Yes it's a chain but they have sooooo many sauces for their wings. If you like sauces, you will definitely find something here that satisfies the palette. S I have been to several locations from AL to CA and the service is pretty spotty. Our waitress at the Opelika location was nice but a little slow. My friend who lives here says that's how it typically is. The sauces were fantastic, the new blue moon BBQ sauce is sweet and sticky. Garlic Parmesan and thai curry are my all time favorites. Probably the best thing about Buffalo is that there are a ton of TV's where you can catch just about every sporting event. My friends and I came here to watch the Gold Cup Final and it was great! There aren't very many budget-friendly menu items, and personally I would steer clear from the cheesecake drops. Whenever we stay at the Fairfield Inn (100 yards from here) we end up going to this BWW simply because we can watch games before and after Auburn games and actually get a table. The service is always a challenge, and after reading other reviews here I'm not the only one who's experienced this. We decided to stop by because it was a choice of 3 restaurants. This one was chosen. The food was served slow. Drinks mixed up. A drink was spilled and we had to ask to have it cleaned. Waitress was unresponsive to our needs. So we received our food, but one dish was not what she ordered, wrong sauces for the wings. She gave everyone their check after our meal. After waiting for awhile, I had to ask for mine check, she brought me a cheaper check and I had to explain to her what I had, it was $3 more. Plus I gave her a $20 bill to pay for a $17.53 meal, she return with $2...what happen to my $.47? We waited, waited, waited for my receipt and change. We left with no receipt & no change. We asked for silverware and the server brought us plastic utensils packs and said that they were out of utensils but that the kitchen was washing some? ........... Some of us asked for lemons in our drinks and the server said i can go cut some if you want to wait but we are out ? lol ........ i mean its not on the customer to wash silver and cut lemons ...... its just a given that the restaurant will take care of that and be ready ? We finally had to snag our server once again as our drinks .... 40 minutes later had never been refilled . When she brought the check she acted like 'this was the norm' no apologies for our 'split' meal times or anything. Food is great, tastes like every Buffalo Wild Wings out there, however the service is awful. I've been here 3 times now and every time the service is exceptionally terrible.... I'm normally not one to complain about service because I've worked in the service industry for years but this is just really unacceptable. The servers have gotten my order wrong, the hostesses and servers are very unpleasant, we waited at least 15 minutes to even be greeted by our server this last visit with no introduction or explanation as to the delay, all the while we can see a gang of employees hanging out by the take out counter goofing off. The entree consistently comes out before the appetizer. The food will come out without any boats/napkins/silverware and no server around to ask for them. Drinks were left empty which is serving-101's first rule - don't ever let your customer's drink get below half full. Came here after a long day of school. Perfect day to go there weren't many people at all. The people in the front were super friendly and welcoming. Decided to sit in the bar area.
