My first time here. I got greeted at the door, then noticed some kiosks to order food. The options were minimal but it made it easier to decide what I wanted to eat. While the kiosk is the only method of ordering, the employees are literally in front of you making food. They are friendly, but you can tell they are also very shy. It kind of reminded me when I worked at a burger joint during high school ! I got the $10 special and added an extra patty and I chose chèvre cheese, which is just a fancy way of saying goat cheese haha. These guys loaded the goat cheese while most places would just put a teensy amounts they made sure you knew what was in your burger. It was a bright well lit restaurant with dining for solo eaters and tables for eating with friends and family. The soda options were pretty awesome too, I got vanilla creme! Mind you that I have been all across the United States and I've also been outside of the country and little Burger is probably one of my favorite burger joints and probably the only thing I seriously Miss along with McMenamins when I'm outside the country. Whether you get your burgers well done or medium rare as they are served they are absolutely amazing and I just love the taste of it and one of the best parts of the burger is the fact that the buns aren't these flappy soggy things that you get from the major fast food chains or from others restaurants. It has this really good Zing to their burgers that simply isn't able to be duplicated by others. The best part is when you go inside especially when you're in the Alberta arts district it literally feels like a small town Burger joint not that you're living in a big city but something you would experience when you're out on the coast or in coos Bay or North bend Oregon. What I love about this location is that they have the ice cream store right across the street and if you haven't been there you should because it's amazing as well. but overall one of the reasons why you should come in is because it's also a great place to bring your kids and family. We'd had one bad experience at this location, with a fantastically flubbed up Doordash order that had us scratching our heads as to how it happened. However, the manager stepped up to the pkate and made things right, giving us some vouchers for a few free burgers, and all was well again. Every visit since then has been seamless and without issue. LBB can get a bit bogged down by the colossal influx of DoorDash, GrubHub and online pick-up orders, and yet they still manage to churn out a pair of tasty burgers, and a bag of fresh, warm, delicious fries, in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely a great lunch spot on Alberta, particularly if you're in a hurry, or smart enough to plan ahead. read more

Literally the worst fast food service I've ever experienced. I had eaten from this location a couple times before, and even though there are four people always on the line, they've been behind every single time. This Sunday, 11/20, was so bad I won't be back. Now, I want to preface this by saying I work in a kitchen and understand that things happen. But there's no excuse for this. I ordered six items over an hour before my scheduled pickup time. When I got there around 6:15pm, my order hadn't even been started. So I stood there for over 20 minutes, during which six other customers came in, and then left without ordering because of how behind they were. During this time, the fourth line cook came back with boxes of pizza for him and his coworkers. Finally, over an hour later, I was given a bag that supposedly contained all six of the items I had paid almost $40 for. The bag felt much too light, so I checked, and there was only one of the burgers I had ordered in the bag, and literally nothing else. I went back into the restaurant, and all four of the line cooks looked surprised and like they hadn't expected me to check the bag. I find it hard to believe that not one of them noticed that five items were missing. I told them I had waited over an hour for an order that wasn't even complete and demanded a refund. Because of their incompetence and inability to work efficiently and quickly when there are four cooks on the line, they lost over $100 of revenue. If I were the manager of this location, I would be embarrassed and appalled. If I could, I would give less than one star. This whole thing was a waste of time and almost money. There is no excuse for something like this to happen ever. Furthermore, not one of them apologized for literally trying to rob me. I will not be going back, and I suggest that others go to the various other locations for a burger as well. read more

Their shoestring fries (easily shared by 2-3 people) were a great compliment to the burger. I'd come back if I had time.
