Most of the BWW I've been to lately have the TVs screamingly loud, have had horrible service and the quality of food has gone down hill so I wasn't too thrilled when my kids wanted to go. I was very surprised by the friendly service and the food was on point! This was the first time we went into Buffalo wild wings. We had been to others in Spokane and had a good experience. We walked in, and the hostess seemed angry that we wanted to sit in the bar. No smile no greeting just "follow me. Sat down and the waitress was friendly and brought us our beverages and took our order. I had the cob salad, hard to mess up right?.... and it was the worst salad I've ever had in my life. I took two bites and pushed it to the side. There was about 2 ounces of what looked and tasted like processed chicken, and it looked like a two-year-old had thrown, 2 teaspoons of bacon and one teaspoon of blue cheese on it. They gave me about 2 teaspoons of the worst honey mustard dressing I've ever tasted in my life. Had to ask two times for silverware, which never came for my husband. He ended up using my fork to eat his dinner salad. The waitress was very apologetic, but we will never go back. The waitress was rushed, they had another person serving our food without a smile. Just dropped the plates on the table and left without asking if we needed anything else, silverware, napkins, ketchup, salt and pepper, a refill nothing. Which we all needed. If you want to go to a place like that, I suggest going to Applebee's, you always know what you're gonna get there. And they are always friendly. I was a waitress in college, so I know how hard that job is. But everyone seemed very rushed and angry. It does not look like a very good work environment. Here is some advice for Buffalo Wild Wings: if your staff is too stupid to get it right you need to cut back on options until they can turn out correct orders. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food is great and I have no complaints about that. However, if the food was bad, they'd be getting 1. About two weeks ago before writing this, three of my friends and I came in at 7:00 and were told it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. That was fine, there is no complaints about that either, it was busy and there was not a lot of staff, I can understand that. Having to wait 40 minutes after finishing our food to check out was not okay. This was due to our server firstly, taking a very long time to come check up with us. Then secondly, when we were checking out, she had not only charged my friends bill with my card and my order with their card, she also mixed up our cards with another tables order. At this point there was only 6 parties in the restaurant, nothing too crazy, but that was two weeks ago. We got there at 7, left at 10. Today, my friend and I, went again because why not, they have good food and maybe last time was a fluke. Oh how wrong I was. With our knowledge of how long the wait was last time we ordered our drinks and food at the same time from our server Caleb. He brought us our drinks, a water and a soft drink for me. Then around 30 minutes later we got our food. In that time, we had not heard from Caleb once, and I had not gotten a refill on my drink that I would pay 2.99 for. Once we got our food, Caleb finally brought us some napkins and silverware, then asked us if we needed anything else. I asked for a refill and when he came back there was a rubber nozzle piece from the drink machine floating in my drink. He goes to replace it, or so I thought. I had watch him dump out just enough of my drink to get the machine part out of it (about 2 inches from the top) then fill it back to the top. I didn't want to be stuck there for 2 hours again like last time so I just got our check and left. I cannot believe how little it seems some of the serving staff care at this Buffalo Wild Wings. Went to the Moscow, ID location for lunch. I haven't been there in a while. Sat on the high tops near the bar, so we could watch the big screens. Russel was our server & he was not bad, maybe a little overwhelmed, even though it wasn't that busy. Ordered lunch, fried pickles, a brisket sandwich & 15 traditional wings. Fried pickles came out at the same time as the brisket sandwich. 29 minutes later I got my wings. Spoke to the server, he spoke to the manager. The manager said sorry, Russel said he would take care of it. He brought the bill, nothing taken off at all. Russel talked to the manager, he took off $5. What a joke! read more

I absolutely love this location!! The hosts were so nice and took great care of us, I believe their names were Haley and Taylor. The wait was a little long, but they created a super fun environment and made the wait go by quickly. My waitress was so sweet and did very good job, especially under the high stress circumstance. We just happened to end up here while visiting Moscow. Before even entering the outside of the building smelled like a trash bin. Entering the building was greeted with an extremely poorly managed staff. Took 10 minutes to get seated with a very empty building. Most all tables had all old food that had not been bused, and was still there when we left. Bathrooms.... nearly stuck to the floor from all the urine, obviously had not been deep cleaned for a very long time. Food, some cold, was only mediocre. This location is run horribly, the management I'm assuming is almost the whole issue. The whole staff was confused and ignoring the hostess counter even if they had to walk through or grab a rag to clean tables. Mind you it was Sunday night and they had less than 12 tables to manage. I called in to make a wing order, they never asked my name which made it quite interesting once I got there. First claim was that the food had been made and staged but had disappeared. A lot of travel back and forth from kitchen to me because she forgot my order 3 times. I should've had a massive discount to the price and probably should've left the first time they had to start the order again. The buffalo wings weren't even tossed and they forgot the ranch which just adds a laugh at that point. Would've been worth the $37 if it was done right and at least in a reasonable time but after all of it I essentially paid for glorified chicken nuggets. The whole ordeal took over an hour and a half and felt like a massive waste to my night. It would take a lot to return. They need better leadership the team size isn't all that small but with better training and organization this place could pull so much more business. If I was allowed to have one "ZERO" rating to use on Yelp per year, I would have used it just three days into 2016! This is a fairly new establishment and is extremely clean. We were immediately seated and given menus. Though they have 14 employees working and only 12 customers, we were ignored for over 15 minutes and left. It seems management is more concerned with paying employees to watch TV and socialize with one another than attend to guests' needs. AMAZING business model! read more

One weekend in 1973 we took a family trip from Michigan to 'Kings island amusement park. My expectations were to ride rides and have fun. The Brady Bunch actually had an episode there. Anyways the trip was a bummer because my brother and sister were sick the whole weekend and I never got to go to the amusement park. I did watch the Texas Oklahoma game. 52-13 Oklahoma. No lie. But, the last time I came in I had a server named Carolyn and she was awesome! It was my friends 21st birthday and she went out of her way to make it memorable. Had a great experience here!! Went for my sons birthday. It was a total of 8 people (6 were under the age of 11). Got there and we're seated within 2-3 minutes, all the kids got game pads and the server brought us drinks right away. If a zero rating existed I would use it. I was a part of a group of ten people and we showed up at different times. My car group arrived and we were seated after a short wait while they were organizing the table situation. We arrived at about 7:45pm on a Thursday, so not an overtly busy time, especially in the middle of summer in a deserted college town. HOWEVER, considering that I'm posting this at 11pm after eating here and leaving the establishment at 10:15, I am so disappointed with this service. This was not my first time eating at BDubs and the last time (in October) I received the same kind of service. Slow, slower, and slowest, and it was not that busy, even in the bar. People that had come in well after my group had eaten and left before our food had even arrived. We had given our drink orders, received them, and still hadn't ordered our food within the first hour and a half. We were promptly ignored by all the staff, including our own waitress. After two and a half hours of mostly waiting, and then scarfing down our food with mad annoyance, then waiting ANOTHER half an hour for our checks, we were all ready to leave an hour before. It wasn't worth the food amount or price, and after a second time here with the same crap service at the same establishment, I will not be returning to BDUbs again. The wings are really good but I tried a Cheese Curd Burger with potato wedges and it was fantastic! Loud environment, but to be expected from a sports bar. We went during a WSU game and it had a great "party" atmosphere but not the place to go for an "intimate" dinner. The two times I have been there, they have been packed (40 minute wait) so I would get there early or on a non-game day. Great IPAs on tap as well as a full bar.
