Most horrific experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Waiter cut my cousin off after serving her 1 beer in 2 hours, and after having 150 dollars worth of food. His name is Joshua, and he should be terminated immediately. It was a horribly embarrassing situation for no reason. He finally admitted he was wrong and took the beers off our bill. Not worth the humiliating experience for being cut off for no reason once you pay for all your food. Go somewhere else. read more

Service always sucks. You have one person take your order, another bring the food, then you have to ask someone else for a refill on drinks, then another person brings the check. You never know who your waiter is. But the food is good for the most part so it's worth the sucky service. read more

My friends and I always just sit in the bar, share some appetizers and drinks, and talk. This is a chain sports bar. You don't go here for five star service or gourmet cuisine. We usually get one of two servers who take wonderful care of us in the bar section. read more

I have been to this location many different times and have gotten many different dishes. I came to lunch with a friend today unaware of the restaurant being under new management and ownership. BIG MISTAKE. The hostess greeted us with a friendly smile and we opted to join some other friends on the patio to enjoy the weather. The hostess told us she would be back in a second to take our drink order. We waited at least 20 minutes before someone even come to the table only because the previous people whom we joined were served their food. The waitress seemed confused as to what orders went where (both had the lunch special wings one with fries one with wedges) and even brought one of the girls what seemed to taste like a flat diet Pepsi instead of a doctor pepper in which she ordered. The waitress then walked away and about 15 minutes later she was accompanied by the "original" waitress then saying she( the original waitress) had no idea we sat as a group or that they ordered food. Looking over the confusion my friend and I placed drink and food orders. It took ANOTHER 35 minutes to bring our food (burger with fries and app nachos.) Our disappointments didn't stop there. My nachos were an equivalent to cat food. Chicken dehydrated and dry, frowned meat cold, queso sauce almost non existant, lettuce brown and mush. Along with stale chips and what seemed to be diced up rotten week old tomatoes. I gaged after only the first bite. My friends burger resembled and fast food set up and he patty was still frozen in the middle (ordered to serve at medium) the sauce was something I could have gotten across the parking lot at a fast food restaurant. I have had not to pare service but this is an prime example of carelessness. On the upside the waitress had our food comped. Not making us feel....too bad. She was nice for that. Ok guys here almost and hour no food yet normally your good but, really let me down this time. 45 minutes

This is our second time visiting this establishment. The first time the restaurant was busy, but seeing as it was a Friday night I expected this. However, service was crummy and we had to start stacking things on the table to get our waitresses attention. I have experience working in the restaurant business so I just assumed our waitress was new and gave her a nice tip wishing her to have a better night. Tonight, the restaurant was not busy. We opted to sit outside seeing as last time we had a difficult time hearing our friends conversations. Major mistake. We sat down at 9:35. By 10:20 we all finished our drinks and still had not gotten our food. My friend and I took our parties drinks inside to get refills since we had been waiting over fifteen minutes and had now received our food. The manager did not even apologize for our wait. When our waitress decided to check on us, I informed her my food had been served to me cold and I was wondering if I could just get some warmer sauce to heat it up because I was sure they couldn't take my food back to heat it up due to health code violations. Instead, she brings me a new order out, which would have been fine had it been the beginning of my meal and I didn't already eat half of my cold wings. Once again, no apology. This will be my last visit. I am extremely disappointed. read more

Would have received 0 stars if possible. Worst dining experience ever. You normally have your food after you have been sitting at the table for more than an hour. They did write 25% of the ticket, but they made us pay for it almost 30 minutes before they realized that they forgot to put in/ lost our order. Great experience here dropping in for quick bite on the way home to New Orleans! Samantha was our waitress and was fantastic...awesome service. We knew what we wanted and were in a hurry and she totally took care of us. It was like they knew what we ordered when we walked in because Samantha walked right back out with our order after she took it. Wings were just taken off the grill, hot and tasty. Our "captain" was Justin, who brought us tasters of new sauces and changed a TV just so we could watch the a Premier League match of my daughter's favorite team. We'll probably take the same route again since we know we have a great wing place to stop for our trip now... Great experience! read more

I have been to this location 3 times in the last few months and each time my order was placed incorrectly (or kitchen screwed up, blah, blah, blah). The only thing the server and manager had to offer to compensate for the lack-luster service and ridiculous wait time was a string of apologies. I don't know why I bothered leaving any sort of tip, because we will not be back. read more

i came here with my nepthew for dinner. the hot wings were ok..nothing special...a bit higher than the zaxby's next door. the wings were on the dry side with not much sauce on the wing. i probably won't go back there since i can have the same thing at zaxby's at the half the cost (almost). read more
