Actual worse dining experience of my life. We walk in to an empty restaurant and are told there is 15/20 min wait. We get sat and wait for the server. Then we wait 30 minutes for half the food to come out and then I waited over an hour for my food to come out. Just want to put a quick disclaimer and say I've never been the biggest fan of BWW. While they have many flavors go choose from, I find them adequate. Nothing to really complain about. Their service depends entirely on their location. This is just a typically sports bar. From what I've seen, this location is just being run by late teens, early twenties kids. I usually just do takeout when I RARELY come. I was unable to place an order online, so I forced to come and place it in person. I had to look for a worker to place one, I saw no one at the front counter or anywhere. The worker said my order would be ready in 30-35 minutes but that they were backed up. It was a 8pm on a Saturday night, which was my first mistake. I went to the mall to hang out for a bit then came back. My order was still not ready. An hour passed when I finally got my order. They forgot to put the celery and carrots. At this point, i didn't care and just wanted to go. Overall, I didn't feel welcome at the restaurant and I would never dine in here. Nothing worse than feeling unwelcomed at a restaurant. Customer service def needs improvement. Me and my boyfriend waited to be seated and it took awhile, tho it wasn't busy. To start, they completely forgot about us. We had to go ask about our table, and the host said they were "trying to find one," even though more than half the tables were empty. It took more than 20 minutes before anyone attempted to take our food order, and that only happened after we asked if someone was coming. The staff just stared at each other, saying they thought someone had already taken our order--no apology, no accountability. When our food did come out, it was incomplete. They kept going back and forth bringing one thing at a time only because we kept pointing out what was missing. The service overall felt unprofessional--most of the staff seemed very young and inexperienced, more interested in chatting or flirting with other guests than actually working. On top of that, the food itself was poorly prepared. Our wings were undercooked, and the mozzarella sticks didn't seem right. My son ended up getting sick and throwing up after eating them, which was the last straw for us. Can I give them a zero star? This experiences was terrible. Showed up and waited 30 minutes to sit at a table when there wasn't a lot of people.
