    Something floating in my water.
    Yvonne B.

We entered and the hostess at the front smiled and was extremely polite. She sat us at the table and wished us a great meal. We were approached by Cory who had a bad attitude the moment he walked up to the table! My husband and I ordered water and my mom asked if she could have hot tea! With an attitude, he just starred at her shaking his head and had an ugly facial expression. It was rude and so I made a joke to try and lighten the mood. I said, "mom where do you think you are lol " he still with an attitude just walked away. A moment later, we get dropped off two waters and a a cup of hot water!! What?? Why in the world did you just drop off a cup of hot water? It was really rude and we didn't want him back at our table to wait on us. My water had something floating in it that was red/orange floating at the bottom. A nice young lady named destiny came to serve us and apologized on his behalf. She took our order and was polite, my mom ended up ordering a strawberry lemonade. However, Cory was staring at us from the bar laughing like it was funny. We aren't sure on what happened or why he chose to be so rude to us but it wasn't ok. My husband decided to order a blackberry lemonade and got it right away mind you my mom is still waiting on her strawberry lemonade. These are made by the bar so now we know he must of, I don't know, not liked that my mom asked for a hot tea? I ordered steak fajitas and they brought me shrimp! At this point I am extremely irritated and I know because we are black they were thinking we are nothing but problems but this stuff we didn't make up, it really happened. It was a nice gesture that destiny took the meal off of our bill , when we didn't ask. When we got our food it tasted really good and was seasoned well!!

Food: awesome. I had the fajitas Service: couldn't have had a better server. She never let my drink get below half empty. She was attentive without being smothering. When asked for recommendations her delivery and suggestions were on point and welcomed. Ambiance: the establishment was warm and inviting. On the Thursday evening I visited it was not overtly crowded so communicating with others in my party was effortless. There are several tv's displaying different games and sports. Basically I'd highly advise giving Chili's a try for your next dining experience.

Super fast service. The waiter was quick and always refilled our drinks! We got the food quick and it was so delicious. The endless chips and salsa were the best. The chips were warm and fresh and they always refilled so quick! You can pay through the mini phone thing at your table. Super convenient. There's games you can play too for a small fee. Overall really great experience and food.

This is my 2nd visit to this location since it's opened. Both times were good experiences. One of my go to spots for good cheap food nothing over the top, can't beat a casual spot, drinks food, and sports on TV. Can't beat the '3 for Me' deal. It was kinda a busy night, but we were able to sit in the bar area right away instead of waiting for the main dining area. Once we were seated the bartender got our drink order. We already knew what we wanted so the beginning half of quick. **if you are rewards member make sure to log into that tablet on the table for free chips and salsa.** 2 orders - 3 for me deal 5/5 stars chips & salsa (free when you have rewards app) 4/5 stars - smash burgers 3/5 stars - fries 5/5 stars - margaritas 3/5 stars - salad 3/5 stars - enchilada soup

went in around 11:20am today and the restaurant wasn't packed. staff was super kind !! they sat us down and got our food to us quickly. i tried the triple dipper for the first time today. i got nashville mozzarella, honey chipotle chicken tenders, and southwest egg rolls. my basket came with ranch and a yummy green avocado sauce. the restaurant looked very clean and modern compared to other chilis restaurants in vegas

Yelp Review 2025 #9: First influencer letdown of the year: Nashville Hot Mozz. I've been let down by influencers countless of times but here I am falling into the same trap because I never learn my lesson! And also, because I have hope...hope that they would finally suggest something good. I don't frequent Chili's. But said mozzarella has been popping up on my Insta for no good reason. So, today, I finally gave in and tried them. Nashville Hot Mozz: We got a small order which has 3 mozzarella bricks the size of fast food apple pie. By looking at them, they seemed promising. Golden brown breaded and fried cheese doused in Nashville hot sauce which is similar to Buffalo sauce. It comes with a cup of ranch for dipping. The hot melted cheese has a nice pull to it. And the good things end there. They're good to look at but not great to put in your mouth. Extremely salty and you can't taste anything else. For the 3-piece portion, it's a whopping 1900 calories so, if you eat one, it's 633 calories which equivalent to one whole meal that doesn't fill you up! I ate half a piece and got an entree with more substance. 1/5 Guiltless Sirloin: You can either get 6oz or 10oz and it comes with asparagus. The steak is drizzled with cilantro pesto and comes with pico. I ordered no pico. The asparagus was also super salty. You can see the salt caked on to the asparagus! The steak was good. 2/5 The service was the best part. Our server was Kathy and she was very energetic and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food to come and drinks to be refilled. Knowing Chili's is ultra casual, I'm not expecting gourmet by any means but chill out on the salt! I had at least 3 refills of my iced tea to wash it all down.

    The mozzarella sticks are huge.

Went in not knowing what kind of food I would be able to eat as a vegan. They had bottomless chips and salsa and a veggie bean burger.i asked for no cheese and no SantaFe sauce. I added the sweet chili sauce that they use for dips. It was delicious. Portion size of fries was perfect. My son had the mozzarella sticks in Nashville hot sauce. The cheese to batter ratio was good but he felt the outside was a bit overdone.

Food was so dry and bland . I spend 40$ on this food the mozzarella sticks were good at first but started tasting watery after a while. This is my first time actually eating really food here and I'm disappointed I'll never eat here in real life

I ordered the wings, but they were a bit overcooked and not sauced well, especially underneath. However, everyone else in our group enjoyed their food, and the customer service was great. I just happened to have a subpar wing experience this time. The ambiance was decent.

My daughter has been asking to come to chilis for the triple dipper after seeing it on social media. I also had one of the merry Margaritas and that was delicious! We were seated quickly and had a very nice waitress. I will be back for sure

The Salsa looked fiery but was only mildly spicy. The burrito I ordered was on the small side but just the right size for a partial lunch. And the taco was crispy as advertised, and adorned with lettuce, tomatoes, and orange cheese. Diane liked her Shrimp Quesadilla, which contained one piece of grilled shrimp in each section. While everything I sampled tasted great, plating could have been improved upon. The Bean Dip was basically just Refried Beans smacked onto a small ceramic plate, and some lettuce in the taco was dark green and not crisp. Included sides of Refried Beans with melted cheese on top and orange Mexican Rice tasted fine but dominated the plate, completely filling the large space between my burrito and taco. I suppose another way of looking at this is that portions were generous. The restaurant's ambiance of wood chairs and plates painted in primary colors hearkened back to that of authentic old Mexico. And service was very good until we were ready to leave. Then it took three tries to get a server to remember to bring us a small box to package the remains of Diane's Shrimp Quesadilla. XXXX-1/2 stars overall on this initial visit!

Chips and dips came out quickly, one was a little spicy (my fav) the other frijole based. Drinks delivered shortly afterwards. Server took our order (sorry , hard to hear her name due to the noise, but she was great). My dining partner ordered the birria beef tamales, served with frijoles refrito y arroz and I ordered the volcánicos (two loaded beef tostadas ) with frijoles and rice. Service was fast, maybe 10 minutes but probably less. (One thing about dining here, service and food delivery is quick, I always feel almost rushed, but not quite... I just don't think this is a place to linger . Anyway we enjoyed our meal, brought home one tamale, and one one tostada and a little rice. Check was $38.xx after the 10% military discount. Definitely a good casual meal , nothing earth shattering , but good, worth the price paid and certainly convenient if you happen to want Latin food and your at Santa Fe . I wish the other done in restaurants at Santa Fe would do a military discount, like their Boyd competition does.

And a second Diet Pepsi was thoughtfully brought without request. For my entree I ordered two Crispy Tacos with tomatoes added, one with shredded beef, and the other with ground beef. They were fine, but then the wheels began to come off. Diane's Shrimp Quesadilla, with clear instructions to be plain and dry except for shrimp and melted cheese, arrived with several pieces of tomato inside. And my ordered Elote was at first completely forgotten. A server said he would bring the missing Elote, but he never did. Finally, Diane's quesadilla was sent back to the kitchen, and another server at length arrived with the corn, which to my dismay had already been stripped from the cob. And when Diane's second quesadilla arrived from the kitchen, it was clearly the same one, this time without tomatoes. But the large Flour Tortilla holding the shrimp and melted cheese had black marks on it from having been scorched during a second heating. The problems we encountered were atypical. So, I hope our next visit here will instead closely resemble the other times we have dined here.

I also noticed that this Pizzeria is not listed on the website with the other Napoli Pizzerias. Anyways - This is an average pizzeria that offers the usual pizzas, wings, sandwiches and more. Someone ran a menu to our house so we thought we'd give them a try and just ordered a plain basic pizza to try. The woman at the counter was very busy with many take out orders but managed to be nice and pleasant and took our order too. In reasonable time our pizza, napkins, and paper plates arrive. I try a bite. The first thing that hits me is that it is very salty. Someone seasoned the pizza with extra salt and no other other seasoning that makes it taste unbalanced. Then I notice another problem. This pizza almost doesn't have any sauce. To me it looks like the sauce was watered down so much that it really isn't sauce anymore. THAT IS WRONG and it is also WRONG to add just salt to the top of a pizza. Too bad because the crust and cheese were decent. It would take very little to improve the pizza here. Salty Pizza with almost NO SAUCE is BLECH!

We were running around Northtown (wow so many places to eat for casual food on Craig now) , and I…read morewas reminded about this neighborhood place. Home of the 36 inch pizza. Figured it was worth stopping in. No customers inside but there were some third party deliveries going on and a the phone was busy . We gave (or tried to) place our order but the brand new POS system wasn't cooperating with the cashier, so it took awhile for her to get it done and she finally had to write down my toppings on my pizza since the program was balky. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs (with salad and garlic bread) and an 18inch four topping combo. Now an 18 inch pizza is huge, I knew I'd have maybe two slices and the rest would be vacuum sealed once I got home. It took about 20'minutes for our order to come out. Spaghetti and meatballs first. A large portion of spaghetti , more sauce than we typically put on at home and two large meatballs. The meatballs were just ok, we prefer meatballs that are not triple ground to paste inside. The noodles were a little less than al dente, but the sauce was decent. The salad looked and tasted fresh, served in a regular china dish , not some take out container. The pizza came out a few minutes later, hot, but not burn the top of your mouth hot. Crunchy end of the crust and the body of the pizza was firm except for the very end. You could still do the Phila. or NYC fold on the slice. I'd order it more well done next time. Sauce and cheese not overwhelming. It was a pretty good deal for $27.00 and change since toppings on that size are $3.50 a topping . Taste wise, pretty similar to what I appreciated from an east coast pie. I guess I would have like a bit hotter pie though . The 18 inch pie took up most of the table so maybe a raised tray would have been better. I enjoyed the slices I ate, my dining partner said the crust was good as well as her spaghetti... A couple of minor negatives.... 3% credit card convenience fee added to the bill. (Yeah a lot of places doing that) It would be nice if that was noted on the menu or on the counter. I'm sure probably 95 % of folks use a card or something to pay so that fee was probably on most checks. They offer a military discount but with the trouble utilizing the POS system, it could no be arranged. So all in all a very good pizza and a pretty extensive menu. I'm going to be back that way Wednesday and I'm pretty sure I will stop in for lunch, (we'll see if the they get the POS system fixed by noon when I hope to amble in) I want to try one of their calzones definetly coming back.

They offer daily specials Monday through Saturday, along with Happy Hour from 3pm to close Sunday through Friday--so naturally, I expected a bit more energy, especially for a Taco Tuesday. This location sits right between Raising Cane's and Panda Express on Centennial Center Blvd, making it a convenient lunch stop with plenty of nearby competition. The inside was clean and quiet--no real lunch rush, which felt unusual given the day and location. Starting with the basics, the chips were thicker than I prefer, lacked seasoning, and the salsa came off generic with a slightly watery consistency. I also ordered a lemonade, but it tasted like it came straight from a fountain machine--no real lemonade flavor, just flat and forgettable. Since it was Taco Tuesday, I went with two hard shell tacos with a side of rice and beans. Unfortunately, this is where things really fell short for me. The taco shells were dry, almost cardboard-like, and the filling was minimal--light on shredded beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. The shredded beef itself was just okay, but didn't deliver any of the traditional flavors I was hoping for. The rice and beans didn't improve the experience--they were bland and lacked depth. To be fair, the service was a bright spot. Our server was very nice and attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and calm, with a subdued atmosphere and light music in the background. Overall, nothing about this visit stood out in a memorable way. It felt more routine than rewarding. Maybe it just wasn't a good Taco Tuesday. I always encourage others to try places for themselves--because one experience doesn't define the whole story--but this one didn't land for me. 1.5 Respectfully
