It began with Savannah (with an h), and now with Jaden. Great service by the both of them especially during these trying times in Covid, lack of staff or supplies. Lets face it, I come here for the wings as probably 75% of most people do when they come here. Tuesday is BOGO boneless wings. Thursday is BOGO traditional wings. From very mild to extremely hot sauces with everything in between including on the sweet side and my favorite, dry rubs which is less messy. Ample parking with a great atmosphere if you are looking for sports on TV and a place to relax. Plenty of TV's from any table. What are they marketing to? Sports people...and what do we like with our sports? Nachos, chips and salsa, burgers and of course wings. This is their niche. I've gone to many other places and tried their wings and I have to say, these wings are my favorites. Let's get back to the service... Savannah a year ago took great care of us every week. She is no longer there and now Jaden has been our go to server. They both know our orders (traditional wings, extra crispy, buffalo dry rub, Ranch with carrots and celery, side salad with vinaigrette dressing), great us like Cheers (80'2 sitcom..."Norm!"), stop by to check on our food, keep our waters filled, but most importantly, make us feel like we are appreciated and get to know us. Lack of staff has impacted the wait time to get your food and it isn't the fault of the wait staff. They like all other restaurants, are doing their best with what they have. Sit back, enjoy the atmosphere of sports and the many tv's, trivia, have a drink or come there to talk to one another as you wait for your food and talk about your week. My experience was extremely disappointing. The food was served cold, and our orders were incorrect multiple times. The server consistently gave our group disrespectful looks, which made us feel unwelcome throughout the meal. When it came time to check out, several receipts were mixed up, causing some of our orders to be placed on the wrong tabs and creating unnecessary confusion. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disorganized, and far below expectations. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. read more

The food was horrible. Naked Chicken strips were barely edible. Hard on one side. And smaller than any chicken strips I ever had. Short staffed but a lot of restaurants around here close early and often. Great waitresses trump the mediocre food. I like their hottest wings but they are really only okay. Excellent views for football games. Had a poor experience here. The server had to be asked for waters for the table multiple times. My order was wrong when brought to the table. Asked for traditional wings and was served boneless & the fries were cold. I had the strawberry lemonade which was good. It's a BW3. It's close to work. They have food, Sold! Nothing earth shattering here. I come to BW for lunch often enough and i have enjoyed decent food here. They have every sauce imaginable for your wing fix and when I get a wing fix and I'm out at work I come here as it does the job. Not much more you could ask for here really. They do the whole lunch in less than 15 minutes timing thing which is nice because this place has sometimes been beyond slow. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Walking into this BW3 is like walking into any one of them around the Midwest. Typical fare. Not great but not bad either. As this place has a ton of TV's it's not a bad place to catch a game. Only difference is I would find the BW closer to my home should I decide to do that. read more

In the expansive, suburban wasteland of paved parking lots sits many mediocre chain restaurants such as Applebees, Noodles, Panera Bread and, of course, Buffalo Wild Wings. It's 10:30pm- I mean where can you go when you are in the western suburbs of Milwaukee? We thought we knew what we were getting into as we have been to other BWW before. Not so. We ordered an appetizer platter and a order of wings + beers to wash 'em down. The wings were overcooked, or cooked 5 hours previously only to sit underneath the searing warmth of the heat-lamp until they were served to me. I will give it to them, their hottest, hot wings are pretty hot for a chain restaurant, but when the meat is nearly inedible its not even a consolation for the restaurant. We did enjoy the jalapeno poppers, however, the cheese sauce still had the "skin" on it. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant that made cheese soup or any cheese based liquid knows what the "skin" is. Serving that shit to customers means you weren't paying attention and don't care. On the plus side, huge seasonal beers for only $6.50 is a major reason to go here for game day, get plastered, hop in a car and get a DUI on the way home. Suburbia, shake my head. read more

Awful dine-in experience. Server had to get they're manager to read my I.D. because they didn't know how to read it. Took our drink order and left. I get my beer and then 15mins later out comes my girlfriend's margarita. Shouldn't be that hard to make either. Then the manager comes out, apologizes for the server ( who still hasn't checked in with us) and brings out my girlfriend's food. 20 mins later I get my food. I don't even know where to begin. I been there 4 times, to include today's visit thinking that it would be a good second and even third time, but that wasn't the case. 1. If you plan to order pickup, make sure you do at least 30 minutes earlier. It will take that much longer than your scheduled pick up time, guaranteed. Not only is the wait time terrible, they will almost always mess up some part of your to-go order. The quality control is clearly terrible and just tells me some manager doesn't know what they're doing. I actually always check every single to go box before I leave to see if it's right. I made the mistake of not checking INSIDE every taco this time (sense my sarcasm) and of course all of the sauces were missing when I got back to the office. It breaks my heart to give a poor review for a restaurant that our family really wants to succeed. The only reason that I am giving two stars is due to our waitress, she was wonderful, I would give her four stars. Food a negative number, for sure. I ordered the boneless wings, my son had the mac and cheese and the husband ordered bone in flats. My boneless wings were great and our son's mac and cheese was as expected. However my husband's wings (flats), no joke were cut in half! We did ask the lovely waitress to talk to the manager and explained that this was not her fault. Talking with the manager, he explained that there is a wing shortage. Okay, we can understand this but let us know before hand. Manager did give us 15% off of our bill but it (In my opinion should have been half off the husband's meal. Last straw was when I reached out to corporate to express my concerns because we do frequent this location often and are loyalty members. Haven't heard a darn thing back from them. This is the second bad experience we've had at the BWW in the past month. Both times were carry out and both times our food wasn't ready until 15 min after the time our food was supposed to be ready. This second time, they told us they would bring the food out to our car. After waiting 15 minutes in our car, I walked back in to check on our food as I had seen multiple other people go in and out with their to go orders. They pulled it out of the warmer, obviously sitting there for awhile as another order was in front of it. The server then proceeded to give us only half our order. I had to remind her of the cold items we ordered. No apology of any sorts. We are now home and to add insult, they screwed up our order. Trying to find a nice place to eat dinner between 5 and 8pm in the lake country area has become a nightmare lol. We usually go out by 4:30 to avoid the crowds but ran late last night so after trying several places we gave up and ended up here. I love chicken wings as much as the next gal and they have a bar and actual seating. It's very loud but whatever. Lots of tvs and games on so that was fine. Now the price! Jeebus they are expensive. My son had the combo wing plate which was just 12 wings, half bone in and half boneless, plus a handful of fries for $17! I had the tiniest of chicken sandwich and pitiful amount of fries for $12. I don't mind paying a premium price for great food but unfortunately the food here fell way short of that. The boneless wings were terribly dry and the bone in were slimy and not crispy on the outside. Beers were good lol. Food portions very. Management hasn't figured out how to staff. When done correctly, I love their wings, but management needs to learn how to run a restaurant. Many times I have been in this restaurant and many people are standing around including the management and they say they have a long wait with tables open all around. Since the Pewaukee wi bww opened it has had issues. On average, our order is wrong 60% of the time. Tonight topped it all. I placed a to go order at 11 am for 0630 pm pick. I arrived at 0625 to be told they were running 15 minutes behind. At 0645 I checked on the status of my order only to be told it would be ANOTHER 20 Minutes. What is the point in ordering ahead? When I went in today the manager gave me a speech about their policy is to resolve it with a credit or a mailer. Well that's not what the person on the phone did. If you can't make it for lunch, there are other deals, such as 45 cent wings on Tuesdays, and 60 cent boneless wings on Thursdays. The beer selection includes a wide range of domestics, (local) micros, and imports. The menu consists of wraps, salads, burgers, ribs and of course wings. My favorites include the deep fried pickles (I order them every time) and their nachos (which have the perfect gooey cheese). Some times there is a moderate wait but understandable as some times we come during the dinner rush. I always order a large and split it with the gf she likes the honey bbq and I like the medium. With a order of cheese curds. Yummy. But I have never had any problems with this location. It's very consistent in terms of food and friendliness if you know what times to come in it can be the best experience if not your going to be mad and upset because you're not a patient person. But the cleanness of the bathrooms and general area are kept up and the people that clean the tables normally do a good job if not just request them to clean it that simple. 5 stars for doing what they do best. read more

The wings are great, as they are at all Buffalo Wild Wings, but the service at this particular location is bad. Really really bad. I've been here for lunch half a dozen times, and never had a good service experience. 2, 4 or 6 people, even if we all order wings, even when the place is only half full, it takes over a half hour to get them, which is frustrating when you're on a lunch break. Even more frustrating is seeing a bunch of waiters and waitresses just standing around watching TV while you're hungry and waiting for your food. Also, about half my times there, they've mixed up what wings I ordered, or forgot to bring me some of my order. I wish Gluten Free meant Gluten Free!!! The careless and incompetent waitress told me that my food was gluten free. However, within minutes of finishing my salad knew it wasnt! There are people that HAVE to eat gluten free, and arent just trying to be cool or trendy! I refuse to ever eat at another BW's again!
