Went here last night. We had a group of 9. Got there at 6PM. We were seated immediately. At the time it was not busy. We ordered an app and drink when we sat down. It was the dip trio. The place started getting busier. We placed our full order around 6:15. 4 ultimate samplers Chicken wrap 6 boneless wings 2 kids Mac n cheese meals The dip trio came out shortly after. The salsa was good. The queso was very good. The guacamole tasted like you just bit straight into a lime. Not nearly enough chips. We asked for more chips. After about 15 minutes, we asked about the chips. Was informed the kitchen was very busy. She then came back about a minute later with 2 trays of chips. Our order finally came out at 7:20. EVERYTHING was cold. Nothing was even warm. All the sauces had that film on it like it had been sitting out too long. Everything had that film on it. The waitress came over and asked how everything was. We told her everything was cold. They offered to remake it. We told her no we didn't have another hour to wait. Just bring us boxes. She said she would see what she could do. They took $25 off. Our bill was still $120 after they took off the $25. No one in the group ate the food. We put everything in boxes and brought it home to cook it. Very disappointed in the experience. We left and ran through Taco Bell so we had dinner. read more

So this is my second time here and I have to say the only good thing here is the multiple televisions to watch the current NFL playoff games. First time I came here drinks were okay ordered the patron margarita, the first one was great but the second one was just straight up margarita mix. The wings I ordered made up for the drink. This time around I ordered the all American cheeseburger and it was good but the fries were salty as hell didn't even eat the fries, but the drinks and my bartender is awesome so overall 3 stars !! Last several visits, we have noticed a decline in service and quality. Looks like they are moving to having people seat themselves and order themselves by their phone. I guess they assume everyone has a phone. We ordered boneless chicken wings with potato wedges. The potatos came out hot but were long gone before the chicken arrived dry and overcooked. Our drinks ran out, and the server took an order at the table beside us and didn't notice both our empty glasses at the edge of the table. My husband had to get up and ask for something to drink. she had gone to sit with her employee friends to chat. There were only 3 tables to cover. No one ever came to us to say "hey sorry we're behind, food should be out In such and such time" nothing. Don't love chains but we go here like most people do to watch football on Sundays because they have the Sunday ticket. I have recently started getting the fried chicken sandwich and it is pretty good! Don't like their wings. Tons of beer on tap and cool drink specials too! We've had several different servers and they've all been friendly and do a good job. Biggest complaint is they never open the garage door to the outside area anymore. When we went last season it was open all the time and we loved sitting outside. Now whenever we ask the bartender says the manager won't open it because of bugs. To start the service was so slow. We were promptly seated and our drink order and food order were taken quickly, but then it all went downhill. Our waitress, and quite a few other staff members, were more interested in talking at the bar area than tending to their tables. While my husband and I received our food in a decent amount of time, our children were left waiting for another 15-20 minutes for their food. Now to the food itself. My buffalo chicken wrap was good but the tater tots that I ordered were fried so long that if you squeezed them they instantly turned into tater tot dust as you will see in the picture. My husband ordered traditional wings and more than half of the wings were broken/splintered under the skin. Our children were happy with their food luckily. Our waitress did take the tots back and remove them from our bill so that was a plus. The waitress and manager both apologized profusely and offered to replace the tots but we declined. The atmosphere was what you would expect for a BW3, so there were no surprises there luckily. read more

We sat at the outside bar and had good service, but the food is awful. We have been there a number of times in the summer because we like sitting outside so much, but this it. We can't take it anymore. Only reason we went this time is we had as gift card making it free. Even that didn't make it worth it. We've tried everything on the menu and are yet to find anything good. I've tried the wings. Since the place is called Buffalo Wildwings you'd think they'd be good, right? WRONG! One of the worse things on the menu. Had a burger thinking that's always a safe bet...wrong again. They must use some cheap, disgusting tasting oil on the grill that you'll only find in the greasiest of greasy spoons. Its taste permeated the sandwich, and that's all I could taste. YEECH! The food is a negative 2 and the service is a 4 which nets the 2 star rating. Usually when I go I go to the Middletown one, but they usually mess up my order every time so I decided to go to this one instead and eat in so I would know everything was correct. The onion rings were mediocre, some burnt, pretty bland. The southern chicken sandwich looked good, but they didn't even bother to melt the cheese, and the chicken sandwich I got was fine, nothing special. My stars are for the service and food. I wish I could rate each post separately. Our waitress was great and our cups never stayed empty for long. We also had an issue where my daughters food was taken to another table. We had to wait for her order. They worked hard to rectify the issue fast. That's where the good part of this review ends. The ambiance and noise level of this establishment isn't good. We went in at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. There were maybe 20 other patrons in the restaurant outside of our group. The Ohio State game was on numerous tv's. As I looked around, I observed 3 tables (at most) that were actively watching the game. The noise level of the tv's/speakers was way too loud. We asked (or rather yelled at) the waitress if they could turn it down and she said that she had already asked the manager and he said that it was turned up due to the cheering in the room. At our booth we practically had to yell across the table to talk, we had to yell our order at the waitress, then we rearranged our seats to have an easier time talking. I observed very little cheering and again, it was maybe 2-3 tables that would cheer very infrequently. We had been in the restaurant once before and noted the noise level but this trip sealed the deal. We will not be back unless we don't want to hear so we are with. read more

This location is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The hostess were obnoxiously loud, inappropriate and immature. The server we had was very short, dry and acted as if anything we requested from her was an inconvenience. Management was unprofessional as well, clearly the team is not being lead or held to an average level of professionalism. My food was correct and semi hot when it arrived to my table but.. that was after the employee delivering it to me walked past my table with my food on tray to carry on a conversation with the hostess first while holding my food.. yuck and once again unprofessional! I've been visiting BWW in Boro for many years until they closed that location and moved to Austin. I, like many others, am not a fan of the layout. It's very bright in an artificial way and if you sit at the tiny bar there is that HUGE bright TV in your face no matter where you look. There is really no separation from the bar to the family seating so my last meal I got to stare at a whole bunch of kids the whole time while trying to enjoy my adult beverage. What happened to the ambience? Looking past that to the most important part, service and food. We've been to this location about 3 times and have had great service each time. I wanted something beyond wings one night and tried their buffalo chicken salad. I have to say, this is THE BEST one I've had. The proportions of very fresh looking and tasting ingredients is perfect. I've gotten it twice and it was equally amazing the second time. BF got the burger with cheese curds on it and said it was pretty good but the side of fries looked like a kids order. Will I go back? Of course. I just really wish they'd turn those lights down! Bdubs food is very good but the service reminds us why we don't come back often. We came in tonight, I ordered a Bloody Mary. The bloody was way to spicy, and I like spicy, I tried to chug it but couldn't. We ordered appetizer's and waited over 30-40 min. For her to come back. At this time she also brought back the appetizers with our entree and said "I brought everything at the same time so you couldn't ask for anything else." Mind you we had only got drinks and food, she had only stopped by our table twice prior to the rude comment, and we weren't demanding or rude. As someone with years in the service industry I was so thrown off by this, at this point we were very polite. After I asked to exchange the Bloody Mary, as it was way to spicy, and I couldn't drink it no matter how hard I tried (I put water in it and salt in attempt to lessen the hot sauce) The second drink she brought out was supposed to be a strawberry lemonade with Tito's. It was disgusting, the syrup in it was so strong it tasted and felt like cough medicine. When she asked us for check i said yes please and asked if she could take the tots off, we didn't eat them. We wanted them as an appetizer, but since it , our queso, and entrees came out at the same time we were too stuffed to enjoy. She said yes. When she brought the check she tried to tell me they comped the appetizer but wouldn't comp the drink, "since I didn't like it". I explained that I would didn't like either of my drinks and I'd take The loss on one, but not the other. I'm still flabbergasted by this all. So loud. Seriously so freaking loud in there. I was screaming to talk to my wife who sat next to me!! We asked the server if they could turn down the volume and she said she sympathized and told the manager but it never changed. The funny thing was no one else was in the place but a few people spread out. It was the speakers not people talking or yelling. By the time we left I had a splitting headache and my voice was hoarse. I just wanted to leave. Food wasn't memorable but it was slow to get out. I have been to this bdubs 4 times since it has opened. Every time I have been here the service has been perfect and the food has been consistent and great each time. The beer is always cold. This bdubs has really changed my opinion, before coming here I hadn't been to one that actually had good service or consistently had decent food. We were a particularly boisterous group as we were celebrating a birthday and not only did this wonderful woman take exceptional care of our group who was spread across a few tables, she split our check up with out even being asked. My fiancé and I were amazed at her patience and tact and overall professionalism. This was my first time at BWW. I have worked at many bars/restaurants and I know how difficult it is. This establishment is an absolute joke. They don it care about their customers what size ever. We get there and there are no seats available, but the VIP room was available. They said since we didn't put in a 24 hours reservation we couldn't sit there even though there was no reservation for this date. We then finally get a table after a one hour wait. Then get our table and ask for the reds game (Field of Dreams game). It's a sport bar and they don't even play sport anymore just what's ever on ESPN and they call it a day. We asked 5 different individuals and the manager in a pink shirt she said okay and then continued to walk around not changing it.
