Me and my daughter came in and I order the 10 traditional wings and I was very disappointed with the wings they were very dry and over cooked the French fries tasted like if they have been sitting in the kitchen for a while and some of the fries where burned. Horrible experience. Waitress took our order and all seemed fine until someone else brought our food out. It's like Corporate BWW must have forgotten about the Eagle location and is just letting it go to waste. wings were over done - tasted like they were frozen and stale. they have Corsxon tequila on their HH menu but they admitted they never carry it. So had to pay more for a another tequila not on HH. It was mostly empty on. Friday at 5:00on so that says it all. A few years back, I visited this BWW often, enjoying the service and quality. I had been away for a year or so after a few mediocre experiences, but I returned for lunch yesterday and regretted it. I sat at the bar, where I was served by one woman, who was tending to the entire bar area. The food took an extremely long time to arrive. Then looking for napkins and ketchup, it took about 5 minutes before I could finally flag down a server from another area to help me out. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Though the service was awful, it was hard to blame the server. She was working hard but was totally overwhelmed by having to tend to so many customers. This is BWW. As you can see I mustered up the strength to choke down the driest piece of friend meat in the land. If you enjoy sitting a football field away from any of there 30 tv's this is the spot to be. They will seat you in narnia and not turn the tv's up to watch any games. Exceptional ambiance with a multitude of small children running around touching you and making you want to punt one. Not to mention some of the cleanest tables and carpet in here. 5 second rule doesn't apply anywhere. My party and myself felt rushed while trying to enjoy a bumson masterclass. I waited at the hostess station for over ten minutes before the manager came out and got on the phone to talk to a person complaining about their order before any hostesses showed up. By then, there were over ten people at the front door waiting to be helped. Three hostesses suddenly showed up and started helping customers. Finally got asked if I had been helped. Got my order shortly after. Got home and found that the kids pop was diet, not regular. We ordered three bags of veggies and got one bag with three carrots. My wife's bbq chicken salad didn't have bbq sauce on the chicken and didn't come with the dressing. As long as it takes to make the order, you'd think they have time to make sure the order was correct. When I called three times to talk to the manager, the automated system hung up on me when no one answered the phone. And all of this was on a quiet Tuesday evening. Knowing what i was getting because i've been to this exact location before i was excited to eat. But my food was absolutely disgusting. I payed beyond what id normally pay for food and it was such a horrible let down. I door dashed food because of not being able to get out of bed or drive to get any food because of the surgery i had 2 days ago. The mac and cheese i payed 6 dollars for. was horrible. it was as hard as a rock. Barely even half way full in the container. The sandwich was more than half the size it was last time. I have been to the Meridian location many times (service was never stellar)...but received a gift card for Christmas so I decided to give it a try, there was a wait for tables, but not in the bar I sat in the bar. There were four of us. We did not order food when we got there. We ordered beer it took about 10 minutes for our beer order to be taken and it took another 15 to 20 minutes to receive the beer at the table. I was a little annoyed so I approached the manager Ben just to bring it to his attention. He told me it had only been 15 minutes, which I know was not true. At that point I was going to let it go ....towards the end of our stay we ordered a to go order of 15 traditional wings ...after waiting another at least 30 minutes we then brought it up to the manager again. My interaction with him was ridiculous. At one point I suggested that his customer service skills be polished as an assistant general manager. I stated "you didn't even offer any assistance on our bill!!!.!" (I didn't want anything for free... I paid for my bill and left a tip over 20%) his comment to me was "oh is this about you wanting free stuff?"...WHO SAYS THAT AS AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER??? BEN DOES....‍ CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO REEVALUATE THIS GUYS POSITION.... I come from the service industry what he should've said was maybe they were short-staffed. Maybe they needed more staffing. The bartender was clearly extremely slow in whatever she was doing. Ordered a "adult" beverage for myself, a simple double bullet bourbon on the rocks, got served an old fashioned. Still a fan, did not feel in the mood to start BS. Ordered food, two of three of what was served was wrong. Fries were stale and almost unpalatable. On top of the black eyes, the manager of all people tries to deliver someone else's food to us, which even seemed to be our original order after we were almost done with the fodder we had been served. Huh? I mean, he should have known there was issues afoot and at least popped in to mention he was trying to fix it, and not add to the horseplay. Needless to say, we paid, still tipped and left. Worst BWW in Idaho! I've had previous issues here but this last time they really did it bad. I went in on a Sunday night, walked into the bar area for 15 mins.....no one came up to us. Moved over to general seating for 15 mins....no one came to help us. I had to ask "can we order some food?" to actually have someone come by. [30 mins just to get noticed] Then 15 mins later my wife got her food, but I didn't get mine until 30 mins later. [70 mins total now] After that, we noticed my wifes' wings were not even fully seasoned....they rushed out the order and didn't even care to coat all of the wings in seasoning! For one we never received a text saying our wait time was up and we could be seated, 20 minutes took almost one hour, till we walked up and almost left, we finally got seated two out of the three of us got our food way before the third gets there food, ten minutes after the two got there food, the server finally came up and asked how the food was while the third never received there food, 20 minutes after she finally received her food just 8 wings and a salad, we never received our refills of our drinks, the checks never got separated, and needless to say we will never be going back to that location and hope nobody else goes as well. 45 minute trip turned into almost two hours. read more

This is specific to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Nampa Idaho. They had open tables but refused to even take names to put on the list on UFC 309. Poor planning and managing on their part where I noticed they lost tons of business. We regularly visit Buffalo Wild Wings and have now had poor experiences 3 times with poor service and managing at this location. We will for now on be going to Dave and Busters or other locations for fight nights and possibly try Meridian Buffalo Wild Wings for our regular wing nights. Stay away from Nampa Bdubs. read more

Went here the other night for the first time ever...well, first time in Boise/Meridian. We went after looking at Christmas lights at Scentsy. I don't need to make this long like I usually do lol. This place was terrible. The place was a mess to begin with, food and crap all over the floors. I'm surprised the tables were wiped down to be honest. The vibe was depressing as hell too. The food was dry af and way too much salt on "naked chicken strips" I think they were called. Saige, our waiter I'm convinced hated us and for no reason. I just think he was having a bad night because he couldn't sell raffle tickets. He tried selling us those things, actually it was "buy gift cards and get raffle tickets for the 55 inch tv" I didn't want gift cards. I wouldn't want to give a gift card to a place like that hahaha! I did want that tv and the raffle tickets to try for it but that would only happen if I bought the gift cards. ANYWAY...Saige was upset because he said his friend was selling tons and he hadn't sold any. He was trying to guilt us into buying them and it made the entire situation/experience really weird. My friend immediately said after he tried guilting us "I do not like him. He makes me feel weird" haha! And she was right. Saige, just try selling those damn gift cards. Save the sob story for your mom or roommates. Not to sound too douchey but we as customers don't care how many your coworker has sold...especially when you're trying to sell them to us for $25 a piece. Anyway, that was my first experience at this place. Went to one in Scottsdale, AZ several times when I lived in AZ...why?? Because that shit was literally next door to my house hahaha! Four of us went out to dinner last night. We all ordered chicken wings and appetizers. Appetizers came out quick. They were delicious. The wings came out one person at a time 10 minutes apart, so it was over 30 minutes after the first dish was set down for the first customer Until the last Dish was set for the last customer. all sitting at the same table so by the time the last Dish was the first or one person is eating while everyone else is waiting.
