Menu: **** Chicken Wings: ***** Hot Sauce Selections: ***** Beer Selection: **** Service: ***** Atmosphere: ***** (sports and plenty of TV's) I've been a regular here at this location for over a year now which is much further than the location in Waukesha because of the service, and it is about time I write a review. It began with Savannah (with an h), and now with Jaden. Great service by the both of them especially during these trying times in Covid, lack of staff or supplies. Lets face it, I come here for the wings as probably 75% of most people do when they come here. Tuesday is BOGO boneless wings. Thursday is BOGO traditional wings. From very mild to extremely hot sauces with everything in between including on the sweet side and my favorite, dry rubs which is less messy. Ample parking with a great atmosphere if you are looking for sports on TV and a place to relax. Plenty of TV's from any table. What are they marketing to? Sports people...and what do we like with our sports? Nachos, chips and salsa, burgers and of course wings. This is their niche. I've gone to many other places and tried their wings and I have to say, these wings are my favorites. Let's get back to the service... Savannah a year ago took great care of us every week. She is no longer there and now Jaden has been our go to server. They both know our orders (traditional wings, extra crispy, buffalo dry rub, Ranch with carrots and celery, side salad with vinaigrette dressing), great us like Cheers (80'2 sitcom..."Norm!"), stop by to check on our food, keep our waters filled, but most importantly, make us feel like we are appreciated and get to know us. Lack of staff has impacted the wait time to get your food and it isn't the fault of the wait staff. They like all other restaurants, are doing their best with what they have. Sit back, enjoy the atmosphere of sports and the many tv's, trivia, have a drink or come there to talk to one another as you wait for your food and talk about your week. It's Therapy Thursday with Jaden, and she usually has some good perspectives on life at such a young age! Ask for Jaden and don't forget to show them your appreciation with a good tip as they are doing the best they can.

Short staffed but a lot of restaurants around here close early and often. Great waitresses trump the mediocre food. I like their hottest wings but they are really only okay. Excellent views for football games. They also seem to take COVID19 precautions more seriously than the rest of this suburb, and this make me think they are pretty clean in the back as well.

It's a BW3. It's close to work. They have food, Sold! Nothing earth shattering here. I come to BW for lunch often enough and i have enjoyed decent food here. They have every sauce imaginable for your wing fix and when I get a wing fix and I'm out at work I come here as it does the job. Not much more you could ask for here really. They do the whole lunch in less than 15 minutes timing thing which is nice because this place has sometimes been beyond slow. Nothing out of the ordinary here. Walking into this BW3 is like walking into any one of them around the Midwest. Typical fare. Not great but not bad either. As this place has a ton of TV's it's not a bad place to catch a game. Only difference is I would find the BW closer to my home should I decide to do that.

In the expansive, suburban wasteland of paved parking lots sits many mediocre chain restaurants such as Applebees, Noodles, Panera Bread and, of course, Buffalo Wild Wings. It's 10:30pm- I mean where can you go when you are in the western suburbs of Milwaukee? We thought we knew what we were getting into as we have been to other BWW before. Not so. We ordered an appetizer platter and a order of wings + beers to wash 'em down. The wings were overcooked, or cooked 5 hours previously only to sit underneath the searing warmth of the heat-lamp until they were served to me. I will give it to them, their hottest, hot wings are pretty hot for a chain restaurant, but when the meat is nearly inedible its not even a consolation for the restaurant. We did enjoy the jalapeno poppers, however, the cheese sauce still had the "skin" on it. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant that made cheese soup or any cheese based liquid knows what the "skin" is. Serving that shit to customers means you weren't paying attention and don't care. On the plus side, huge seasonal beers for only $6.50 is a major reason to go here for game day, get plastered, hop in a car and get a DUI on the way home. Suburbia, shake my head.

You can clearly see the two bones of a wing cut in half.

Don't let that throw you off--it's super easy to find and the parking lot is a huge plus (no circling like downtown). We stopped in for their Derby party and it was a blast. Fun games, great energy, and an overall lively atmosphere that made it feel like an event, not just a night out. Food-wise, we kept it classic: cheese curds and the lobster dip--both were really good. The curds hit that perfect crispy/cheesy balance, and the lobster dip felt a little elevated but still totally shareable and worth it. I'd definitely go back again, but next time I'd probably pick a less busy time so we can relax a bit more and try more of the menu. The atmosphere was great during the event, but it'd be nice to experience it on a more laid-back visit too.

Which I guess could be kind of odd to have on a bar menu, but if it's on the menu, you would think it would be good. The second it was put down. It looked like it came out of a prepared TV dinner. The meatloaf was thin, sliced, and tasted did just like a Salisbury steak. And kind of chewy. Not appealing on the plate either. He substituted a side salad instead of fries. The side salad was super tiny and not worth it. I ordered wings. When they were delivered all 12 were drummies. I didn't get one flat. The waitress then brought me out some flats mins later when I asked for them and showed her my plate. As for beverages, I ordered a tap of spotted cow and it was very flat and not cold. New management/ownership and it's unfortunate to see this place slide. I'll start out by saying…read morethe food here has never been amazing. Frozen burger patties for sure, it was bar food with slightly upscale beer variety for adults and a kids meal served on a frisbee for their plate for the young ones with discounted arcade card options with meals. Overall fun and worth a trip every so often for a family meal out. This weekend we first noticed new smaller menus, simple can be ok, no big deal. But we could tell it was new ownership the second our appetizer came out. Portions for our usual fried pickles were legitimately enough for one person served in a dish that could fit a single scoop of ice cream. Weird. One server was wearing the equivalent of hot pants and really should not have been... floors were sticky... and I could see the filth around the handle of the walk in cooler behind the bar.... so I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. The arcade is gross now and not only were a ton of games not in service but some were half pulled away from walls/clearly unkempt. When I say dirty, I mean filthy. It's an arcade, I get it, but it's clear that NO ONE here cares or takes pride in running a clean and organized restaurant/establishment. The kid behind the counter probably isn't paid enough to keep it clean and organized but he does get paid enough to literally play arcade games in between customers... because he did. And hey, maybe that's a perk of this job. But management should then hire someone to wipe the games down at least once per shift. Our server was polite and timely- she also worked here before the change in ownership since I remembered her and none of these things were a reflection of her so I shall not name names. These symptoms start with a lack of management and high standards in the service industry. I really hope they can get it in gear because there's really no appeal to go back as of now.

How in the world does this place stay in business? A few friends and I stopped in on a Saturday…read morearound lunch time and the huge bar was completely empty except for one random guy. Lucky for us, we should get great service, right? Wrong. First of all, we couldn't get a Paloma because they have nothing grapefruit behind the bar. So we ordered basic mixed drinks, like a captain and coke, G&T, etc.. disappointing that a bar so big doesn't even have basic juices but whatever. You know how most bartenders take the bottles that are on display and pour drinks in front of you? They don't do that here. They go around the corner and pour out of some mystery bottles, and as soon as we tasted our drinks we figured out why. The captain and coke tasted like coke, and nothing more. We actually paid for an extra shot just to make the drink properly. Getting that extra shot, though, was a problem - our bartender, who honestly acted like we were a major inconvenience in her day, didn't even look our direction for 15 minutes after delivering weak, ungarnished "cocktails." Live and learn, I guess. Definitely won't be back. UPDATE: through a series of unfortunate events, we did go back. Different bartender this time, but the same completely unfriendly service, horribly understaffed, nothing that would remotely attract a potential diner. We were actually going to grab a burger this time, but after waiting 15 minutes just to *order* a drink, we left to get a burger elsewhere. I mean, imagine that. We are literally at a restaurant with "burger" in the name and we left to get a burger somewhere else. The irony would be funny if I wasn't so pissed off.
