I'm so disappointed with this restaurant. I rushed up there on my lunch break and was immediately sat by a friendly hostess. I waited and waited to place my drink order to no avail. There was only three tables seated in the entire place. One server was sitting with what appeared to be a group of friends. He clearly saw me looking in his direction but never left the table, or even stood up. As I peered towards the bar, I noticed the rest of the staff, including what I assumed was the manager, just chatting it up about life. As I told them I was leaving due to lack of service, nothing was done. They just went right back to chatting it up. I will never go back! read more

We have been to this location several times over the last several years. The service is always good, the food is decent but like everywhere else the prices have gone up and up. My two stars comes from the decline of the cleanliness over the years. As soon as you walk in you are hit by a strong dirty carpet smell, the glass on the front doors and windows is gross. At 3pm the bathrooms were very dirty and foul smelling. There is no excuse. We will not be back to this location. read more

So tonight was my first time here. I ordered the boneless wings and they was buy one get one free I felt like I was getting a super deal.. My boyfriend ordered wings.. When our food came out our server sat the food down and didn't give us any silverware or napkins.. We asked a different server for napkins and she seemed bothered. Like she was going out of her way to get us anything.. She only got us maybe 2 napkins. I'm not sure if they have wet naps but we didn't get any if they did. (We needed one!) So we start eating and a lady was pushing a trash can and it hit my boyfriends chair. She apologize of course but we was both shocked. I thought the food would have been better. So as we are walking out someone was laughing at us as we left and we didn't have a clue why, when we got out I realized my boyfriend had sat in ranch because the table and chairs hadn't been wiped off. I was hoping for a wonderful date night dinner and a movie but it ended up turning into a horrible experience/night! read more

This is a nice place to go for what it's known for, some beers and to watch some sports. Big TV screens all around. Lots of choices on the wing sauces and rubs. I would suggest going on a non sports event night if you don't want to deal with the crowds or go early enough where you can get a table at the bar. read more

I allways try and give a 2nd and even 3 trys before I write them off. This was the 3rd and final trip to BWW. Off the point for a second, They have a logo of a BISON with wings but the name it Buffalo wild wings. Do they not know that Bison and Buffalo are not the same animal? " Early American settlers called bison "bufello" due to the similar appearance between the two animals, and the name "buffalo" stuck for the American variety. BUT IT'S WRONG!. The American bison (Bison bison) lives only in North America, while the two main buffalo species reside in Africa and Asia." Sorry I will get off my soap box. When a company comes up with a name and logo due some research! Ok now i'm done ranting about the name. Now I can rant about the atrocious,crummy,dreadfull visit we had at BWW on 12/21/2017 1500 hours. We entered and of course the music was playing and we couldn't hear the greater so we wondered to the bar and had a couple of seats. The bartender came directly over and asked if what we wanted to drink. One Draft and a soda WATER. the bartender handed us a(1) menu when we asked for them. We looked it over, asked a couple questions and ordered tacos and a burger. Tacos came and we asked if they could remake them with out be dry and crunchy(but more polite), " no problem" said bartender. Tacos came back without cheese but bartender said she would get some in a cup and explained that the cheese is melted by the cook placing the flour tortillas on the grill and that's why the cook left the cheese off(well that,s how they gut dry and crunchy). The burger was cooked well done with no taste but juicy. When we left I asked what they $3.00 beverage was and bartender said club soda. I said"you charge for water" in a polite way and she got defensive and asked if I thought she was going to give away pop. I continued signing the bill and talking to my wife then the bartender came over and said that she was going to walk away and not let us destroy her day. There's not been any place ive been that has ever charged for soda water when there is another person drinking in my group. D drivers usually get free pop and I am charged for water then i am scolded for asking why? I would NEVER treat a customer or another being the way the bartender treated us. So that was the last time I ever visit a BWW. Loud music. Dirty restroom. Dry food. Bad service. And charges for water. Menu had no mention of water costing or bad service. read more

I'd give this Buffalo Wild Wings a 4 on the chain scale. They're a little slow; the estimated pickup time when ordering online is always at least 10 minutes off. When dining in, they can also be a little slow, but I only ever dine in when we're watching a game, so we're not in a hurry anyway. My favorite low-carb options are the chipotle BBQ rub, lemon pepper rub, and the Parmesan garlic sauce. If carbs aren't an issue, my favorite sauce is the Asian zing. If you're in the mood for beer and wings, BWW does the job. It can get crowded and loud if there's a big game, so keep that in mind and plan accordingly. read more

I am less than impressed with the service, comfort, and quality of food at this location. The end result was not worth the wait for a table, nor was the table large enough for our party of 4. Our server was prompt and friendly (at first) and took our drink order which was delivered promptly. We started with an order of the soft pretzels which were far from soft. They were thick and dense which I did not find ideal. We ordered 2 medium orders of mild traditional style, a medium order of boneless half medium half honey barbecue, and a steak burger. They were busy so I can understand the time it took for our food to cook and be delivered. Upon delivery it was apparent that the kitchen staff and our server are less than observant. Also apparent was the fact that the kitchen staff are far from consistent. One order of traditional mild looked tossed in sauce the other looked as if was spun to the point of having no sauce. The bonless "half/half" was all honey barbecue except for 4 pieces which had the medium sauce. We informed the server and requested refills. She took the bonless back and said she would bring sauce for the other. She brought refills and with out a word place them on the table and walked away. Mind you these tables are far from large enough for each persons drink and entrée, so taking the emoty glasses would have been appreciated. A manager was clearing a nearby table so we asked if she would take the empties. She accommodated immediately with a smile and kind tone. 5 minutes later still no server the same manager was passing by so we asked if she might check on the food that was taken back and sauce request. Again without hesitation she was friendly kind and accommodating. Within moments our request were delivered. Sadly the barbecue that was originally delivered was the same presented again and was cold but there was a more than generous helping of the medium boneless as well which were fresh and hot. I was pleased with the upgraded amount of boneless wings just wish they would have all been fresh and hot. After beginning to eat our server came over to inform me she was going to check on my food (which was delivered 5 minutes prior) saw the plate and only replied "oh" and walked away. Had the manager not followed up when asked, all of my wings would have been cold. Overall not impressed but thoroughly grateful to the manager for her service. read more

Great quality food. I've been eating at B dubs for years! This one is just as good as any. I use to go to the one at Morehead every packers game. They always had a spot at the bar for me with the game on. Miss that one. But every time I go this one I feel the same vibe and love the food. read more

I ordered boneless honey BBQ wings. They came out with absolutely NO sauce on them; it looked like a container of chicken nuggets that had a couple drops of sauce on them. I requested they be respun with some sauce. (Even the waitress was surprised that the kitchen had sent them out with no sauce). I have attached a photo of was returned to me. It appears that the kitchen staff put a large ladle of sauce on top and sent it out. Now my wings are swimming. Im not one to complain nor send items back but these were TERRIBLE. It appears that B-dubs have raised the prices but lowered the standards on their food. From now on, we will make the drive to Lexington for better food and service! What to say about a place that lots of people have already reviewed. Came in on a Saturday around noon time and it was opening day for college football. The place was loaded down with Ohio state buckeye fans so I almost turned around and left by it stayed because all the other food locations in Richmond were just as busy. I chose to sit at the bar hoping for a bit of faster service but the poor bartender was all on his own with no assistance. Took about 5 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted to drink. I ordered a giant pretzel with cheese and a big jack daddy burger. Food came out promptly, pretzel was half hard half soft so I only ate half of it. My big jack daddy burger was extremely soggy and I had trouble eating it as it was falling apart from the amount of grease it had on it. I dont even think I ate half of it before I decided I was finished with the meal. It may be a long while before I make a trip back, just really wasnt that great of an experience read more

This is a very hit and miss location. I typically don't go in because I don't quite care for the noise of a sports bar. The customers there are usually screaming to the top of their lungs at the games and it's just not a great environment for someone like me but may be better for someone who likes that kind of scene. They are usually fairly good at their dining in when I've been there. However, I do get take out and that's when it gets shakey. They often get the orders wrong and have to be corrected or they skim and try to give you very little for your buck. It seems each time we call in there seems to be a nice person taking the call ins so that could be the reasons for the mix up. read more

The flaws with this store is the amount of servers around the host stand joking and laughing while I'm waiting for my check. Also the wings are poorly sauced. Worst customer service I have seen in years. First, the hostess sat us at a table that had obviously not been cleaned. Then we waited for about ten minutes for someone to come get our drink order. We noticed almost every waitress working that day standing around at the front laughing and doing no work. It was so frustrating that we left without ever being able to order our drinks. We ordered take-out. I quickly reviewed my order at the counter and found 3 missing items. One was a child's drink that the staff handed to me spewing liquid out of the top. I then returned home only to discover that the chips and salsa sides had no salsa. The rest of the food was good, but service was very poor. Wednesday night, I sit down at the bar, it's not even crowded at the bar. No bartender. I assume she's waiting tables in the bar area which is totally understandable. Well, she walks up, sees me, and goes about doing whatever it was she was doing. Another girl goes behind the bar and looks at me, pours drinks and walks away.
