I enjoy coming to a Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is great. They have delicious food to pick on, when your out with a group. I especially enjoy their boneless wings. I could eat a whole 20 piece haha. My favorite flavors of sauce are honey BBQ, spicy garlic, and Asian zing. These are just the best. Also, I really like their burger here. Me and a few guys from church came here last Friday. It's March Madness season so just about every tv had one of the games on. Our server seemed pleasant when she initially came to our table, but was nonexistent the rest of the night. We had to ask a different server for drink refills, and when she finally came to check on us and ask about refills, we told her someone else brought them for us. Absolutely horrible food and experience here. We ordered the cheeseburger (which comes with a side of fries) and a chicken caesar salad with crispy chicken. At the start when ordering, we asked if we could replace the side of fries with a side of mac and cheese (which is $1.00 more expensive ala carte, so a typical side upgrade charge of that amount would be standard and expected). Our server said that we could, but later we discovered she charged us for it as a separate additional side, which really doesn't make sense since we asked for it to replace the fries and therefore did not even receive the fries. This server was also reluctant to provide the itemized receipt when asked and had a rude attitude throughout, such as dismissively dropping our forks on the table. For context, we came in well before closing time and they were far from packed, I'd estimate 20% full across the bar and sittinf areas. Additionally, the chicken in the salad had a strange, rubbery texture that I am concerned meant that it was partially raw and not cooked enough. The mac and cheese noodles were quite gluey and unsatisfying in texture. Would definitely warn others against coming here due to both the disappointing food and unwelcoming atmosphere. Food and drinks are what you expect from a chain like this. The bartenders have no issues over-serving customers, leading to people getting too drunk, swearing and yelling. Honestly pretty terrible experience. Our waiter was just not attentive and mildly clueless. We sat there without service for a while, and kind of refused to check in on us when walking by when our drinks were empty. Onto the food, I order dry rub wings that were not tossed in the rub. It was a plate of wings with just a ton of powder dropped on so one side had no seasoning and the rest was caked on. I mean it's a b dubs, so I'm not expecting anything beyond your usual standard fare of wings and bar grub. In terms of those things they did a decent job. Nothing about the food was bad or surprising in any way. If you like generic wings with lots of sauce or dry rub, burgers, salads and other bar fare, this place does the job fine. There's also, as you'd expect, plenty of beer on tap so if you're itching for a drink, there's lots to choose from. The service during our visit was fine. Keep it mind it wasn't that busy when we got here and by the time we left it got more crowded. Our server definitely was more attentive when things were less crazy, so I can't say as to how things get when it's full of customers. The wings are probably frozen, but it's a chain so ya get what ya get. While they aren't the best wings that you'll ever have they certainly do the job, especially if you are hungry and need a quick fix. My friends and I come here often to satisfy our craving for wings. There has usually been a wait when we've come (15-45mins), but it's understandable with how busy the place can get sometimes (especially around dinner or on game days). The service has also varied depending on the size of our party and how busy the place is at the time. When we come with larger groups, we've had to wait over an hour for food, were waiting a while for the server to come with checks, and never got more water even after asking. When we come with smaller groups, the service has been a bit better, but again varies depending on how busy the place is. The food is pretty good here despite it being a chain restaurant. We usually come on Tuesdays and Thursdays when there are deals on the chicken. My go-to flavors are salt and vinegar (dry rub) and the garlic parmesan. Their appetizers are also pretty good and usually come with a decent portion size. One of my favorites is their fried pickles as these pair so well with the southwestern ranch. Other appetizers I've tried include their house sampler, which is huge and could probably feed 2 people alone, and their dirty dubs tots, which were packed with so much flavor and worth for the price. I was here with my family earlier. It's a rainy Monday night, so I expected it to be pretty empty. The service was fine - the waiter was pretty attentive and checked in on us from time to time. However, the food was straight up nasty! We ordered the nachos (with an extra charge for the chicken) but they were super sparse and dry. There were hardly any toppings or sauces - it was just plain tortilla chips with some onions and tomatoes scattered about. We also had the 10 piece boneless wings in mango habanero and the jerk sauce. The breading was hard, the wings were room temperature, and the chicken itself wasn't tender. Sauces were ok, but they probably came from a bottle so there was some quality control on that end. The carrots looked a little old and stale as well, but the celery was fine. We didn't finish our meal, and I feel really bad for the chickens that died for this shitty overpriced meal. BWW is hit or miss but more recently miss. This location is much better than the other ones I have been to. The wings were fully cooked and had a good amount of meat on each. These two flavors (in the picture) were both good. The mango habanero is a little spicy but more sweet. The chipotle bbq is just a mix of seasonings and they added a generous amount, so it had a lot of flavor. I was driving when I got the notification that our order was ready for pickup. The notification came at 8:20pm and I got to the takeout counter at 8:22pm. Food smelled amazing! Couldn't wait to get home and dig in. I get home with the food and open the bag and it's a DISASTER. We ordered BOGO 20 wings for a total of 40 wings with a side of fries. The bottom of the takeout containers were SOPPING WET. The fries were cold, rubbery and stale. You could tell they did not make these fresh. Additionally, they cheated us on the number of wings. We got the 20 parm garlic that we ordered, but we also ordered 10 mango habanero and 10 blazin. THEY ONLY GAVE US 4 BLAZIN WINGS and 6 MANGO HABANERO. EVERYTHING WAS COLD. It was a huge disappointment. We will never get takeout from BDubs again. It's not worth it. We were regular, loyal customers at this location before the pandemic. This was extremely disappointing.
