The first thing you notice when you walk in is the awful smell from the bar. I've seen better bars on a fake reality show Bar Rescue than this place. When you walk into the bar area there are dirty tables with food on them. After a 10 min wait for a server, a gentleman comes over and mumbles. I love Buffalo Wild Wings.. but I'm never coming back to this location. Service is ok, but this last time I was there it was pretty bad. Shouldn't have to wait 20mins for a bucket of bud light.. (OR A WATER) which if it's busy it's completely understandable, but it wasn't. Besides that, this is the dirtiest Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The moment you walk inside you get hit by this really bad "dirty old carpet" smell.. (don't even know if they have carpet but if they don't it makes it that much worse, gawd knows what you're actually smelling) you have the option to sit outside on bird poop, with some nice sticky tables..(sticky enough to protect your napkins from flying away with the wind.. but hey, at least you get to breath some fresh air ) Also few TVs weren't working.. Ordered online and my food was supposed to to be ready by 8:50pm I got here at 9:00 and someone didn't see me till 9:20 by the time they came they told me my order was stolen and they are making it again. Overall the food was good. They had proceeded to get everything right and the food was still warm when we got back to our house. My family and I didn't have any complaints about the food and all in all it was good. Partly why I'm giving it three stars is because I went to go pick it up to eat back at home and besides the madness that Dolphin Mall usually is the only con that I have to give this place was that we ordered the food online and waited about 45 minutes to be made - once it was made we headed out and go to the restaurant. We then proceeded to wait another half hour even though the food was said to be ready for pickup. The restaurant in general wasn't packed so it wasn't the best experience. This location when it once opened, about almost a decade ago, was great. However, every time I've gone I rarely get decent service. The waiters are so slow! The seating is understandable to be slow during big fights and games. Expect that. They don't allow reservations + it's in a mall, so they get the malls traffic. The drinks and water take so long. Only when we are at the bar has the service been good. The servers make or destroy the expirience, they really need to be improved. I sit in tables with no wet naps, they take long to give me napkins and silverware. It is a typical BWW but the location in the mall allows you to sit outside and enjoy live music which gives it a leg up on other locations. The fact that this is right by the stage for Dolphin Mall is really the best thing about it. The food is typical BWW which was good but the Philly that I got was not the best. The wings are good as always. The only reason for three stars versus four stars was that service was relatively slow and the servers all seemed to be congregating in the corner as opposed to serving the tables. read more

Wild Wild West service. This place has gone down in quality of care and standard through the years. I've left here filled with dissolution a few times already. I've given this restaurant plenty of chances before writing a review. Wings come cold, fries come out cold, oh but they won't wait a moment to try to get you to buy a beer, it's like clockwork. Idk why? It's not like they are gonna get better tips for that. They failed to refill our drinks like crazy on both busy and slow hours. We ordered a vegetarian burger for my friend and they gave her a meat burger and insisted it was not meat, thankfully she didn't eat it and pushed back for a solid amount of time to the waiter until she got it fixed. An Honest Review: Walked into the establishment and was not greeted by staff, but went to the bar and they called someone over to sit us. It appears that they are extremely understaffed and the employees seem like they hate working here and I'm sure there pay has a lot to do with it. In regards to the food I ordered 10 boneless wings ( half Parmesan garlic / half mango habanero) and both sets of wings were cold as if they had sitting for hours, in regards to the breading of the wings they were brunch and hard to the point that the plastic fork they gave me began to bend. In terms of the sauce , it seems as if they microwaved the sauce and threw it on the wings but since the wings appear to have been sitting I'm not surprised. Very disappointed to see how this place is now, I've been an avid Buffalo Wild Wings fan for a long time and have been coming to this location since 2014 and it has absolutely hit the fan. We were doing a little shopping at Dolphin Mall and decided to have a quick bite at BWW. It's important to note that the restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. We were seated right away. We ordered a beer, only for the server to leave and come back 10 minutes later to tell us they no longer had it. She wasn't particularly educated with the items BWW offers, especially in the drink section. While she wasn't rude or unwelcoming, she was just "meh". She wasn't overly helpful and she definitely wasn't interested in providing quick or speedy service. It took about 20-30 minutes for a salad and chili con queso to reach our table. The food was decent, but again, just barely average service. During our time at BWW, at the most, there were maybe three to four other tables filled in the whole restaurant, but there were so many employees just standing around that at one time, I thought they were holding a staff meeting up at the entrance. Nope, just socializing. While the work flow may not be busy at that moment, it's never good to just see employees standing around, especially at the front doors of a restaurant in plain view. read more

I had an unacceptable and racist experience and I am usually a very understanding customer. The two other people in my party ordered the "buy one get one 50% Monday chicken sandwich deal" and I ordered 15 wings. The sandwiches came in about 15 minutes and I was told my wings would take a little bit longer. My friends ended up finishing their sandwiches in the next 15-20 minutes and I was still waiting on my wings. I complained that I was still waiting to which they said it was in the process of being made and was almost ready. We sat around for another 15 minutes without anything. We complained again and they said "another 10 min". We kept waiting without anything (not even an apology for the wait) and eventually a whole hour had passed since I ordered my wings. We completely ran out of time to even shop at the mall. The waiter then told us he would take the wings off the bill for us and we asked the wings for to-go instead. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting, they brought the wings in our bag. Then we realized they charged us full price for the sandwiches (without the deal) and had still charged us for the wings. After complaining about this, we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to change it so I sat there for an hour and a half and ended up not even eating anything. they changed the price of the sandwiches accordingly but said they wouldn't take off the wings from the bill since we're still getting our food to-go which is not what they had told us. And then when I see receipt, it says "flavor: Asian Zing". We were the only Asians there and it was not even what we had ordered. We paid and got up to leave then realized the table behind us who had arrived much later than us had gotten their order of wings and had finished eating. My party felt extremely targeted, unfairly treated and cheated. This was definitely the worst experience I have had at any restaurant. read more

I've come to this particular BWW and have usually had good service but a group of us went last night and when we got there the first host knew we were a larger group and mentioned more than once that they only had wings and fries which we were ok with but then he kinda just walked away and disappeared. After waiting just shy of 10min at the door waiting to be seated I had to go over to the bar and ask is someone was working the front door. Mind you a few of the staff that were walking around made eye contact with me but acted as if we weren't there. The girl that I approached seemed to be annoyed that I went up to her.
