Worst experience EVER at a wild wings. Waitress was not attentive. We called a manager over whom assured us all was under control and brought us napkins and silverware that we waited 5 mins for after food arrived. He never apologized one time. Then waitress took quite a while to even come back over to check on us and seemed annoyed. After waiting about 20 mins to have our ticket brought to us we had to go up to the front to pay our ticket. Waited 5 mins for anyone to even talk to us up there, which happened to be another manager....that again didn't even apologize...instead he ran around looking for our waitress to get the ticket. Finally when the waitress came up to check us out and split our tickets, she charged the wrong cards for the wrong amounts and proceeded to tell us "what a mess the kitchen was and they were training and he's the managers burried in the back to help get the kitchen together". Nothing was taken off the bill as a coutesty, just excuse as to why it was so bad. If you go there I would suggest waiting for several months or so until their "training" is complete so you might be able to enjoy the food and service again. PS...note to managers....it is a norm to be apologetic at the very least when customers have concerns and complaints. One other note was the mess in the bathroom. I went to use it and the trashcan was overflowing with paper towels, to the point you had to walk on them or around them to get to the stall. I was confused why a Buffalo Wild Wings had such a low rating given that it is a chain restaurant with pretty consistent food but after coming here today I know why. The food itself was fine but the service is horrible. After ordering it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. This was during lunch time and the restaurant was not very busy. There were plenty of servers but no one seemed to be doing anything. During lunch, restaurants should be even more aware of timing given that people have to go back to work. Most annoying to me was the fact that the manager was walking around totally oblivious to the fact that tables were waiting for food for such a long time. My recommendation is to find another wing place in this area. read more

I don't come here often but when I did today within 2 minutes of being here I was ready to leave. I'm disabled and we were walking to our table to be seated and a broom handle was sticking out laying on the floor and I slipped on it and almost broke my bad leg. Next, we sat down and had no menus. They have ungodly amount of TV's but dont go on sunday if your expecting to watch the Texas Ranges on at least one TV. I'm a die hard football fan but seriously we can't get the Rangers game on one TV. The, I believe to be so called manager came to my table to inform me that all the TV's have been taken by request. I dought that whom ever requested these football games 3 plus hours ago are still even here. They need to seriously revamp the request structure they have in place. Currently its a power tripping so called manager carrying a clip baord with request hours ago. Trust me when I say this but I believe the reason most people go to this location is for the sports broadcasted on it's many TV's. The food is bearable at best. I never write review about restaurants because frankly i dont care. But the act of one is compelling me to do this. I always go there on thursday at 9 with a group of friends. 60% of the time we get mediocre service. Which is fine, we dont come there for the service. Last night (6/17) we had a server , likes to talk but he is part of the 60% (we had him before).last night was the WORST experience i ever had there.... We WAITED 20 minutes for our drinks from the bar. Not only we 20 minutes for drinks but he wouldnt even fill our water cups back up. We ordered our wings at 10pm we didn't get them till 45 MINUTES later? The place was dead. Then when we get them, the wings were cold. Told the shift manager about it (younger then me im 24) would get our food out quick and hot.... he lied, It TOOK Him 30 minutes to get it out to us (the new wings) all in all we got there at 9 and left at 11:30... justify that buffalo Wild wings? After suffering through months of deliveries due to quarantine, I've only had more and more issues with this location. I finally spoke to a manager today after so long of my issues being ignored, and instead of apologies and fixes, I got accusatory statements and defensive remarks. The quality is down, I'm not getting what I paid for and am being blamed for ordering it wrong (if your system is bad, don't blame the customer for using the system your company has in place), and frankly I'm tired of throwing money in the trash because I'm not getting what I pay for anytime I order. The firewheel location doesn't give me these issues, nor excuses, so I'm left only to conclude that it is this location's team that is to blame for the shoddy work and lackluster customer service. The lettuce and other fixings compliment the wrap very well... Light crisp and delicious. After 3 bad visits I will never go back! Wait staff has always been rude and unprofessional but the last 3 visits have been a joke. Complained to the manager this last time after waiting 40 minutes for food and the order was still incorrect! When he brought our correct order WE apologized and said we were not trying to be difficult and he said as walking off "if you need something then you need something"! I visited this establishment for the second time in the span of a two months and if you haven't read my first review it concluded of a dirty environment and decent service and figured me and the family would it one more shot. There was a total of three people in our party, myself along with two others and it took Us about 20-25 just to get seated on a Sunday afternoon which is expected especially with the kickoff of Pre season football. The biggest problem we had was after being seated it took another 10-15 to get our drink order and at that point we figured we would just go ahead and order. Our waiter by the name of Quade was tending a party that looked closed to 12-15 by himself which we understood took a little bit longer to get our order. Our may concern was the reasoning that the establishment was so understaffed after having to wait close to 45 minutes to get our food which consisted of only two wraps, a side salad which was brought out with the main entree instead of before the main entree was suppose to come out along with some wings. I'm never the type to give a bad review and that's the reason why we gave this place a second shot but don't think we will be going back. Our entire family (twelve of us) went to this location to watch Super Bowl 2018. Our group together paid over $500 for food. The food was OK but the longer we stayed the colder it became, not only in temperature but in attitude and service. We asked our waitress, then the manager to warm up the temperature. They promised they would but it just became colder until I went to my car to put on my winter coat and wool hat. After I came back into the restaurant with my winter outfit on they finally warmed it up after over an hour later. The worst part was that after the super bowl was over they turned the volume off and started sweeping all around us. This was during the presentation of the Super Bowl trophy!!! I was so angry!!! They were silently screaming "Get out of here and go home!!!" We will have the family over to the house from now on!!! I will NEVER return to this Rockwall Texas location again. Warning: You will be welcomed and appreciated at this location for about one hour. Then you will be fully ignored. There was no excuse for how we were treated. I have been going here for years and have had good service. Tonight was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had, at any restaurant, EVER. Understaffed, undertrained, poor management, (the manager needs to find a new career! Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged once seated. Had our order taken, and my daughters wings came out wrong, hot, not mild, which we did not realize at first. When served, I asked for napkins and blue cheese. Never came. Took 15 minutes to get our waiters attention, to get her wing order corrected, and re-ask for napkins and blue cheese. Came back fairly quick. While my daughter was eating her wings, I had finished my beer, and had wanted another. 15 more minutes went by being ignored. Finally just asked for my check. Over all, they were understaffed, undertrained, while the manager just stood in the background watching. They had no bussers, and the wait staff seems more concerned clearing tables than acknowledging and serving customers. They could not multi task, did not know how to make eye contact, or acknowledge customers. I did give the manager my opinion on the way out, and suggested a career change. read more
