This is one of our favorite spots to go to on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays is buy one get one 50% off traditional and Thursdays is the boneless wings. They have tons of deals on their app. We usually order for pickup on the app and pay ahead of time. It is so much more convenient. The only thing is when we did pickup sometimes the wings do not have a lot of sauce on them. We ordered some tonight and my boneless wings did not have as much sauce as the photo I provided. The photo is when we went in last week to eat as a family. They were completely empty at 4pm but out waitress still took a long time to come back to the table. She did seem to be training someone afterwards so maybe that was why. She was really nice though. The wings were all covered in a good amount of sauce. The fries were nice and crispy and salted perfectly. Overall the food and service was good. If you have kids I suggest coming at 4pm during the week day because it isnt so loud and crazy. Although the food was great, the service was slloooooowwwwwwwwww. Upon walking in, the "Greeter" guy was slightly impatient & rude. Once I ordered ONLINE...IN the store to get a better deal, the wings took almost 45 minutes to come out after already waiting 10-15 minutes for service. We over heard the front person saying they only had 1 server for the night as well so it was overall an understaffed night. This used to be our go-to spot when it first opened. Lately... not even close. Service has been slow and kind of checked out, and the food just isn't hitting. Last time our wings were dry and barely warm, which is honestly disappointing for a place known for wings. To the owner, I say this with respect... it feels like things slipped. We were so disappointed....over an hour wait for food that was cold when it arrived...beverages that took over 20 minutes to receive...iced tea - no ice included....flat soda and hardly any rum in rum and coke...obviously short staffed....the restaurant was in need of a cleaning which was apparent upon entry. Avoid this place! Wings are kept warm under heat lamps. Not fresh They'll wait, so you think they cooked, the them to order. They seem to be running a matchmaking/escorts service.?? If a single Man walks in and orders an entree, soon afterwards a female sits nearby to chat you up,....?? It's kinda disturbing actually. Of course, the manager is clueless about what's going on. A few weeks ago, received an order that was missing multiple items. Management was apologetic and mailed a gift card for the amount of the missing items. Redeemed that gift card and once again, there were order issues. Missing sauce for kids meal and wings coming with sauce on instead of on the side. Minor issues, but definitely shows the lack of attention to detail that the staff has. read more

Complete dump. Poor service, bathrooms are never clean, no paper towels. They don't clean their beer lines for their draft beers etc. I go to a bunch of locations as I travel. Mt Clemens is amongst the worst in the country. read more

The TV's in this place have serious problems. The color is messed up on so many TVs and TVs are not working.. There was a time in history when Buffalo Wild Wings used to put out and go to wings, but that time was probably about 10 years ago. I don't know what the heck changed but the quality of the wings have gone downhill. It's embarrassing. If you want to know what good boneless wings look like all you have to do is go over to Detroit Wing Company. I wish the owners would read these reviews and address these issues. This 5 star review is for the buffalo chicken wrap, and the chicken wrap alone. Every other bdubs I go to can not seem to get this wrap right, but at this specific location they make it PERFECT. Legit i almost want to drive out of my way to come here because I know the wrap will be superb. I come at least once a week on my lunch break and indulge and normally I wouldn't eat bdubs that much, but because of how good they do the wrap here I'm hooked. What went right? Hmmm, well it wasn't very noisy(or busy). Still took twenty plus minutes for our drink order to find its way to the table. To say service was slow would be to insult slow service, this lady was moving at half the speed of smell. The decoration was all local sports and nice, food was bland. Our server Carl was great. Very happy and smiling. Refills were given just on time and was never waiting while thirsty. He took our order and everything came out correct, and even brought out caramel with the cheese curds in addition to the ranch and spicy ranch because he personally enjoyed it. I enjoyed it because I love carnival food, which is what the caramel made it taste like. The service and food were good and their Thursday boneless wing BOGO deal is top notch. I'm a part-time delivery person (a 'dasher', if you will) and am doing this review from a 'dasher' POV, rather than as a customer. I arrived early to pick up my customer's order and it was being packaged as I walked in. All staff were masked, food handlers were wearing gloves and I had a 'touchless handoff' with hot food in appropriate containers and those containers were placed in a sealed bag for transport ( I love sealed bags: no worries about spills enoute or missing order items). The food was still warm when I removed it from my 'oven bag', and I'm sure the customer enjoyed a good meal. It was a pleasure to work with the folks at BWW! In this time of carryout only service it's important that restaurants provide sterling service to keep customers. The places that do it right, like Buffalo Wild Wings, will be the ones who remain in business in 2021. Support your favorite local eateries, and try some new ones too, and we all benefit. read more

But the prices are ridiculously high, the tenders are frozen breaded meh, the sauces are decent but seriously folks it's not really worth the price you can make 3x the amount of wings at home for the price of one order here. Went there to enjoy the unlimited boneless meal. My experience was very interesting to say the least. I experienced wait times of over half an hour. The waiter we had was the reason we were there for so long. He thought he had taken our order but in reality nothing. We were left with 4 empty water cups and an empty table with no wings in sight. We no way of getting into contact with anyone or anything because they were no where to be found. When it came time to pay it basically forced me to give a high tip. He also slammed a water cup down and slammed them on the table resulting in a huge mess. I am beginning annoyed and my dinner was ruined. read more

My man and I came here around Christmas time and we had a good experience so I decided to come back. The location on hall and mound always forgets food. This location has really good food. They are severely understaffed due to the pandemic. I totally get people are not wanting to work at a restaurant, especially a corporate one, during the pandemic. Joseph was awesome. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I wish and hoped that I could leave a good review. I'm not one to complain about my service because I usually handle things like this in person but I was so angry, I didn't want to lose my temper. The food was decent. My waitress however, drew all her attention onto my husband. He got 5 extra wings than what he ordered, I got 5 less than what I ordered. She wouldn't talk to me, only held conversations with him. She also did not pay attention to our table most of the night, only when she wanted to come talk to him. I called up there after we left to speak to the manager and he verbally proved he did not give two sh**s. Very unprofessional behavior, and work environment. You never have to worry about me visiting this joint again. The girl at the counter was rude and flat out called us a lie when we said some of our order was missing. When the manager came he was nothing but racist. He cursed and yelled at us telling us we weren't getting our order right or our money back. After going back and forth in protest, he said he'd remake our order, but all the snake really did was call the police and make a false report that we were trespassing. I have been going there for over ten years. Great sports bar and some employees have become close friends. But now there is a bar tender that has a tarable personality, attitude, and work ethic. She is texting constantly right at the bar and gets upset when I ask for service. She is mean to the other staff and is a bad image to the Buffalo wild wings in Mt Clemens. Terrible service at this location. Our office is nearby, so we walked over with a party of 11 for an early lunch. First off, the place reeked so bad of bleach when we walked in! It was almost empty, but they refused to move a couple tables together so we could sit as a group. They offered a super cramped high top table or a booth next to a six seat table. Five adults don't fit well in a standard booth, but when we complained, they hostess replied "whatever" and walked away. I don't know what's with all the bad reviews. My family and I eat here probably twice a month and always leave satisfied. Servers are friendly and prompt, and if a mistake is made, they work hard to fix it. Food is always great and cooked how we like it -- especially my wife, who likes her wings extra well done. My only complaint? The wifi signal is hot garbage. Good luck trying to use any kind of smartphone or wireless device in here. Might as well be in a cave. Other than that, great food, good atmosphere, plenty to keep the kids busy (Family night on Wednesdays, free tablet games), lots of sports on TV ... What's not to like? read more
