We had a pleasant game night dining experience. Yes, this (new) BW location is still trying to find their (staff) footing/chemistry; they'll get there. We'll take nice/warm over polish every time. And yes, the entire staff was nice. We sat at the bar. Both bartenders were friendly, attentive, and without error. Wings were hot, well-sauced, and our margs were cold. Plus, they have some decent happy hour deals through 8PM. We've been to many BW3's and the Mt. P location will be a solid option as the staff continues building their team and rehearses their welcome to order to drinks to kitchen to expo flow. read more

horrrible! Ordered a Swiss mushroom burger and we got a burger in a box with no bun and nothing on it. I called and complained to the manager and she told me I would have to call Door Dash. Not to mention the door dash driver couldn't speak English and left our dinner at the wrong apartment! read more

Went there today for the boneless wings BOGO with two different sauces. 6 wings were cold and six were just barely warm. I ate them because I don't send food back. When waitress asked how everything was I said good but wings were cold. She asked the person next to me who got his order the same time and he said his were cold. Waitress took a picture of one of his wings cut in half to see if it was cooked and went back into the kitchen. When I got my bill nothing was done about the cold food for him or me. A good business would try to make things right but not them. Never going back. I see why their ratings are in the tank. read more

The service in the entire place needs a complete bar-rescue style overhaul, although I have a feeling Jon Taffer himself would find it a lost cause. Beers take 20 minutes to come. I paid for food that never came after 1 hour simply because I knew getting anything taken off would take longer than the price of 10 wings and a mozzarella sticks is worth. First and last time coming here. One star is being generous! Beer was flat, food was cold, both stalls in the men's room were covered in throw up. We should've left after seeing that. Four out of the five of us in the group got sick from the mediocre food which we waited 45 minutes for on a slow night. I mean this place has only been open for a month and it's already a dump. Stopped in for lunch on way to airport. Place was 2/3 empty but service was slow. How can a place that specializes in wings serve them cold....ok not cold but room temp. The onions rings must have been sitting in the bottom of the basket and they reheated them as they were burnt and greasy! This place will be lucky to make it through football season! read more

Packed today with start of college football. Didn't want to wait 30 min for lunch so came back at night. Has to wait at front for the 3 young chatty ladies to notice us! Once seated overall it was the typically good BWW experience. We enjoyed a known quantity on the wings and fries. Young server did a nice job. Not sure the wings beat the local chain on Coleman but options are a good thing, esp with BWW open til 11 pm and really good fries and blue cheese! read more

Server was rude from the get-go -- no introduction, no pleasantries, literally just "What do you want?". She made it very clear through her body language, tone, and general demeanor that she did not want to be there. Our ticket, which was very simple, took over 45 minutes to get to our table of two. It was wrong. Not only that, but the food had clearly been sitting in the window for some time. There had been a misunderstanding between us and the server, which could have been easily avoided had the server put in any effort to clarify. The server was visibly annoyed that we sent back the food and stated that she'd have to fire a whole new ticket if we wanted our original orders. Given the timing of the previous ticket, we decided to get the check and leave. A manager/supervisor never came by our table despite our lack of proper service, nor did the server offer to have one step in (and given her visible annoyance, we chose not to ask for one). Hopefully this was just an issue with this particular server, but if not... consider going somewhere else for your wings. read more
