The salad was made of soft greens, fresh cut apple, blue cheese, a generous amount of candied pecans and cranberries with citrus dressing on the side. It really was very good. I am guessing that maybe the kitchen made an error because our receipt does read chicken fried steak but they accidentally served hime chicken fried chicken. (it is possible that a wrong plate could have been picked up too) He didn't say anything because we were sitting with our neighbors and didn't want to make any disturbance. I Yelped about it and the business owner told me to contact them. I did contact them and nothing happened. So it took me about three months to cool off and we finally returned. There was a manager wiping off the patio tables when we arrived. He seemed very nice and insisted that they run the food out to us instead of my husband picking up the food. I got the grilled salmon salad. It was very nice and well packed with salad. The manager came out and said that he had a new cook on and that I wasn't served enough salmon and bought out another small piece to me. I thought that was nice. After 30 minutes I went back up to just get a refund. And this is where things took a turn for the worse! After asking the guy, who could not have been nicer, about the refund , it took a good 5 minutes before the manager came up. In the mean time, the guy did bring a box over and asked me what I ordered. He then said he didn't think that was my order and took it back, where a girl just picked it up and threw it away without even looking. Not sure if that was the same girl I witnessed scratch herself under her shirt with her gloves hand. Eventually the manager showed up, and without making eye contact or saying a word, picked up my receipt and said she was going to refund me $14 and some change. I said "except my bill was $17 something". She pointed to my iced tea and said something to the fact I had drank some of it. I said "you're going to charge me for that? Nevermind I'll take it up with my bank". She then adjusted it to the full amount and said she was refunding the full amount. I called her out about not refunding the full amount until I said something she argued with me about that. Until I had to deal with the manager, Mayra she said her name was, I could not have been nicer. She has zero customer service skills. Zero empathy for a waiting customer. Now I'm home and hangry. LOL Sadly, all I can do is never return. Add this to the list of places that I can not visit again and spend my money there in good conscience.
