My family and I went on Saturday, June 27, 2026 to watch the FIFA World Cup game. We put our name on the waiting list and requested a booth. The host told us the wait would be about 25 minutes. There were quite a few people ahead of us. As we stood waiting, we noticed several tables and booths sitting empty. I asked the host, "Why isn't anyone sitting at those tables and booths?" Instead of giving a simple answer, he tried to sound like a pseudo-intellectual and gave a long-winded explanation that didn't really make sense. He was basically trying to say, "We don't want to overwhelm the servers." Well, why the heck didn't you just say that in the first place? The game started, and we continued watching while we waited... and waited... and waited. We ended up waiting for about an hour, even though we had been told it would only be 25 minutes. I saw the manager speaking with the host, so I asked if we were even close to being seated. The manager replied, "Yes, you're next." So we waited... and waited... and waited. Eventually, we turned around to see how many people were still waiting behind us and realized the waiting area had almost completely cleared out. There were only two people left waiting! So my friend asked the host, "When are we going to be called? You seated people who came in after us." He responded, "Okay, let me clean a table for you." Keep in mind, we had requested a booth, and there was an available booth that just needed to be bussed. Instead, he cleaned off a table and said, "Okay, I can seat you now." We replied, "We see there's an open booth." He looked at my friend and said, "I see you're adamant about having a booth." Well, yeah! That's what we requested from the very beginning. My friend, doing his best to stay calm, simply said, "Let's go." This is exactly why we usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Moreno Valley. Make sure to check your take-out order before leaving. Was missing 3 sides of bags of carrots, and ask for napkins if you need. Taste: Though this restaurant is conveniently located next to Tyler mall, unfortunately, the Nashville Hot bone-in wings were kind of dry and needed more flavor. The boneless dry rub tasted ok (with the 10 piece, you can pick 2 flavors). Crispy but a bit dry as well. My first trip to a Buffalo Wild Wings was in 2006 in Carson and it was so noisy I didn't come back to another until now - 20 yrs later. Tried this kne and not loud as a disco - much better! However, it's not a great place to eat. Very overpriced (6 wings and a side salad was $33) and the wings took over 45 min to come out. When they did they were way overcooked - dry and almost broke a tooth on hard chunks in the sauce. The side salad was lettuce with a bit of cheese and a few half tomato slices - miserable salad for the price. Guessing they are about 40% higher than everyone else but only a sub par product. I went in ( Tyler mall) with my family to watch USA play the World Cup. The restaurant was about 75% empty. It took the host about 20-minutes to seat me. My visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings started off poorly when we walked in a little after noon yesterday and noticed a strange, unpleasant smell, honestly we should've left right there and then. The server was friendly. Our issues started with all of our drinks arriving with black and pink particles inside, and even after replacements were brought out, several drinks still had debris and the water and starry drinks tasted like sink water. The food came out warm and was not bad, but not Buffalo Wild Wings norm taste, it was a little off. It was hard to enjoy anything after dealing with the ongoing drink issues. Between the bad smell of the restaurant and the contaminated drinks, the experience completely ruined our meal. Server apologized but after all the hassle with our drinks and some of us ended up not drinking anything, she did not offer any refunds on the drinks and still charged us full prices on our meals. Stay away from this location. Thankfully we are not from the area, so we will never return here again. read more

Possible the worst experience I've ever had in a site in establishment. As soon as we're seated, a manager and waitress are arguing about something in front of all the patrons. Unbelievably unprofessional. Then after we were seated, the tell us that the CO2 had ran out and no sodas or beer available. Complete disappoint all the way around. Placed an order through the app no problem there. Went to pick up, walked in the guy came over and I told him I had a pick up order and gave my name. He went back just a few minutes later he came out put my food on the counter and walked away. Didn't confirm the order was correct with me. The waitress didn't stop by until 15 minutes after we sat down. At which time we were able to order food for our family of 6. We had 3 kids meals with chocolate milk, 1 pick 6 meal with dr. Pepper and Pepsi and a sampler appetizer. My husband also ordered 2 margaritas, a red card and a yellow card. The appetizer was served within 5-10 minutes and we still were not served any beverages not even water that she asked if we wanted. She came back about 10 minutes later with the kids food and still no drinks. She asked if we needed anything and we asked for kids chocolate milk and our sodas & margaritas. Another 15 min goes by and she stops by to ask how we're doing. We asked for our drinks again to which she said the bartender is working on them. We walked over to the bar to see the bartender cleaning the bar and organizing bottles - again the establishment was not busy at all. 10 min later she brings by our margaritas which she made herself - she said she made the yellow card with a double shot. The drinks were not the problem. The issue was we waited over 50 minutes for drinks for my husband and I. Our pick 6 came another 10 min later and it was cold. Our bone-in wings were cold and soggy and the fries were cold and hard. A couple and a family of 5 who were seated after us were served both drinks and food before us by the same waitress. This was such a disappointing dinner for us. A month ago we visited the Eastvale, CA location on a busy Saturday night with soccer games going on and had the best food and service so much so that we couldn't wait to return to Buffalo Wild Wings. Mismanaged. The perfect word to describe this place. This was by far the worst BWW I've ever been to. I came with my dad, we asked for a booth, and we waited about five minutes for one to be cleaned. No big deal. We got seated, and our waitress, Gaby, was nice and friendly. We ordered the Pick 6 meal for 2 for 24.99. I wanted a Dr. Pepper and my dad wanted a Root Beer, they were out of both. I ordered tots for my side, my dad ordered wedges , they were out of wedges too, so he had to switch to fries. I genuinely don't understand how a franchise runs out of basic soda syrups and frozen wedges, especially when the place was dead with maybe six other customers. The restrooms were dirty, and the dining area wasn't any better. When we arrived, at least five tables were covered in old food and drinks, and they were still untouched by the time we left. The food was decent, but half the fries were hard. The tots were at least hot. The seats and booths were torn up. Just a horrible, poorly managed BWW all around. The only saving grace was Gaby. Very disappointing experience at the Riverside Buffalo Wild Wings. My party of three arrived around 4:30 PM and didn't leave until about 7:00 PM, and the majority of that time was spent waiting. Unfortunately, this hasn't been a one-time issue. Over the past three months, I've had similar visits here with long waits and food coming out cold. The food itself was just okay, but the overall experience was frustrating. There were multiple tables around us with food and dirty dishes sitting out for long periods, making it feel like the dining area wasn't being monitored at all. Our server, Jennifer, was not very attentive. During the two hours we were seated, we only saw her a couple of times. I understand restaurants get busy, but the lobby was empty, yet we were still waiting a long time for refills and even our check. We dined in and I would not recommend this location. It's unfortunate because this is the only Buffalo Wild Wings in Riverside, but at this point I'd rather drive 30 minutes to another location. Everything was fine there. My issue was that I didn't get a refill of my drink. Gaby, who I believe was the server for the bar area asked me two time if I wanted a refill and she never brought it out. I had to request a refill from another server, who did help me out, even if I was not assigned to her area.
