Two visits now....god awful boneless wings! Very dry and just bad (2 times now). Buffalo wings came with a dry rub only, that's all?? Has to be the worst Buffalo wings in the USA! Honestly truly was disappointed on the venture here. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting a 7 course knock your socks off meal from here. After all this isn't what this place is about or known for. So upon being seated and waiting a God awful 10 mins a manager comes over and ask if we are being waited on. Any other time I would have left but the company I was with wanted to stay. We tell him no and then get the usual speel. Now come to order a drink and wanting a dark and stormy and guess what? They don't have the rum for it, I mean really you have ginger beer but not rum. Heck most places don't have the ginger beer. Now the food was below average at best. Went with the fish tacos and stunk that it came with breaded fish fillets in it. Almost like the kind you buy at the market. Lol Now our waitress whose name was aja was very kind and polite and apologetic. Told her it wasn't her fault for any of the things that happen. The manager also offered to fix the bill and offered apps but I'm not looking for free things. That's not what I'm about. So might want to wait till they are open a little longer before trying. I come here on the occasional Tuesday for wing night. All traditional wing (meaning not boneless) are$.65 each. There is a minimum of four per "flavor". My favorite way to order, and I highly suggest this, is extra crispy. If you don't, you may suffer from soggy wing, if they are in made with one of the "wet" sauces (as opposed to the dry rub). Don't let the words extra crispy scare you...they come out perfect...not browned or even burned. I pinky swear. I also get "flats only". I just prefer them over the drumstick part. For favors, I think the salt and vinegar and teriyaki are my top faves. The lemon pepper are good as well, and remind me of KFC flavor. My husband loves the Thai curry, which are according to him, flavorful but VERY spicy. His other fav is the Garlic Parmesan. Either way, you can't go wrong with a cheap but tasty wing! read more

If there were an option to give zero stars I would. First off we waiting for 20 minutes with the place wide open nobody at tables. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because they could of been understaffed. Service was alright she bagged up my wings instead of serving them to me but that wasn't that big of a deal. Flash forward 4 hours, I'm neck deep in the toilet because this place had given me food poisoning. I was waiting for 20 minutes after getting a notification telling me my food was ready. They were rude and inattentive. After 20 minutes they called our name rudely and when we got to the car they got our order wrong. We paid enough for them to treat us fairly. The last time we were here they were the same way. Ugh. I love B dubs. Came here when it opened because of the hype. Delicious. I get a medium order of wings, teriyaki (wet but ahhhhmazing) and salt and vinegar (dry rub) ordered extra crispy. (Only way to go) they do not come out burned, trust me. Also, flats only (but that's my preference) The wings take probably 25 minutes because of how I order but that's okay. Orders are by weight. Small medium large. Usually how it breaks down you pay about a dollar a wing. I can eat a medium (about 16 wings) Tuesday nights the wings are .65 cents and you can order as many as you want (minimum of four wings) this is usually the only night I go now because I'm spending only half of what I would on a normal night. Last time I was here it was pretty quiet and a "captain" was walking around, came to our table and let us all sample three beers completely free. They do stay at the table and talk about what you ordered while you drink, so you can't take them and just chill, but it's a cool way to try one of the interesting beers they have on tap Overall, yum! Prices eh. Not somewhere to go with a family. Would wind up costing 75+ bucks. Never too busy, service is always pretty decent. Only giving 2 stars because the staff was supper nice. The food is nasty undercooked and blahhhh. So my work ordered here Friday needless to say they messed up our order. They forgot to give us wings and mixed up the flavors we wanted. They argued with us untill we came in and proved them wrong with the recipe then they apploand have us new food so we get back and the wings were gross the boneless tenders were nasty and dried out. The blazing sauce in Seekonk is amazing the one @ this place is greasy and has no flavor was very disappointed. Ordered buffalo wings with extra buffalo and they gave me plain wings was terrible. Stopped in for a late lunch. Staff very nice & courteous. Had the Parmesan Garlic chicken flatbread pizza. The flatbread was super thin and dried out from over cooking, so much so it was cracker like. The chicken chunks where slightly dried out too, but I did like the sauce. Also ordered boneless wings (a small order = 12 pieces & can be split up to try different sauces) they were too a bit dry but the Parmesan Garlic & Asian Zing sauces were tasty. First time ever going here, been wanting to try it out for a while. Our waitress, Alexa was great, she warned us about the choices we made in sauces but we didn't listen (we should have lol). We got sweet bbq, mango habernero and blazing. Go big or go home we said lol. All were good and holy wow hot! We also had a couple burgers and both said those were good and I had mac n cheese and that was good! Their strawberry margarita was sooooo good! Disgusting. Menu states beer battered fried chicken sandwich. I received a sandwich with the wrong condiments (according to the menu) and a gross frozen breaded fried chicken. Excellent experience , I have been to a few others in mass but this one was much better than those . The waitress was fantastic and the wings were great . The food came out fast and it was fairly inexpensive ( which is always a plus ) also the amount of TV's in this place is awesome and the selection of sauces made my wife and I very happy . I'm not sure what's been going on with this place lately but the service here definitely is one of the worst I have ever seen. Waitresses do not have a clue what they are doing, we had one waitress the first 1/2 of our meal which mind you, took our order and completely skipped over my friend, then another one that had no idea what was going on and served our food all out of order. That was my most recent experience. Another is when they served us the wrong chicken (lemon pepper boneless) when we asked for traditional, then we kindly told them to make it as lemon pepper traditional and they rudely took the plate off our table and we said "sorry" they just rolled their eyes and walked away. Then another time I was with my wifey and my food came out 20 minutes after hers and she was practically finished by the time mine came out. I order online at 1240 for a 1400 pickup; I arrived at 1355 to find my food (20 boneless wings) all ready to go. Great! I thought until I got a few miles down the road and tried one, cold and over cooked. I'm thinking the started making the food the minute the order was taking, and it sat around for another 45 minutes. I thought I'll give Buffalo Wild Wings a shot and they shot themselves in the foot. This BWW's has the best staff! The food is good but the same as any other BWW we've been. I have been several times with different servers or bartenders, all of which have been awesome. The manager is also great, taking time to check in on customers to ensure they are satisfied or to make a special drink for a friend. A special thank you to our server tonight, Barbie, who found my purse that I accidentally left at our table. When I came back she let the bartender know it was mine before I'd made it back to the bar area. Her service during our dinner was great as well...this just adds to the experience. Drinks came out fast and everything started out just fine. Honestly it wasn't too loud or anything by the time we got there, the amount of televisions on display was absurd but that's beside the point.. We ordered 3 small orders of chicken, 2 boneless, 1 traditional. I got buffalo, and parmesan garlic. We waited a good hour before we got our food, an hour! The buffalo wings tasted like nothing, I would rather have gone to applebees or something to be honest. I did enjoy the taste of the parmesan garlic but in no way was it worth waiting an hour for. I was also freezing my butt off in there, not a great experience. In the two years I've gone here I've only had one positive experience and that one positive experience was during the Super Bowl last year when I sat at the bar. The bartender did a incredible job dealing with a full bar and not once forgetting about someone and he is the only reason this establishment should even receive one star. Every other time I have gone with friends or my significant other the waitresses and waiters are unbelievably unorganized, slow, and straight up incompetent at their jobs. I can think of at least 10 places off of the top of my head with better wings than here, which is sad given it's in the name of the restaurant. There were some good things: they let you taste the sauces before you order, there are 9 million tvs in the place for watching sports, the fried cheese curds were tasty, and they have hard cider on tap. The bad: soggy, chewy wings, the burger my husband got was seriously a frozen patty that you could buy at BJ's for a backyard cookout, the parmesean wings suggested by 2 of the girls working there tasted like vomit, and all of this subpar food food set us back almost $65 with the tip. I think the description of a 3 star rating "A-OK" describes Buffalo Wild Wings perfectly. Its not great but its not bad either. Its a good place to watch a game and grab a beer if you need a place to go because of their large number of TVs. Their food is nothing spectacular but some of their wing flavors are good. The wings/boneless wings are overall ok but I would choose other places wings over theirs. Our server was great, I think her name was Aisha. She was very friendly, attentive and great with my kids. The good was just not that great. I had a side salad, it was just so-so. The fried pickles were not horrible, but really not great. We also had a combo wings platter. The sauces just were not good. We took leftovers home and I think they will just end up in the trash.
