This is from a former BW's fan. The wife and I used to joke that when I went on a business trip I would always have BW'S. The Traditional Wings are now small and dry. The Classic Chicken Wrap is now smaller. There cheese cake is now tiny. Three of the last four deliveries have been missing items or have been the wrong item. This time the sent Chicken nuggets instead of the ordered traditional wings. Give the choice of 10 McNuggets and the boneless 'wings' (nuggets) from here, I honestly would choose McNuggets. Really poor experience here. Went in for a dinner around 5:30, wasn't too busy. We asked to sit at a booth because I'm 5 months pregnant and not much is comfortable and were told there was none open with a server available. No problem and we sat a table and moved on. Came very late last night with my bf for some late dinner. We were so focused on finishing our errands we forgot to eat all day. It's midnight at this point and bdubs seems to be a few of our only sit down options and decided towards that for tonight. It's a Wednesday so no deals so it was practically empty all night, which was fine with us, I like it more empty than over crowded. Since we were the only table, our waiter , Enigma, was very attentive and was kind enough to fix a mistake I made when it came to an order I wanted done differently. If you get the wings, boneless, ask for extra crispy, it's SO much more worth it trust me. I don't know if they do extra crispy for traditional but it wouldn't hurt to ask ! So, my bf got his favorite honey bbq, and I got hot bbq and blazin...which I regretted once I ate one. This was my fault though, I thought I could do it again but not anymore. I had Enigma trade it out for asian zing and my mouth was much happier. We got a huge ass pretzel too and it helped cool down my throat and mouth after eating that blazin wing. Surprisingly we didn't think much of it but the pretzel itself is really good. The queso cheese was alright (if you like more of a meaty queso this would be for you). Whoever was on the aux this night was absolutely pleasing our ears. I've been to plenty of restaurants who play their average radio music. However, Bdubs potentially takes it in another direction for their employees to take the wheel and express their musical creativity. We heard a plethora of bands such as Linkin Park, John Mayer, Kendrick Lamar, and Jack Black for crying out loud. Simply bravo. However, one simple fact cannot be overlooked. My friend was promised TEN boneless wings. TEN. And what did he get? He got NINE of them while the last one must've forgotten to eat his wheaties. He hasn't hit the bench press in years. It was a pipsqueak of a wing. You know how you buy a bag of frozen wings from the grocery store and come to the end of the bag to find the teeny bits? Well one of those snuck onto my friend's plate. Lastly, my friend decided to try Nashville Hot. I ain't even gonna try to say something about this sauce. It was an utter disappointment. The bane of Nashville's existence. One minor detail that's overlooked is its place on the menu. Thai Curry is a sauce that tickles the taste buds in a good way, but it's spiciness level is placed below Nashville Hot. This is a plain and simple deceptive act on Bdubs part. Being a taste tester of both, I can confidently say Nashville Hot does not punch my mouth like Thai Curry does. Therefore, it seems reasonable to move Thai Curry up in the ranks. Considering all this, I recommend anyone to come to this Bdubs. Even though I had my petty disappointments, overall I was not disappointed. The sauces tasted great, atmosphere relaxed my body, and service exceeding expectations. Well done bdubs. There's about 3 or 4 Buffalo Wild Wings I'll go to, between muncie and central Indiana and this one is the best.. Which isn't saying a lot. I only get good service at any BW3s, including this location, if the place is slow. Today our waiter was nice and we were seated promptly. I'd be upset if it were anything less. The wings are great, just like any other BW3s. Plus, I'm obsessed with Asian Zing. My girlfriend and I also go the soft pretzel sticks, which were good but the queso is a little strange. It reminds of me of the cheap nacho cheese you get at a middle school football game. I honestly don't think the manager here likes sports. We came to watch the here to watch the Pacers game, which they were happy to turn it on for us, but out of the dozens of other sporting events going on, all that are on the TVs is golf talk shows and NFL network replays. I live in Muncie Ind. and had not been to bww for awhile. we went last week which was the first week in July and they took us to a booth to be seated and walked away . Before sitting I notices the seat was very dirty and felt sticky. My daughter who was with us went and ask if we could get a wet rag or something to wipe off the dirty booth seat. They gave her one which I was shocked they did not come over and do it . Then i went to place my order for the chicken quesadillas and she said sorry we are out of the tortillia's. Went her on a Saturday afternoon, no wait and lots of tables available. We were seated right away and then we sat,l...and sat.... and sat. Noone greeted us after being seated. Noone acknowledged us and other tables around were being waited on and served. 5 employees stood around talking at the take out window which was directly behind my seat and across from my husband's. Both of our children were with us. We waited for over 10 minutes and still noone came to our table to greet us or get drink orders. There are lots of tv's here and it is is pretty much a go-to Muncie spot when it comes to watching sports. Mostly townies--the BSU students can be found at Brothers' or Scotty's. This is a pretty big place with a high ceiling. The food is ok--I'd stick with the wings--and they can be a bit sweet sometimes. The fries have that weird coating that I'm not a fan of. This place needs an intervention. There were problems from start to finish. One hostess told another to seat us "wherever." Our server took forever to come to our table to get drink orders but even longer to actually bring our drinks. Our appetizer came out before our drinks and we only ordered iced tea. There were dirty tables throughout the restaurant and a line at the door waiting to be seated. But the worst part was waiting for over an hour for our food... which was cold when it came out. We complained to the manager who said they were "just slammed in the kitchen" but honestly... what would happen if this were a game night or if classes were in session at BSU? And from reading the previous reviews, this is apparently a pattern here. Advice... stay away! read more
