Went to BW's for the Colts game on Sunday, food was delicious and the service was good. The place does not seem as clean as what it was in the past. Floors throughout the Bar area felt greasy and was slick to walk on. Urinal in men's bathroom had over flowed and there was water all over the floor. I told our waitress and she said she would tell someone and have it cleaned up. It never happened. The large tv on east wall was not working. Sad to say, but it seems like this place is going down hill, too bad because I always enjoyed going their. Will give it one more shot, if not any better it's time to move on. read more

As far as Wing go these are pretty good. A bit pricey perhaps but they test great. The service is excellent and the surroundings is better than most bars in town. I would recommend this place to anyone or any group who would like a real nice evening out. read more

Horrible service! We arrived and found our seat, after 8 minutes, a waiter came and asked us what we wanted to drink. We told him, he disappeared for about 10 minutes, while several other waitresses casually walked by. He came back, told my buddy that they were changing the keg as he had ordered a beer. My coke was still nowhere in site, I mentioned to him how long we had been waiting. I told him we almost got up and left because of the wait, he looks at me and says "so do you still want to order or not"! This was by far the worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had. For being a Friday night, it was really pretty slow. We had a basic order and it took a hour and twenty minutes to get our order. Several other tables came in and were out before we even got our food. I was charged for a small when I had only ordered a snack. When the order did come, my side of Mac and cheese wasn't out for another 15-20 minutes. It took so long to get the bill and to get our cards back. Considering the dining room wasn't even a third full, we were very disappointed. I ordered food online an hour in advanced and still had to wait when I got there. I felt bad for the kid who was trying to take care of everyone & was trying to explain to everyone why there food wasn't ready. Honestly was just a huge mess. The service is always great whenever I go there! Yes, if there's a big game, it might take a little longer, but I go in knowing that. I've always had a blast with all of my servers and hosts. They are always so nice and talkative, and I like that. The food is beyond tasty, and I love the atmosphere during football season. This was the worst meal I have ever been served. Notice I said served.....because I only took one bite of my pulled pork sandwich. There was no way I could eat it. Our son took my husband and I out to eat and he thought he would take us to a place we had never been before, so it was our first time. I took one bite of my sandwich, my son took one bite of his and my husband took 3 bites (he said he tried to give it a chance.) We paid 42.00 for 5 bites. The best description I could give was that it tasted salty and sour and sick......like vomit. I gave one star for our waitress. She was a sweet girl. Not her fault the food was horrible. The place is empty on a Saturday night for a reason. Long waits, bad air, and a genuine lack of care of your time. To start we came in to a near empty building and waited about 10 minutes to get seated. The host seemed a little stoned. Not that there is anything wrong with that (unless it affects my time). I'm a pretty observant person and watched as half the employees just wandered around like they were the walking dead. I have watched enough episodes of bar rescue to realize that this is just a case of poor management. I have been to 4 different BW2S and none of them were 1/10th empty as this one was on a Saturday night. The food and our server were good. Me and some teammates went to eat between games at a softball tournament. Saturday at 5:30. They were busy but not overly busy for a Saturday. The main reason I am writing the review was the wait we had. We were sat immediately and placed our drink order. 10 minutes later we placed our food order. One hour later we got our food after asking 3 times what the holdup was. We were never given a reason but were told it will be out soon. I would have thought they would have discounted our food after an hour long wait from ordering food til delivery but we were never offered anything but we never asked either. Maybe it was just a bad day with the kitchen but I see no reason a pulled pork sandwich and fries should take an hour. The food was pretty good but definately not worth the wait. read more

Maybe an off night, but our service was terrible. I've been to other locations in the "bdubs" franchise and never had it so bad. Sat at the table for close to 15 minutes before someone came for our drink order. A waiter who we flagged down was very apologetic. Then 10 more minutes for our drinks, delivered by a different waiter. A waitress followed shortly after, took our order, and we didn't see her again until the food arrived. We were able to get another member of the wait staff to refill our drinks in the meantime. Food arrived with my sandwich not prepared the way I asked, and my date's fries cold. She was very sweet about fixing things. To further add to the night's frustration they had some sort of problem with their satellite feed, and the game we came out to watch, was unable to be shown, and instead was left on some blank flashing screen saver. We never did get a straight answer as to what was going on there. read more

The most poorly ran restaurant in Muncie. The managers are never anywhere to be found when needed. But props to the servers and staff that pick up the slack for the lazy MIA managers. The food is decent but takes a lifetime to get to you. Avoid Tuesday and Thursday crowds on their wing special nights. The soft pretzel app is great. read more

If I could rate no stars I would!! Never been more u satisfied as I was when I went there to eat! Service and food 0 stars! Started off as we receive our food, my daughter took a bite of her quesadilla and pulled out a large hair out of her mouth told the waitress, she grabbed the food and said "I'll get it replaced" (no apology) we then wait 35 mins...35 mins, and still no replacement food! Let me remind you the waitress has not came back to our table ONE time in the 35 min time frame! I had to walk up front to ask for a manager! She proceeds to tell me she will go check on our food and let me know! TEN more mins go by, she doesn't even come out to bring our food!! she send the waitress, again still no apology from her or the waitress! I again ask for a manger, she comes out and says what's the problem? I proceed to tell her AGAIN my issues and tell her she had no remorse over the nasty hair in the food and the almost an hour wait for the replacement food and asked me what I wanted her to do! I said make it right with me! This is uncalled for and her being a manager I should t have to tell her what I want done!!!! She takes $10.00 off my bill????? REALLY?? The food with a side of hair in it was more than the $10.00 she took off!! Needless to say I won't be back there ever again! I tried contacting their corporate line too, no response from them! tuesday night half price off is when i roll thru....the service is amazing! the girls r really friendly, wings r good, u get what u pay for...my fav sauces r the medium and hot.....its a pretty big joint, great for groups or game nights. will def come here in the future! read more
