I came here for takeout and the food was ready but it was very busy for Saturday night, and the fox handling take out, seem to be a little overwhelmed, as there was a lot of food orders all at once. Been to this location for the fourth time. Service is my major issue at this location. No servers or bar tenders around the bar area our ever sociable. Have to look or ask to be served on multiple occasions. So it's not one or two persons that are the problem. At this location it comes down to poor management and training. The staff in this area are actually rude but don't even know it. No one says hello I will be with you in a moment. They just walk by and ignore you until you initiate the conversation. Like I said this was my 4th time not 1st. Why I went several time is because I give every restaurant 3 strike before they're out. Prices are reasonable and if you join the free rewards club you get free grub when you start adding up the dollar points . Burgers , chicken sandwiches, wraps, tenders , wings , and more . I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but after last night's experience, I cannot remain silent. To begin, our server was kind, professional, and attentive despite the circumstances. She handled herself with grace and efficiency, and it was clear she was doing everything she could. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the overall operation of the restaurant. The dining room was filled with dirty tables, and although the servers were visibly trying to keep up, they clearly did not have the time or support to manage the situation. Our server was repeatedly pulled away from the bar area by individuals at the front who were interrupting her and rudely demanding to be seated. She was obviously overwhelmed and appeared on the verge of tears, yet she continued to treat us with kindness and professionalism. It was genuinely upsetting to witness. My wife and I have dined here many times. In the past, there has always been a hostess managing seating and staff assigned to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. On a busy Friday night, there was neither. Even more concerning, during the two hours we were there, not a single manager was present on the floor. When staff members are clearly struggling, management should be stepping in to assist, not absent altogether. Every server we observed appeared frustrated and stressed. While we ultimately received courteous service, our food took nearly an hour to arrive. We were warned that the kitchen was backed up, which we understood, but waiting thirty minutes for an appetizer is excessive under any circumstances. Overall, it was extremely disappointing to witness a hardworking staff left without proper support. The employees were clearly doing their best, but they were set up to fail. Finally called the waitress over and requested a change in channels and my request was thankfully granted. That was the last time we would see her for a solid 30 minutes. She came around after a while and took our order. I ordered a hamburger with nothing on it. My specific instructions were "can i just get a hamburger with just meat and bun...nothing else." Tell me why when I get my food the whole fucking pantry was unloaded onto my burger. I thought it was a prank because I had never seen every condiment and vegetable on a burger before. Come to find out she was dead serious and we never saw her again after the food came. Pretty sure she clocked out and went on with her day. Food was vulgar and not edible. Tasted liked actual trash and was genuinely disappointed because in St. Louis this franchise is actually somewhat decent. Wanted to order dessert but because we never saw our waitress again we couldn't do that. My boy had to go flag someone down in order to pay. Worst wings I've ever had, and I've had 7/11 wings... First time trying out the franchise, and this place has to be an anomaly because the food was pretty horrendous and I wish I went with Applebee's next door instead. $30 before tip got me medium wings, cheese curds (came recommended), and soda. Overordered hoping to bring some home - didn't get there as I left most of the curds and the wings were dry and skimpy and I actually finished the full order. "Medium," almost $20 in wings, are fifteen skinny, shriveled, super dry, dilapidated wings. It's hard to mess up wings as you can simply fry them and they're crispy and juicy. These looked dehydrated from the outside, and definitely dry on the inside, as if they were left over and reheat. Wild sauce decently spicy, but too salty. Asian sauce was way too sweet. Lemon pepper was okay, but dry and somewhat bland. Their "bleu cheese" lacked any real chunks of the actual product and was a bare reminder of real bleu cheese dressing. The cheese curd portion for a $7 was medium sized. Breading was a bit greasy, and only semi crispy. Cheese inside lacked the squeakiness of real Midwest cheese curds. Way too salty. I left most on the plate. Another thing was the wait. Most tables taken, but it didn't seem like much food was ordered or much was coming out of kitchen. Couple sat down right before me, took them over 10 minutes for chips and dip, which should've taken no time to prepare. Wings for me took at least 30 minutes. Not egregious, but definitely not quick for such easy, albeit terribly prepared, food. I hate being a stickler, especially at a corporate chain. I can see being picky about the cheese curds, maybe some people could enjoy it, but the wings were simply terrible. The pricing is set by corporate, which is mediocre. Dressing not being "real" bleu cheese is corporate. However, the quality of those wings had to be an issue with the restaurant or the evening, or I have thankfully just been avoiding one of the worst chains until now. To start, we did pick up, and when waiting to pick up our food the cashier working the pick up station was wearing a mask but incorrectly, and I know that will rattle some bones with people but if you are handling items for others to consume, please cover your nose. I rarely give bad reviews, but I had to write this. First off, we got there 1.5hours before it closed and there was no one there. So why our food and drinks took almost 45min to come out, is beyond me. They sat us at the bar and the bartender was our waiter. We are sitting in his section and he only came over to us three times, (to take order, drop off food and drinks, to give us the check), our entire time sitting there. I was a server and bartender for three years and I always give the servers at least 18% tip, but this trip was so bad and the service was so terrible, I made sure to barely leave a tip. How do you barely check on us, our food was late, and you aren't even wearing any gloves to hand us our food, during a time of a pandemic???? Then there were random people walking around the restaurant without masks. Idk if they work there or friends with people who work there; but I don't want your COVID put a mask on and the employees there didn't say anything to these maskless people.... but then there is a sign on the front door claiming that they will deny entry to those without masks... Obviously Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't care about people's safety. How everyone else in the world is making sure their customers are safe, but Buffalo Wild Wings in New Rochelle is going to create another hot spot in New Rochelle..... I will definitely be calling corporate and I will not miss coming to this location, because this is literally the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings in New York. Made a reservation for a table of 5. We arrived early. We have tickets to see the fights next door. We scheduled enough time for food and drinks at BWW and then go next door at 9pm. We arrive to be told they don't take reservations. Hard to comprehend since I received a confirmation email, calendar update and calendar reminder as the time approached. I asked to speak with a manager. We waited over 25 minutes. The manager never came to speak with us. I believe his name was "Miguelito". Someone who appeared to be a supervisor walked by at some point and was asked by the hostess if he were alright. He said no. We left. We go to BWW all the time in the Bronx. I have brought pro athletes with me a few times and we usually have a large party.
