The line was busy when I called to have the food brought out. I tried for 20 minutes. Finally, a sweet, kind waitress came to the parking lot and was very kind to go get my order and bring it back. At home I found cold, soggy food, half cooked fried pickles, and chicken that was so hard that the boneless wings crunched in the dog's mouth like a bone. I ordered ranch, but I got blue cheese. I ordered sweet bbq, but the wings I got must have been left over from lunch. The Asian zing sauce was refrigerator cold as it was overly covering old overcooked wings. I'll give them one star only because the wait staff worked their a$$e$ off to keep up. We arrived at 8:30 after my son's high school graduation to an almost empty restaurant. Our party of 8 was seated quickly and our drink orders were taken. Within 15 minutes, the restaurant was full with a waiting line, as I would expect since it's graduation night. We placed our orders and waited over an hour for our food. They delivered three orders about 15 minutes ahead of the other five orders. So, by the time everyone at the table had their food, the original three were eating cold food. Our waitress noticed that no one was eating and asked if everything was okay, to which I replied "yes, were waiting for everyone to get their food before we eat." She went to the kitchen and retrieved the rest of our order--while she was rearranging tables, taking orders, getting people signed in, and ringing people up. The wait staff did a great job, and that the only good thing about this visit. The food was cold and mediocre at best. The kicker was that the manager leaned on the counter and wall and WATCHED the chaos that ensued. What an a$$!!! He should be ashamed of himself. He is just a boss and a bad one at that. A leader would have jumped in and helped out--from cashing out a check to busing a table. It's just plain shameful. read more

This is probably my first bad experience with BWW. I'm from Miami visiting Meridian. The food was good as always. As I was walking out it is cold outside and my sister decides to use the restroom. I walk back inside with my jacket and my hoody on my head because I am cold. What appears to be the manager of the establishment requested for me to remove my hoody. I replied "why I am cold" he says the cameras need to see my face. I just spent money at this restaurant and now I am being singled out as a potential criminal? I was sitting for about an hour eating and having a good time. Plenty of time for cameras to see my face. I did not know you could be kick out for being comfortable in your own clothing. I would like to see a policy stating this. Nor did I see any signs. I felt very unwelcome and I love Buffalo Wild Wings. The gentleman was wearing a black t shirt. Race was African American. My 4 friends and I came there to watch the game and have dinner. Atmosphere was great, food was good and service was good! Being in the food business as we all were, we were shocked to see the lack of clearing tables. Every table was messy and full of empty glasses, beer bottles, and no one bothered to clear tables. The whole restaurant looked like that. The patio was horrible, tables were dirty for way over an hour and a half. No one could get a table on the patio because they were all cluttered and dirty. I was just shocked, in order to get our table cleared, I stacked everything and slid it to the corner. In time, it was cleared. We weren't ready to go but we were told to cash out because everyone would be trying to cash out at one time! So we did and we left. One more thing, my friend ordered a double crown/Diet Pepsi, she tasted it and took it back, couldn't taste the crown, someone said I saw the bartender pour a double! No customer wants to be insulted like that. If they aren't happy then do what you can to make them happy! Great place but clutter everywhere made me shake my head! read more

I ended up having to wait yet another thirty minutes until I received what I had actually ordered. Keep in mind that this was on a slow Thursday evening. Not only do I receive subpar service everytime I visit this restaurant, but even placing a carry out order is too complicated for the staff to get correct. The kitchen workers are incompetent and cannot even read and prepare an order that was placed online, and the manager, as well as the waitresses (all the ones I've had at least), are rude and disconcerned with how customers are treated. We got overcharged and instead of fixing the issue the server continued to argue and make claims that she didn't say what she had initially told us. My husband and I both heard this and we changed our order to the "deal" she said they had so we could eat for cheaper since we are on an unexpected trip. The server explained to us that on Tuesdays, traditional wings are on sale. My husband and I were discussing our order with her and each other claiming we did not like traditional as much as boneless, however if traditional was cheaper we would order those instead. She claimed that the traditional were 1/2 off on Tuesdays so we settled for 20 traditional. This was the whole reason we came to Bdubs. We knew the wing days were Tuesday and Thursday, however we didn't know the current deals. We got our bill and it was $28 and we asked the server along with another server why it was so high and they both argued with us and our server claimed she never said that the traditional were on sale, but that the boneless were. The manager eventually took care of it after not wanting to listen to our complaints. We could have easily disputed the order off of our credit card but we told them if they just charged us for what they would have if we ordered boneless in the first place then we would settle. He eventually did after arguing with us some more. Buffalo Wild Wings in Peoria, IL is our regular Bdubs and it has always been a very good experience! This Bdubs needs to care more about customer service rather that arguing about who's right and who's wrong in a misunderstanding when two people hear one server say something and base their entire order off of what the server said! I should paid attention to the 1st warning sign & hung up the phone when I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take a take-out order. I just figured they were busy. Worst experience I've ever had at a BWW. I love BWW it's my go to place anywhere in the country. But this particular one on meridian was so poorly managed I couldn't even believe it. We waited about 15 minutes to be served and when no one came I had to go to the front where 4 employees were on their phones and talking to one another. Once they were finished conversing I asked for some help. So they sent one guy over who smelt like he hadn't showered or brushed his teeth in months. He took our drink order which was pretty simple one water one Sam Adams DRAFT. Later on no drinks made it to the table so we had to ask again. One important part to this story is we were 1 table of maybe 10 in the whole building it was dead slow and so was the service. So finally someone else came and took out drink orders again. The water came but we had to ask a third time for the beer. Once the beer came it was in a bottle not the draft we had ordered. We had three different people take our drink orders and it was still incorrect. We asked for a basketball game that hadn't started yet and when they finally turned it on it was halfway through the third. Again they were not busy at all. A couple tables around us were complaining as well. We were driving to New Orleans from Birmingham and just stopped in for a quick dinner which turned out to last hours on end for 1 beer 1 water and 20 wings. Worst experience of my dinning life. Have to give this 2 stars due to service. We got seated right away and the hostess got our drinks, but acted like she didn't care to be there. We waited 20 minutes on a waitress as they were helping tables all around us. Finally asked a waitress if she could help us and she said she "guessed so". Let's start off by saying that I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings and that I usually like to visit there on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they have the wing specials. Well this evening, a few co-workers and my small family (a party of about 20 people) go there to enjoy some wings and so we get assigned two waiters; one female and the other a male. The female took our orders and completely screwed them up and the male, who was the runner, had to take the complaints because she decided that she did not want to come back to our table. He tried his best to fix what she messed up but she messed it up so horribly that we kind of had to help him out (and I totally couldn't blame him because he genuinely wanted to make us happy). The particular female waitress not once asked did we need a refill nor did we need anything else. So after I informed the male waiter of the issues and that I have had bad service from her before, I got him to get the manager. I informed the manager of the female's horrible customer service and that the male waiter did an awesome job of trying to fix her mistakes but she just left him a doo-doo sandwich. I also told the manager could she fix the tip that automatically comes out (because we were a party over 8) to where it went to the male waiter and none went to her. She happily obliged that request and I was delighted. I usually don't have bad service from any Buffalo Wild Wings that I go to in any state, but that particular waitress really needs to be dismissed. I think she knew that she would get a tip regardless of how poorly she treated us and that just angered me. Needless to say that the male waiter got an awesome tip because I appreciated his efforts and his excellent customer service but I won't be eating there for quite some time. read more

Not even a one star but that is the lowest rating I can give. BW3"s is not widely known for the best food or service but the BW3's in Meridian should probably just close down. I have been here several times (not my call) just because of the location and the fact that they serve beer. I have NEVER had a good experience at this location. Food is ALWAYS not just slow to come out but EXTREMELY slow to come out. To add insult to that, it is ALWAYS cold. I have never been here when the whole table got their food at the same time. One time, the server set my fries down on at table three tables away. They actually started eating them and when I questioned the server, she asked why I didn't just go get them. Are you even kidding me?? They must not care to make too much money at the bar because you have to almost give up your first born to get a drink. The place is rarely crowded but always bad service. I will dig my heals in next time and refuse to go back. Oh, and watch your bill closely, they seems to have a hard time figuring out what was actually ordered. read more
