Hosted an open bar for my team, roughly 10-15 of us total. Generally, I'm a tough rater and it would take a lot to give a 5/5 star rating. With that said, BWW for our happy hour lived up to the ratting. Upon arrival, they set us up in the bar area and were more than willing to combine tables. Started off ordering drinks (huge menu on tap, many we'll drink options behind the bar). Reviewed the expansive happy hour food menu, many many options to choose from. Ordered one of everything on HH menu, everything came out quickly and was delicious. Service was also excellent. Very friendly, fast food / drink delivery and was always around when someone in my paRty needed something. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make the open bar a fantastic time. I plan on coming back and doing this again mid-year. read more

I want to like this chain but it's difficult. Being a huge chicken wing fan I keep trying this place. The strawberry lemonade is very good. Some of my favorites that they got rid of are the fish tacos and Mountain Dew sauce. The boneless wings aren't bad but I definitely prefer the bone in, in most cases. If you get the yummy thai curry sauce I'd recommend it on the boneless wings but the other sauces I'd get the bone in. I like the big list of sauces I just wish they would have more non spicy sauces. Also I wish they would keep the sauce lab sauces, there was also another one I liked they got rid of I think it was a honey one. Another thing I want to point out about the limited sauces is I really wanted to try the strawberry one but it was gone by the time I heard about it (in August). Other than the sauces and wings I do like the cheese curds and I really enjoy the tex mex chips. The style and setup of the restaurant is very nice too. At this B-Dubs the staff is very nice but when it comes to money this restaurant is greedy. The whole menu is overpriced and the drinks are 50% ice. Don't forget to mention the tiny wing pieces. *(Go to Gators Pub they have real whole chicken wings for the same price.)* Also last time I got take out they forget my 3 bottles of sauce which luckily I noticed when I got to my car. Everything from start to finish about this place was terrible. Came here for a friend's birthday with 9 people. The woman at the host station in the front was so incredibly rude when I asked if any of the other party members were there. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT. I am a healthcare worker now under quarantine. Door dash arrives w/ food for my wife and I, and her order (a simple, plain bacon cheeseburger) was completely botched! I called the restaurant and the manager couldn't have been more rude if someone had paid her. She didn't give a damn that her place screwed up (Plastered all over the order PLAIN BURGER, BACON AND CHEESE ONLY!) and continued to blame us for using door dash in the first place and blame Door Dash's ordering system. Refused to refund the order or replace. Told me "that's your problem."(And no, this is NOT the first time I've had take out/delivery problems with this location) Was very hesitant to order from there and will never again bother with them again. Texas Roadhouse is right next door and I've never had an issue with them. THIS WAS YOUR CHANCE BWW!!!!!! You could've stepped up and been a good story in the midst of all the bad stories going on right now. I know it may not have been the easiest thing to coordinate w/ DD to get the new order to me, but that's the responsibility you accept when you outsource your delivery service. You could've made a great example to your team on how to go the extra mile for the customer, especially when it was your mistake that made the extra mile necessary. Like, I don't remember any of them as being awesome or terrible, but unless you've got an hour or more to eat, don't care much about having more than one drink, and like to feel ignored and wonder where your waitress is, steer clear of this place. Took 25 minutes to get my drink, appetizers actually came out before. Took 40 mins to see if I wanted a second (and I certainly love more than one drink), and my check arrived at about the 65 minute mark. I ordered a chicken sandwich in wich they made correctly except they put a burger on it instead of the chicken, it was a very gross combination. The appetizers came out with the regular food. I took one bite of my sandwich that was supposed to be chicken and noticed it was not what I ordered so I informed the waitress who informed the kitchen. I waited a long time for the right food, by the time it came out the rest of my family had already finished their food and was asking for to-go containers. Snack, small, med, large. I ordered the medium size of traditional wings. U can get 3 different sauces. I got salt and vinegar dry rub. Simple and tangy. Good crunch. Then "medium" which is essentially buffalo. (Their "buffalo" is a dry rub. A bit confusing. Just deal with it.) It was good. Average. Ok slightly above average. And considering now many bad wings I've eaten... I enjoyed these. Last I had the Curry. A good attempt but too salty. They should try a Thai Coconut Curry. I also had coleslaw. Fresh and simple. I ordered from here yesterday and I put on the special instructions that I need the traditional wings to be made gluten free (which I've had no problem with at other locations). Just to make sure, I had my delivery driver ask them about it. He told me that the manager said "all their wings are gluten free", which is a little suspicious, but I thought he meant the traditional wings are. Well, I should have known better and not eaten them because I got sick and am still sick today from it. Do NOT eat here if you have gluten intolerance or celiac disease. Management knows nothing.
