Stupid online food menu's and online pay. Server was annoying. Good food though, especially the wings.

First - it's a BWW, so those of you expecting something else should just stop now. Within the chains this is one of the better ones. Clean, food comes out correctly, wings aren't overcooked, service is competent, and at times good. Like all of them ample TVs, sports, pay per views, and trivia are a staple. Has the bar sunk that low for BWs? Well I think it has and breaking the mold here makes me happy as I enjoy a crappy buffalo wing and some sports with friends now and again and this place covers that desire. read more

Our party of 8 had excellent service. When they burned my mother-in-law's entrée, the manager personally came out to apologize and tell her that her meal would be on the house. I had a really good black cherry cocktail. Vegetarians are pretty much limited to the build-your-own black bean burger. Which is fine. I guess. My black bean patty was overcooked. I wish Yelp had 1/2 stars because I would give Buffual Wild Wings 3.5 stars. They are good, but not great. They have tons of TVs for sports, but the dining room is so open you feel like you are in a school cafeteria. For Food I generally get mild wings along with buffalo chips with cheese. The wings are ok, however, sometimes they are not too meaty - seems like a lot of breading sometimes. The buffalo chips with cheese are very good for a side or an appetizer. read more

I have been to the BWW near Mayfair several times but this was my first time at this BWW location. Since there was a bit of a wait, my wife and I decided to sit at the bar where we had excellent service and the back of the bar had 2 - 60" TVs with the bowl games on. Service was excellent and food was served hot and promptly. One way to get a seat quick is to sit at the bar or at a table in the bar area (same food/service but no wait). Food - I had a spicy Asian salad and my wife had wings and rib combo. What I like about BWW is that their prices are $2-5 less per item compared to other fast casual restaurants. For example my salad was $7.99 at BWW which would be $9.99 to $12.99 elsewhere. read more

I know this place is a chain and don't have the best wings in the world butttt I love the wings here. They are the same every time I eat here. Love the Hot BBQ sauce on my wings. The dinning area is open and loud but you can see 10 TVs and every local sports that is on at the time. Service is good and the food is served hot. Servers are friendly and attentive with refills waiting in the wings. What more could you ask for. read more

I've visited BWW 2 times this month. Both times we had great wait staff and the food was tasty and hot. I have no complaints other than the hostess is extremely slow. We went on a Tuesday night, and where told by the waitress that the wings on special were almost out. We stated that we weren't going to be ordered that. She hesitated for a bit, and then seated us. I've been here 4 or 5 times over the past three years and the service was very poor. We sat at the bar, it was very hard to get a drink and they weren't very busy. When we have sat at a tables the service has been a little better. They either have to improve the service or change out the management. This place should be teaming with business, its the only true sports bar in the area. The rest the joints that call them self sports bar, but are just shot & bar places. read more

It's understandable when a restaurant is busy or short staffed but our meal was pretty disappointing. We had 6 people and our check time was long, 3 orders had mistakes and almost all the food was borderline cold. After 15 minutes of waiting, we had to remind them of the meal they never brought back after the mistake. So we nicely spoke to the manager to bring it to his attention, we did not expect any discounts. He basically said ya were short staffed. So much for COVID risk mitigation. The sign may say masks are required to enter, but once inside you are apparently allowed to do whatever you want. A large party was allowed to walk around without their masks, teenagers jumping around shadow boxing and going back and forth to the restroom, a young child running all over the restaurant with her hands in her mouth and climbing on multiple tables (which were never cleaned afterwards) followed by someone else not wearing a mask, and another one walking around on a phone coughing! Worst dinner ever. The Cobb Salad was more like a light side salad with a few sprigs of lettuce and one tomato slice. The steak wrap was half the size of a wrap you would expect - and came with burnt fries. Our bill was $42 - we will never come back here. Bad food - and pricey. The new lunch menu is what you would expect. One should gage the reputation of BWW because expecting the same thing is a comfort to many. This is indeed comfort food. If you need fancy cheeses and wine you are not at the right place. If you want burgers, wings, and beer you have a good chance for enjoyment. I tried the naked boneless wing. Nope, lesson learned on trying to be healthy here. Go for the caloric yummies and beer. You'll be happy you did. Hope you have a run plan for the morning because to stay under 1,000 calories with all this good stuff will be very difficult! read more

Food was fine, but service was so slow. There is only one other table with customers and at least 8 people on wait staff. I had to wait 15 minutes for a refill on my pepsi. I'm pretty easy going, but come on..... unreasonable wait time with no customers. Absolutely horrible service. Hostess was rude and we seem to be a bother to her. Asked for a booth. She said there was none available. Asked about one of the open ones and she said it was dirty. We told her we would wait for it to be cleaned. She huffed and cleaned one.(why aren't they cleaned when the customer leaves). Once she cleaned it another person sat us there. He said someone would be right over. Nobody came. We left. Nobody said a word. We are now at the one on Bluemound in Brookfield. They are awesome! Drive past the Pewaukee store and come here. It's worth it and obviously the Pewaukee store doesn't need the money! read more

Five stars for service!! Tina answered the phone for my take out order on 3/23/17 around 7:30PM. It's was boneless night and they were very busy but she was sooo patient with me while I was placing my order. She even offered to wait on the phone while I double checked the orders for those around me. I appreciated it so much. She really went out of her way to complete my order and assured me I was not a bother to her at all. My order was perfect and I will be back! Thanks Tina!! read more

The recent emergency order has either hurt restaurants financially or helped. This BWW has been quite popular, which may make people impatient. They are doing more than could ever be expected of them. EVERY MEMBER DESERVES A HUG (once this passes) AND A RAISE!!!!! read more

Walked in for lunch today. Stood at the hostess station for 5 minutes. 3 servers walked by and saw that we were there but never came over to seat us. This was at 12:15pm. Not busy at all. Even tables not bussed that we could see. Ended up walking out. Won't be coming back to this store. It used to be the best in the area, now sucks! read more

Poor service compared to other locations. Price a little on the high side for fries and chicken wings.

My boys commented that almost every sport imaginable were represented on the substantial number of T.V.'s BWW has. Something for everyone to watch while enjoying their delectable offerings. The other night, we ordered the trio of cheeseburger slammers as an appetizer and shared them amongst the three of us. A perfect treat as we were waiting for our double order of wings to take to a party. The staff at this Pewaukee location are always attentive and super friendly. read more

Son and grandson are wing fans so met them for a meal. I had the blackened blue cheese burger. Very good and would have it again. Very slow night there but good friendly fast service. My guys love their boneless wings and all the dipping sauces. Also had fried pickle slices. I resisted them but once I tried them and some blue cheese dip, I was hooked. I'll try them again. DO NOT COME HERE. This BW3s is the worst one I have ever been to. The employees are beyond rude, and not ONCE have they gotten my order correct. Employees are supposed to check to-go orders in front of the paying customer to make sure they have received everything they ordered. This Buffalo Wild Wings does not do this. I've tried giving them so many chances but they have yet to impress me. I finally told the manager what was going on and she hardly seemed to feel bad. Our server was very friendly. Service was top notch from her. She accommodated out requests to shift tables without any fuss. But I really wished the hot chicken wings were more juicier. Overall, me and my family were happy we had dinner here and would like to come back here again. read more

Lousy service with food as expected. Our family stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday evening and the restaurant and bar were both at capacity. Understandable because there was a Packers football game about to start. It appears the management didn't plan ahead for an NFL schedule as they were extremely short staffed. Here's a quick outline of our experience: Sit down and order drinks. 10 minutes later drinks arrive and food order places. 40 minutes into waiting on the food order I asked for a manager to explain that no one had checked back with us since the food order and we had no idea what was going on. Waitress then stops by and gets the family drink refills except she never asked if I wanted another beer. Food delivered another 10 minutes later (50 min total wait). The waitress didn't stop back to check on us until everyone was done eating and we were waiting on the check. We weren't the only people in this situation either - everyone seemed to be getting the same lousy service. The only reason I didn't give a one star review is that the food (once it finally arrived) was of good quality. Even with decent quality food, we won't be back. read more

I actually give this place a - 10. Apparently the manager is a private detective and can sniff out drunks from a mile away bc he trained in being a private investigator at bdubs huge job!!!. Also we had only got our first drink and bc we were laughing that means that we were so drunk that we needed to be kicked out. I have never been so rudely insulted in my life. Seriously the worst bw3s out there! We live 25 mins from this one and it's the closest. We order carry out and every time our order is disappointing. First time, we ordered spinach artichoke dip, buffalo chips and boneless wings. Artichoke dip cup was filled about a spoonful. There were about 1/3 the amount of buffalo chips as normal. Second time, same problem with the buffalo chips, and the wings had almost no sauce. At least 4 out of 8 had NONE. The other 4 had drippings of sauce. The third (and final) time, tonight, we checked the boxes on top, our buffalo chips and artichoke dip looked good, so we headed home. Get home to find they gave us HALF the wings we ordered! Instead of 2 orders of 8 wings, we got 2 orders of 4. All they offered to do was refund us for an order of 8 wings (we paid for 2, got 1). I'm still hungry. Never going here again. We've never had a good experience here. read more

I went there on a Sunday during a Packer game because I knew they showed all sports and have enough TVs to accommodate my request . I wanted to watch the final fed ex cup golf tournament. Tiger Woods was going for his first win in 5 years!!!! He could possibly win the entire Fed Ex Cup! They said they can't put it on because they don't have enough "boxes". 40 TVs, but not enough receivers to show one of the greatest ever moments in golf! I had 1 beer and left. My husband came in to put in an order to-go. After he made his order, he waited for a very long time, only to find out that at some point in his waiting, the order was ready and no one let him know. So, it was just sitting there getting cold. After he finally got our food home, he opened his box and found that they had forgotten his fries (he got chicken tenders and fries, so it's half of his meal). I called the restaurant, where they offered to give us the fries if we drove back to the restaurant. When I told the employee that we didn't want to drive all the way there again and asked if there was another way to settle it, she put me on hold to speak to a manager. I stayed on the phone for about 5 minutes on hold, when an automated voice told me no one answered and the call was automatically ended. I called back, and the employee told me she'd put me on hold again and go tell a manager to pick it up. I waited five minutes and the same thing happened. I decided not to try again. read more

I eat here often because its close to work place, but its the worst wild wings ive ever been to really, its never busy, most of the servers and bartenders arent very good and they dont show ufc fights. While kids were on spring break i met some girlfriends with our kids and had a nice time for and early dinner. It was a Mon. night and they must have some sort of special where the kid's menu is only $1.99! So surprised when i got my bill! Yeayy! My son has celiac and they offer grilled chicken breast which accommodates. Also, i like their offerings of sides - carrots, oranges or fries. Nice options! I ordered the Oriental salad. I couldn't fully enjoy because it was seasoned with a sauce that was so spicy it brought tears to my eyes. I love spicy but this was too much. The grilled chicken was minimal at best. Didn't seem like it was even an entire chicken breast but left over scraps. Would be nice if they could add pecans for extra protein if they're going to skimp on chicken. Our server was patient and attentive. Loved the kids special and gluten friendly so i overlooked the spiciness and lack of substance of the salad. read more
