This is specific to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Nampa Idaho. They had open tables but refused to even take names to put on the list on UFC 309. Poor planning and managing on their part where I noticed they lost tons of business. We regularly visit Buffalo Wild Wings and have now had poor experiences 3 times with poor service and managing at this location. We will for now on be going to Dave and Busters or other locations for fight nights and possibly try Meridian Buffalo Wild Wings for our regular wing nights. Stay away from Nampa Bdubs. read more

Four of us went out to dinner last night. We all ordered chicken wings and appetizers. Appetizers came out quick. They were delicious. The wings came out one person at a time 10 minutes apart, so it was over 30 minutes after the first dish was set down for the first customer Until the last Dish was set for the last customer. all sitting at the same table so by the time the last Dish was the first or one person is eating while everyone else is waiting. Food is consistently good. Service BLOWS. It's not enough to smile and be polite. If the customer waits forever and never receives the full order, then you need to improve. Server took order, then disappeared. Food was brought by a different server and only half of it came out, then 20 minutes later a little more, and original server was checking in on all his other tables, ignoring ours. After we finished our wings the original server was there to ask if we were ready for the check. We STILL hadn't received everything we ordered. This gets you a lousy tip. TRY HARDER. I genuinely hate leaving less than 20% - I did restaurant work when I was younger and I know it's not easy and not everything is the server's fault but check on ALL of your tables and you'll actually EARN your tips. This was the worst BWW we have attended. Our waitress, Trina, said they serve food once it's done and don't wait to serve all the food at once. This really sucks because I like this place so much. Food wise, it's been really enjoyable but I cannot recall a single Time I've actually had a good experience with this place. I maintained a pretty high level of patience with staffing shortages among other things but I'm finally fed up. First off, If you have ever ordered online or to go with this location it is always incredibly delayed and disorganized. I've ordered up to 2 hours prior and food was still not there within the specified time frame. Considering I come from the hospital nearby for lunch for a very limited amount of time, I've had to leave food that I've paid for there because of poor time management on their part and failure to produce food on time. Second, the in house dining experience is very very slow. I've waited up to an hour for food after ordering and many times it's difficult to retrieve service from our wait staff ie: pre bussing, refilling drinks, staggering appetizers with entrees. I'll also mention the time my wife found broken glass in her water glass at one point which is surprising considering it looked a lot like the ice chunks. Third, on a couple occasions now I've tried to enter the store during a later hour only to be turned away. I understand it's borderline rude to come in for a dine in experience close to closing but there was still a half hour prior to posted close time and we offered to order and pay in the same instance, or even take it with us. We were refused service. I've always lived close to this store and love the food but the way it's ran has finally pushed me away. This review is based on a Take Out order made this afternoon, June 15, 2017. We only live about 1.5 miles from the restaurant and the plan was to take advantage of Boneless Thursday to share with some family members a dinner from BWW, as they'd never had them. First, the wings were "ok", they could have used more sauce. We ordered several different flavors, so our family members could find one that they liked. After this experience, in my opinion, if I'm going to get myself in a situation where I need wings via take out/delivery, I can have a better tasting wing from Pizza Hut. We also ordered four of their side Caesar salads. After our experience, I would highly recommend NEVER ORDERING TAKE OUT SALADS FROM BWW. For 4.49 per salad, they were very undersized, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. I think each person might have received the equivalent of two and a half romaine stalks on their salad. The service was very slow and took about 15-20 minutes to get the food. The wings came out with a Buffalo sauce even though we asked for the traditional style of dry rub which should had been mild. When we got our replacement wings they were covered with Buffalo dry rub on one side of the wings. The fries were not seasoned consistently some had no taste and some were overly seasoned which ruined the texture. Not recommending this place at all.
