We ordered: wings (did mess up and forget one of our flavors) and I did an error and wanted to order more on accident but it wasn't an issue and took quick but the other food took a while due to the game but understandable. Food~I ordered 6 wings (flats) Garlic Parmesan, and a small fry. The wings were good but, luke warm (very disappointed) , sauced properly and fried hard just the way I like it. Fries were hot and well seasoned. Celery sticks (could've been fresher) with ranch (very tangy I didn't care for it) and blue cheese was very good. We had a party of four and planned on doing AYCE, but the rules were ridiculous. You could only choose two sauces per person for the first round, and then only one of those two for every round after. No switching sauces. No sharing. So you're just stuck eating the same wings over and over. Easily the most pointless, boring and restrictive AYCE rules I've ever seen. Good thing it happened to be a Tuesday so we ended up getting a much better deal by not doing AYCE. We were seated in a weird, cramped spot that clearly wasn't meant for a table. The moment I sat down, a random guy rudely told me I was blocking his way like I was the one who put the chair there. The whole experience was a mess. None of the wings matched the sauce labels so they were slapped on at random. When we asked which were the Blazin' wings, the waitress wasn't even sure and pointed to the wrong ones. The staff clearly had no idea which wings were which. We spent the whole meal guessing which wing had which sauce. All the wings were also super dry. We had a great experience yesterday at BWW at this location. Not sure why it has only garnered 2 1/2 stars so far. The vibe is always great. Yes, the food tales awhile, and the prices are not low...but it is fun. Mariah made the visit even better. She is great. We really appreciate her. The service is horrible. We waited at the front for over 15 minutes. Nobody ever acknowledged our existence. And we were not the only people in line. We finally went and grabbed a waitress from the bar area and asked can we go to the bar and get service because we're not getting anything here. She said yes. We made the mistake of going to the bar. Then no service. After another 15 minutes, we were told what their procedures are. If treating customers horribly and giving them horrible service is your process then you get five stars. But as a consumer, I won't be back and you get one star for service. I can't rate the food. Haven't tried anything. We'll see if it ever shows up. read more

This is not a store level complaint. I went in to Buffalo Wild Wings and discovered a corporate change. Buffalo Wild Wings has chosen to discontinue their lunch specials and replace them with $.99 wings. This is disappointing. Came in to pick up an online order while visiting family and Alex heard the front door open and came from the dining area to greet me and after seeing I went to the pick up counter he acknowledged me and told me he'll be with me in a moment after checking in with a server (about something related to the dining area I'm assuming). He then came to the pickup counter and after checking with me name for the order he read my order back to me and pulled all the food out and double checked everything was correct! However this particular location was good, wasn't great but it was good and the bartender was really nice. It can get pretty loud with drunk middle aged men, and there are a lot better sports bars in Portland, but sometimes BWW has deals which make it worth it. Got the house sampler which included boneless wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and sauces which was a really good deal for 2 people to share instead of getting individual meals because their entrees are pretty expensive. My wife said the waitress seemed high...by this point, I concurred. To add to the experience, I was halfway through my cocktail before I discovered a fruit fly in it. Being unable to find our waitress again, I flagged down the server who brought us our drinks the first time, who promptly, and apologetically, replaced the drink. Things improved when the food arrived (less than 10 mins after ordering), although my side of Carolina Reaper sauce was M.I.A. I happened to flag down our server again to rectify things, and then things leveled out, once we were left to our own devices. Had to wave down the drinks guy again later, though, to get a refill of iced tea to the table, as our server was basically nonexistent.
