Been coming here for many years. Took a break from work to go grab some lunch. Not very many people there. Sat at the bar and put my food order in right away. Came up quick but fries weren't seasoned as ordered (or at all ) and wrap was more lettuce than chicken etc.... Once I ordered never saw bar tender again until I was finished as she was spending way too long w the few customers she had chatting. Not sure she has much experience in service industry. Understand hiring in any industry difficult right now but need better effort to staff this place bcuz the way it is right now isn't good and will suffer for it for sure. read more

Food was good, service by Carmela was lacking..we ordered iced tea it was brewing so we asked for water until the tea was done, brought out the app with no water or tea. When she finally brought out my side salad she remembered the water. This place is just your typical Bdubs. Nothing special, nothing that makes it stand out. Of course, we had to order the fried pickles because i have some sort of pickle obsession. The pickles are cornmeal-breaded dill pickle slices fried and served with what I think was a southwestern ranch dressing. I usually order my wings drowning in either parm garlic, or the wild sauce. Both are great choices in my book. I usually go with traditional wings though, don't see the point in ordering what are pretty much chicken nuggets. I absolutely always somehow end up with a beer when i am here. It usually tends to be whatever they have as special at that point (especially if I have never had it before). Two huge drawbacks with this place though: The service and the fact that it seems to always be a mess here. In all the times that I have been to this location, the service sucks. They are rude and tend to just do their own thing. There has been a few times where I have waiting a good 15 minutes for a beer. And forget about them coming to see how you are doing during the meal. I understand that they're busy during NFL Sunday, but I'm sitting here at my table looking at all the people waiting by the door, and I'm also looking at three people getting seated at an 8 top. There was a 6 top open and cleaned for 20 minutes and the only group of 5 waiting didn't get seated until a waitress came by trying to seat people and I brought the 5 group up. The hostess took 15 minutes to clean a table, because she was chatting with servers and wringing out a rag for 20 seconds. It's silly how completely this place fell apart when an expected rush came. I am never coming to this B-Dubs ever again, and I hope others follow my lead. Absolutely incompetent service that borders on dangerous and criminal. Here's what happened: I momentarily left my table to take a phone call, and when I got back, they sat a random guy at my table who I didn't even know. He even tricked the waitresses into believing that he did know me (which I didn't know about until I was about to leave the restaurant) and I was like, "whatever, as long as he behaves himself,". Spoiler alert: he didn't. When it was time to pay the bill, he extorted me into covering his dinner in addition to mine, so I said, "Fine, f*** it. Take the $20.". I tried to leave after paying my bill, but the waitresses took FOREVER to get back to me with the change, so I was stuck for minutes with this jerk in an illegitimate money dispute. But the worst part was, he coughed on me while I was in the middle of eating my food, so there's a chance that I might have contracted COVID-19 from this extortionist. If I test positive, I'm suing the hell out of this place. No one who works here on Sunday afternoons should have a job in this business, NO ONE. read more

I really used to love this location of Buffalo Wild Wings and would have given it 5 stars in the past, but my recent visits have been so disappointing that I would give them zero stars if I could. Once again, we walked in to an empty host station and stood for several minutes prior to being acknowledged. The dining room was FILTHY, the floors were GROSS, tables were smeary with grease, leftover food, un-bussed glassware, dishes and silverware. There was litter strewn about everywhere. It wasn't busy and sadly there were no people in the dining area cleaning up the grossness.There's nothing quite like walking in to a restaurant and feeling like you're eating in a landfill (the only thing missing was the smell and seagulls!) Waiters and waitresses were congregated together by the door near the kitchen; chatting, laughing, some on their phones, all engaged in conversing among themselves. One star for the employee who finally seated us - (surrounded by dirty tables and on filthy floors) at a 4 top near two larger tables who were both having service and food problems. The table to the right was complaining that they were charged for something they shouldn't have been and the table to the left was looking for a server (as were we... it was 20 minutes before I finally stood up, walked back to the gaggle of servers trolling at the back of the restaurant and asked if someone would please come to the area or let the person who was assigned to our area know we were there so we might order some drinks and appetizers.) Our assigned server was among the group and apparently was complaining about the table to the right with the bill discrepancy. We ordered drinks, which weren't delivered until another staff member went back and checked on them again. Our order was delivered by another staff member. One more star because the wings were tasty my wrap was filled with fresh vegetables and meat, but fries were cold upon being served and a server did not check in to ask if the food was satisfactory or if refills were needed. I really could have rated this lower, and I didn't rate based on just one experience, not even two... the past three times we have been in it has been progressively worse, and the managers don't seem to care. I arrived a little while after opening and ordered. As I waited for my order I was directed to sit in an area with booths. As I looked around I noticed that the carpet was dirty with old food and litter, I guess this had been from the previous night. I used to work in the restaurant business and all I know is if you didn't clean up after your shift and before the next shift began there were consequences. It also makes for a lousy work environment if you need to clean the mess of a prior worker. It all boils down to management not holding their workers accountable. The food was good though! read more

The worst take out service that I've ever experienced, and it looked like it was horrible service all around the restaurant. My husband loves wings, and after landing at the airport we placed a to go order. They quoted us 15-20 minutes so when we arrived I hopped out of the car to get our food... however, it wasn't that easy. After I paid, they informed me that they still had to make the food. If they said it before I paid, I probably would have just left and went somewhere else. Since I had already paid, I waited and waited for about 20 more minutes. They kept saying they were working on the salad, but they must have had to go buy new lettuce. When they made it, they had made it wrong, and I waited about 15 minutes to have them redo it. I have not been to BW's in a long time (so long it used to be Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck). This location was selected for my fantasy football draft (my team sucks btw). The location was larger than I thought. The place was clean and the server very attentive. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a buy 1 get one free special going on. Horrible experience! Never have I walked out of a restaurant before! Sat down at 6pm. Server was very nice, but it was obvious from the beginning that the restaurant was utterly disorganized. Staff appeared visibly stressed although there were still many tables open. Put in order as soon as we sat down for food and waited patiently for our appetizer. Our server never checked on us after dropping off drinks and blatantly avoided us. After 45+ mins we finally asked if our appetizer would be coming out soon, she said she would check, we watched her walk back to the kitchen, come back out, and continue to avoid us, never giving us an answer. My husband and I come for the wings. He likes honey mustard and I like chipotle bbq. They also have a great garden salad. The problem is with the lack of service. My husband accidentally knocked over his glass of water on me and we were given extra napkins. Ice cubes stayed on the floor and my husband was never given another glass of water. The server was too busy to see if we were okay. I have the app on my phone but I don't know what good it was to checkin. I couldn't figure out how to apply my receipt. Visited at 500 Grandview Xing Drive 4/23/22 at 2:57 PM. They were not busy, maybe 4 other tables at most. My friend and I each ordered a chicken sandwich. They were fine but the fries that came with them were not crispy, they were actually crunchy. Must have been sitting for a long time and were lukewarm at best. When we were given our bill my friend told Ashley the waitress that the fries were terrible. Her response was Hmmm. I said I think they were under the warming light too long. Her response was "Possibly". No I'm sorry about that or other apology. Of course it wasn't her fault. It was the kitchen staff that should have recognized that the fries were old and hard, but her lack of concern that our meal was less than enjoyable was upsetting. My boyfriend and I were coming to eat after we went on our date, we asked to take s seat in the dining room & the server there threw a fit about us sitting, saying that she was done and just cleaned there, as if we were going to make a mess, and told us we had to sit over by the bar area. It gave us time to look over the menu and gawk at the numerous flat screen televisions that hang from the ceiling. I ordered a Big Jack Daddy Burger. Pulled pork, onion rings, jack cheese, and their Honey BBQ sauce are piled atop a generous enough burger patty. It was an adequate burger but surely wouldn't rank in my top 10. I was hungry. It had been a long day. Therefore, it filled my empty belly agreeably. The fries were little sticks of salted, deep fried, after-hours love. We also ordered boneless wings as an appetizer and chose the Parmesan Garlic as our sauce. Eh, they were a little fast-food if ya know what I mean, but again, after an epic adventure in Burgettstown, we didn't mind as it suited our stomachs perfectly under the circumstances. Best thing happened: half off traditional wings on Tuesday! It was the greatest thing! I got myself spicy garlic which was delicious! My boyfriend ordered hot and wild; he wasn't too much a fan of wild. For dessert we got the cheesecake bites with caramel sauce and the sundae. Everything was great and reasonably priced! Woah, for all you BW3 experts, Tuesday nights are now 45 cent wings. what the heck... I remember back when I first graduated college, they were 25 cent wings. It wasn't that long ago really! It's still a better deal than any other night of the week, so I'll still continue to go. 20 wings for $9 is still a decent deal. I don't eat 20 wings; I'm just calculating to put things into perspective for you all. After going to this Robinson Town Center location, I still prefer the Monroeville locations. Both are slow, in terms of service, but the wings were actually better in Monroeville - plumper, juicier, and better sauced. This RTC location was pretty packed at 9pm, mostly filled with college students, probably looking for that good Wing Night deal. As always, I'm a fan of BW3. My favorite sauces are Mango Habanero and Asian Zing. They are just the perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and salty flavors. We arrived at 11:00 am when they are supposed to open. The doors were locked, and there was no sign on the door saying why. I attempted to call the restaurant, there was no answer. Because the kids were really looking forward to having lunch there, we waited outside the door for 25 min. During this time I attempted to call them a couple more times, and finally called the corporate office to see if they were shut down. They said they would register my concern, but had no info or way of contacting anyone in the restaurant. They took my contact info. About 1:00 pm I got a call from the manager saying they aren't opening until 5:00 pm today, and there was no sign on the door because they didn't go in until 12:00 pm. If you want to watch some football games and drink a beer this is the place. If you want wings you'd probably be better off going elsewhere. I've had both the boneless and the traditional chicken wings here, both were small and lacked the sauce. The size of the wings for the price isn't worth it in my opinion and then top that with them skimping on the sauce and you have yourself a place barely worth visiting. Very disappointed in my service today with Buffalo wild wings in Pittsburgh. I purchased the naked tenders medium size and I only got three skimpy, cold tenders. I also ordered a side of ranch for my celery, and the ranch was open in the bag. The fries were stale and cold, and so was the hamburger I ordered for my friend. I waited 45 minutes for basically nothing. However they gave me a huge bag of celery and carrots (I guess to make up for how terrible the food was going to be.) Moral of the story, I won't be back.
