Hmm. When you go to a place and order boneless wings and then get wings that aren't even covered in sauce, it raises an eyebrow. When you send them back and they've got more but still aren't covered the other eyebrow goes up. BUT, when you go back a second time and tell them UP FRONT about what happened last time and tell to el MAKE sure they are covered...and it happens again, well, there just aren't enough eyebrows on my face. read more

The beer cheese and steak sandwich was small and had a very small amount of cheese, potato wedges and chicken tenders weren't very big. My wife and I stopped in here for some appetizer and dessert while out shopping. Upon entering we waited a couple of minutes before anyone came to seat us and when they did they almost seated people who came in after us first. I understand it is a sports bar geared towards sports but the TVs were extremely loud for how few people were inside dining. The service was slow except for bringing refills for my soda, it was my wife's turn to have an alcoholic drink. She said her drink was not bad. For appetizer we order mozzarella sticks and fries. We also shared a piece of chocolate cake. The quantity of food was definitely not worth what they were charging for the price. The fries also lacked anytime of seasoning and were more soggy than crunchy. I hate saying this but I would not stop at this location again unless some major changes took place. read more

Went Sunday afternoon and the sound system was TOO loud. When we walked in the door, I had to almost yell at the person asking how many in our party. I did ask if they would turn down the TV or speaker volume. He came back and said NO, rather abruptly. We left! It's no pleasure eating out when you have to yell the server or person seated with you because of the excessive speaker volume. We have eaten there before and the food is good but a little expensive. Came here for lunch on Sunday, March 29, 2026. What a waste of $60 to be completely honest. The appetizer dip that came out was cold and thick from sitting. The wings arrived and were tough and average at best. You'd think a place named after it's staple item would offer decent wings. Now here's the part that threw me...I went to add a little pepper on the app and wings and the entire top of the pepper shaker fell off, dumping a mound of pepper all over the food and table. I don't blame this on the restaraunt though, as we all know it could have been an honest mistake of whoever refilled the pepper shaker or maybe a prior patron thought it would be funny to play the old pepper shaker prank and leave the top loose. However, when I tried to put the top back on the shaker, it wouldn't even screw on. It was completely stripped out and was unusable. Anyways, I made the server aware of what happened, and he saw the mess that was everywhere, and he replied "Are you ready for your check?" No offer to replace the food, to credit the bill, nothing. No concern. I literally had not eaten a bite. I paid the bill and left. Very disappointed in the server's lack of care or any attempt to fix the situation and replace the food. Also, what ever happened to grooming standards with people handling food in restaurants? I've never seen so many people with hair all the way down their back, extremely long nails, eyelashes you could see from a mile away, etc. Not a good vibe. read more

I have to preface this review by saying that our server Robert was really great, he provided excellent service to us last night! But, c'mon BWWs, what the heck takes an hour and 45 minutes to receive 2 kids meals, a burger and a wrap? We even ordered the kids food 20 minutes before we ordered our own. I'd be more understanding if the place was busy but there was at least 20 or more empty tables, and now I am understanding why. There was plenty of staff....This has to be the slowest meal at this type of establishment we have ever had. I literally could have driven to the market picked up everything we needed to cook what we ordered, drove home and cooked everything myself from scratch before we received the food here. Not really sure how that is acceptable. No sign of any manager to come to our table to let us know what to expect. Just really poor management and performance by whoever is running that kitchen back there. Don't think we will be back unless we take the day off from work and show up at lunchtime to get our dinner. It's too bad because once the food did arrive it wasn't bad, but definitely not worth waiting almost 2hours for....there are other options locally that are better for this type of food. read more

My husband picked up three wing orders for the family. I was so excited that they were open and couldn't wait to try them. It was so disappointing. The wings were over cooked and dry even the teriyaki and spicy garlic. The sauce was on them, but they were hard and lacked any juiciness or true flavor. We ended up throwing most of them out. Really a waste and I hope it was a one time occurrence, maybe they ordered a bad batch of chicken or something. We will give them one more chance and I will revise my review. read more

We actually had to say something to Mariah. I mean we saw my white claw sitting there but they didn't bother getting my husband's beer. She brought my white claw and said they were working on the beer. Really? It's not a mixed drink, you just pop the top. He should have gotten the beer when he got my white claw. TERRIBLE SERVICE WE WILL NEVER RETURN! 19 Feb around 630 We had high hopes for this BDubs, we always enjoyed the one at Tanger and this one was very close to home. This is not our first trip here, I guess with it being new we hoped it would get better, we were wrong. 1st holy crap is it loud inside, sometimes tough to even have a conversation, especially on game day. Second, the bartenders customer service sucks, we always sit at the bar, we enjoy the people and usually the bartenders. This time the bar looked like a war zone, it was only about 1/3 occupied but every empty seat had glasses and old food at them. We grabbed 2 seats expecting them to come over and clean and take out order, guess I expected to much that day, we sat there a good 10 minutes before someone came over and cleaned up and then she walked away, she made and delivered some other drinks and then took the 2 guys order next to us that came in way after us, we had been there at a pretty empty bar for 15 minutes now with no service and we had had enough, we were gone. Like I said this was not our first trip here, and not our 1st trip with these 2 bartenders but it will be our last. Its just not enjoyable. There's plenty of other places within 5 minutes of BDubs that are so much better and if we want BDubs we'll head to Tanger, where the bartenders and service are top notch. read more

Well, here I am doing my Saturday lunch alone...I guess I have to get used to this since my husband passed away in December...we used to do Saturday lunches together and talk about our week and what our plans were going to be for the next week. Well, now it's just me and my future plan is to enjoy my beer and food. I'm at the new location of BWW, on Dorchester road. Greeted immediately and sat at a table. The decor is totally different than the other locations I've been to. I like it! Open with lots of seats. They look to have a nice outdoor patio too! I ordered the Asian zing cauliflower wings and the Buffalo tots with no blue cheese...will let you know how they come out..my only complaint right now is that the A/C is blowing right on me and it's freezing...but I'm sure I won't be complaining if it was 95F outside..so I'll leave it for now..I'm doing this review in real time..so here goes..Buffalo tots came out and look delish..tasty too! Cauliflower wings came out..LOVE these! I don't eat traditional wings so these are a great substitute! Alex was a great server! Stopped in for lunch to check out the new restaurant near our neighborhood. We were greeted quickly by the hostess & a waitress was ready to take our order immediately. We ordered the lunch special of a Buffalo chicken wrap, side salad & drink. Ordered arrived within 5-7 minutes & a manager came by shortly after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction & to thank us for stopping in. The food was very good & our drink never ran dry. I went to your North Creek Dr. store in SC arriving at 2"15pm. With barly 15 guests in the store I ordered a beer and your New Cheesesteak. Asking for a side of mayonnaise, to which the server replied, we don't have any mayo, the truck hasn't arrived, But I'll see what I can do. After 45 minutes the server delivered food to the couple on my left and the single women on my right. Both parties were already there when I arrived 45 minutes earlier. The server asked me if I would like another beer, to which I replied did you find mayo? She said No and I told her to cancel the order. She went to the young man that had been occupying the end bar stool since I arrived. I told her that also means that since it's Monday the store was likely out of Mayo on Sunday and possible Saturday and that was inexcusable. I told the server she should point out to her manager that there is a Publix across the street, the manager got up from his stool voided the check, never looking in my direction, and went into the kitchen. Pretty poor management you would agree. Why would wings in a Wings Concept ever take 45 minutes to cook and serve? read more

first off, I love BW's!! first time visiting this spot, thought I would try since the wife is out of town (need some dinner after a long work day). the customer service was, "ok" look like 1 employee was training. food came as the proposed time. I order the desert heat wings (traditional) & fries. my wings were dry and bones were breaking from just biting into the wing (wings cooked too long) & there was 1curly strand of hair (I'm bald) & forgot my drink (that's my fault).
