazing! It's thin so I could eat five trays of it and still never get sick of it! The interior is loud, but if you get a seat outside, it is very nice though. For $13 you get a side salad, personal pan pizza, and a drink! I ordered a pepperoni pizza with red onions & a Caesar salad. I liked the pizza but I've better. I love that the crust is rather thin and not too thick. My daughter ordered the Chicken Bacon Boom Boom. She loved her pizza! The service was phenomenal! The place is small so I can imagine there's a wait later in the evening. The place was loud, even without a crowd. They appeared to have a nice selection of craft beers. The servers were friendly and the service was fast. However, I didn't enjoy their pizza as much as I thought I would for a pizza place. They only had one size (10"/medium) and it was extremely thin crust.....almost like a tortilla. I've been on the hunt for good pizza in TX... this place was a success! We sat at the bar because it was super crowded - I'd definitely recommend joining the waitlist ahead of time. I think of the two, the smokey pie was my favorite but both were great. The pizza dough was not anything special but I'm coming here more for the specialty pies/toppings.
