Natalie chatted with us even though the restaurant was packed and they were busy to go over the menu and gave us samples of sauces we wanted to try and my boyfriend asked for thousand island for his burger she said the restaurant doesn't serve it but offered to make to it. She walked up to the host stand at least three times and didn't say a word to us just looked at the ipad and walked away. Just went there today 1/15 as part of a celebration. The first thing we were hit with was the smell of the dirty bathrooms, right at the front door. If you can't get to go orders correct, don't offer them! Every time we order to go or delivery they forget either the sauces or part of the food. They even have someone sign off that it is correct & everything is in the bag... The quality of the food is always pretty good as long as they get it right. Stinks like BO in the building. My online order took an hour longer than it was supposed to. By the time I got it and drove home I was starving! Only to find that my order contained "food" that was absolutely horrible. The wings had hardly any meat on them and was so dry! Eating the food was like having gas station jerky except it took longer and was supposed to imitate chicken. At least gas station jerky is edible, the "food" that I got absolutely was not. I've gone to several BWWs over the years. I enjoy cheap wings cheap beer and loud music at times. This was my worst experience at any of their establishments. The drinks were completely fine, no issues they came out quick, correct and delicious. The same can not be said on the food. We ordered chips and dip trip, wings and potato wedges, naked tenders with fries and a BLT with tater tots. The chips wings and wedges came out immediately, which we expected with an almost empty restaurant. The rest took quite some time. While we were waiting we found the guacamole was rancid probably either the cilantro or onion based on the sour aftertaste so we sent it back, but the waitress did not wait for us to tell her what the issue was, while walking away she said she'd fix it. We had ordered naked tenders for the kid, expecting them to not be sauced, these were also unbreaded (our fault for not reading the description. The BLT came out as a patty melt. They brought out another guacamole that had the same issue. At this point, we spoke to a manager, who took the patty melt to be swapped for a BLT and took away the guacamole. While this was being fixed the server came and said "they're fixing whatever the issue is". The timing issues, dismissive attitude from the server, the wrong order and bad guacamole (twice) gets them the one star. read more

My burger was very good and my brother in law seemed to enjoy his wings even tho they brought him the wrong sauce ( Blazing instead of Buffalo ) and didn't tell him.. So the check comes and they charge us $8.50 each for the Blue Moons, we kindly ask if they would comp the beers seeing we gambled $80 and the bartender informed us they could not. They can only comp domestic beers like Coors Light, Bud Light etc.. Now I've lived in Vegas for almost 30 years and I currently work at the Bellagio and I've NEVER heard of a bar with that policy.. I literally laughed out of pure shock, now mind you my wife was a gaming bartender here in Summerlin for 15 years and she's was at a loss for words . Now obviously it's not the $8.50 that's the issue, it's the fact that this is how local bars treat locals now and it's absolutely unacceptable. My family & I just walked out of BWW on Centennial. The entire row of booths on the left side of the restaurant were unoccupied, needed to be bussed, and there was trash on the floor. There were several servers standing along the takeout wall, one of whom was dancing. Normally it is very clean inside. The hostess informed us there was a "$10 donation per seat for the Boys' & Girls' Club, but you get 6-free boneless wings." When asked if this was optional I was told it was not optional. We don't go to BWW for the chicken, we prefer other things on the menu. Requiring $40 to sit down (in addition to what we had planned to order) is absurd. I don't mind helping out for fundraising, but I feel like this should be posted somewhere and should be optional. read more
