Very disappointed again with Texas Road house. This is the second time this has happened. In order my meal. Got up to go to the restroom and when I got back my table was cleared and staff was sitting at my table. The waiter brought my drink back which was the wrong drink I order in the first place. I opted to cancel my order. When it happens 2 times in a row. You don't need my money . Shame on you!!!!! Trying to get a quick turnover when I have not even are yet. Last time. I had take. 2 bite out of my steak. Shame on you!

This is my 2nd time at Texas Roadhouse and I love their service, food, and atmosphere. The wait times aren't too crazy despite coming on a Saturday night. I've been dying to try their prime rib but however the two times I've been here they're unavailable.

Steak fries came out later, as fries were running behind tonight.

You get a great value for your money at Texas Roadhouse. The food is delicious and fresh. I don't eat steak and my husband typically prefers to grill his own, but he says the steaks here are cooked perfectly. I eat seafood and liked both the fried catfish and the grilled shrimp. The tartar sauce for the fried catfish is different, with a mustard flavor, and all of the salad dressings are signature to Texas Roadhouse as well. Your meal starts with yeast rolls and cinnamon butter- you won't be able to resist them, and you shouldn't, but do stop at 1-2 so you can still enjoy your meal when it arrives. You can see the rolls being made when you enter the restaurant, which is a nice touch. The atmosphere is super casual, and I like that. At fancy steakhouses, the wait staff watches you like a hawk and can be overbearing, but not here. They keep your drinks filled and work super hard, but aren't pretentious. You don't have to dress up unless you want to, and it works for a dinner after a day of shopping in North Charleston. The bar has cocktails and NA mocktails and is inexpensive- less than $10 for a drink. The only negative for Texas Roadhouse is that the Charleston area only has this one. I wish Texas Roadhouse corporate would read this and put a location in West Ashley or Mt. Pleasant. I recommend joining the online waitlist on your way to the restaurant or coming right when they open for dinner so you don't have to wait as long.

Lauren at the bar was patient and cheerful! She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. My ribeye was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Baked potato was perfectly salty, loaded with savory goodness. Broccoli was steamed perfectly.

Walking in there was only one party in front so it was a quick wait for a table. A lot of energy throughout the restaurant. Dim lighting, televisions around the bar area for customers. The steaks were cooked to our preference. Accessible restaurants in the back of the restaurant. Easy to navigate through.

We called ahead and only had to wait 10 minutes when arrived. Our waitress was nice, she was training another waitress. The mixup started with the salad. My son ordered a house salad with Cesar dressing and ended up with a Cesar salad. My husband and my steaks were also swapped on the wrong plates. My son's ribs were dry and burnt. We had to send them back. The second rack brought by the manager was much better. This whole experience ended up taking 2 hours total, way longer than expected for a lunch for 3 people.

Dinner tonight for 2! Busy at 730 on a Wednesday night but the wait wasn't long at all for just us. My daughter loves the rolls & butter at this franchise so please don't ever change it. Our waitress was great! I didn't catch her name but she was on point with bringing out extra rolls, clearing plates and having full drinks before we even were empty on the first ones. Our food was fresh & prompt. Of course we love the rolls, but the Mozzarella Twists and Cesar Salads were also good. She got corn & a 6 Oz sirloin steak which were good. I got Fillet Medallions that came on a bed of rice and green beans. The medallions were flavorful but kinda chewy. The rice & green beans were good. She and I both agreed that The Texas Roadhouse steak sauce is too sweet though. A1 or Heinz 57 is preferred over the Roadhouse sauce. All in all our dinner was good, no real complaints. The restaurant itself is a typical fast paced franchise. Its a little dirty and the floors always feel slippery but it's not bad for an occasional quick week day dinner. The service we got & the food makes it 4 stars for us.

My husband and I visited Texas Roadhouse for our anniversary dinner. My guy was craving a delicious steak. There was plenty of parking. You may want to get there early or add wait time to your schedule because this place was very busy. Luckily we only had to wait 15 minutes for a table. In the waiting area they have bags of peanuts in the shell that you can enjoy while looking at the delicious cuts of meat in the glass case. Our server Dylan was awesome. We told him that we were very hungry so we ordered right away and he quickly brought out our drinks and dinner rolls. He also told us that he put a rush on our food order and that also came out quickly! The rolls were freshly baked and delicious. I love the cinnamon butter! I ordered the Portobello mushroom chicken with steak fries and a salad. The chicken was very tender with cheese, brown gravy and thick slices of Portobello mushrooms. Very good! The steak fries were golden and delicious. The salad was very fresh with sliced eggs, tomatoes and mixed greens. The honey mustard dressing tasted freshly made. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The manager stopped by to check on us. Highly recommend.

Had an early Anniversary dinner with my wife of 40 years at Texas Roadhouse in North Charleston. We arrived and the restaurant was nearly full but we got seated in about 15 minutes. We told our server, Dillon that we were starving and could he put a rush on our meals. He did just that, within 15 minutes we were served. Friendly young man that provided us with great service. I had the 14 ounce ribeye, baked loaded potato and a mixed green salad. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful. No steak sauce needed. It's sometimes hard to find a good steak but I was very satisfied with this steak. Good meal at a very reasonable price. Thumbs up to Dillon and the Texas Roadhouse!

I'm pleasantly surprised! I'm in town visiting family in Goose Creek. When we go out to eat we usually go to nearby areas, like North Charleston, Mt Pleasant, downtown or Summerville. I haven't tried Texas Roadhouse. I guess I kind of thought it was like a Golden Corral and that's not my jam. But this was more like the way Outback or Western Sizzler were back in the day. My mom and I both got a small sirloin, I got medium rare and my mom got medium well. Both were cooked perfectly. She got a baked sweet potato with just butter and the steamed vegetables (broccoli and carrots). I got a baked potato and green beans. They also give you yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. I enjoyed everything, even the glass of red wine! Our server was Morgan and she was friendly. I used the waitlist option from their website and we got a table right away while others waited to be sat. I'll visit my mom 3-4 times per year for a few weeks at a time so we will definitely be back.

The food is well priced. I do recommend reservations, but the smaller the party the quicker you get in. The restaurant is lively, and busy.

I cannot tell you how impressive that is. It takes almost no effort, but it completely changes the interaction. Instead of feeling like another customer at another table, you feel like someone they're genuinely happy to have there. That is hospitality, and Mandy nailed it. Ambience - 5:5 Sapphire's has a really nice, relaxed environment. It feels like a good local hangout, the kind of place where you can settle in and stay awhile. It's not rowdy. It's not pretentious. It's warm, welcoming, and comfortable. There's just an easygoing feel to the place that works. Food - 5:5 I ordered the Prime Rib Points, medium rare, and they came out perfectly cooked. They were served with toasted baguette slices and an in-house horseradish sauce. The beef was tender, hot, and exactly the temperature I ordered. The horseradish sauce was excellent and complemented the prime rib without overpowering it. And here's something that deserves mentioning: my food was in front of me within about 15 minutes of ordering it, piping hot and perfectly prepared. That's about as good as it gets. I'm glad I came back and refreshed my memory of just how good Sapphire's is. The fact that my experience several months later was every bit as good as the first one says a lot. My only complaint? I wish I lived closer.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday night. The vibe was not as fun and lively as we expected it to be, but oh well. In addition to the cheese curds, we also ordered wings and the cinnahoney sweet tots. Both the wings & tots were terrible. The wings tasted like they were fried a week ago and have been sitting on the counter ever since. The tots had a french toast flavor, but like french toast that was made from stale bread. I would still come back here to snack on the cheese curds (but eat a meal elsewhere). Maybe the kitchen was having an "off-day" so I'd recommend checking this place out and deciding for yourself ;)

The Good: The actual BBQ meat, coleslaw, and pickle slices were very good and full of flavor. The Disappointing: Unfortunately, the bottom bun of both sandwiches was completely soaked through with liquid and totally unfit to eat. We had to throw the bottom buns away and eat the sandwiches with a knife and fork, which defeats the purpose of a sandwich. Since we ordered a bit late after the lunch crowd, our onion rings were cold, and the sweet potato fries were cold and limp. We usually order out so we don't have to cook, but I ended up having to reheat both sides in our kitchen. Once they were hot, they were actually pretty good! We didn't want to make another trip back to the restaurant to get it fixed, so we just made the best of it. Verdict: The food definitely has potential, but the takeout packaging and timing missed the mark today. If we decide to try it again, we will definitely "dine in" instead to make sure everything stays fresh.

The venue has been updated and has been redone in primarily black and white paint and accents. It's nice - not dated, not trying to look fancier than it is. It's comfortable and approachable. They have taken out many of the tables from the previous spot so you feel like there is room around you to breathe. The chairs are SO comfortable, too. They're inviting and even two hours later we still commented on how good they felt. If you've been to the Riverfront location, the menu will be very familiar. They have added a few new options but have primarily stuck with what they know they do well, which is smart while they're just opening up. We started with the smoked chicken thighs and the deviled eggs (which we ordered when we saw them being delivered to another table and needed to have them!), both SO good. My never-ending pet peeve is when you order something and it comes with too many or not enough for the table - like 5 deviled eggs for a 4-top. For my entree, I ordered the steak frites. I don't eat a lot of red meat, so this was a special treat and they did not disappoint. The medium rare was perfect and the fries were yummy as always. Both of the dessert specials sounded good, so we decided to get them both so everyone at the table could have a bite. I will be back, for sure. My only spot for opportunity was the parking lot. It is VERY dark. I don't know that I would truly feel comfortable walking there at night - there are some trip hazards and it's not the safest if you're alone, so I hope they add in some spotlights and a path.
