Unless your a guy or look like you have $$ don't expect to get good service here. Brought my kids and a friend in here today and our food came out wrong because I guess we were a "bother" to her. Even the manager when we brought up our food was wrong just walked off while my friend was talking to her. This is lunch time when we went. Even other times during the evenings have been about the same. If it's took busy, like lunch time, to adequately serve your tables, you might want to add the extra staff. Other than that. Arrived to the indifferent host, who replied "I don't know", when we asked if the Dallas Stars game was on. In fairness, he didn't know and hadn't received "smile, be helpful" training. More accurately, this kid was rude, unfriendly and showed zero interest in his one job of greeting customers. We made our way to the bar, grabbed a table and asked the server if the Stars game would be on. He was very friendly and helpful, said he'd ask. He came by about 8 minutes later, went to ask again. Turns out , of all the TVs in this place, they couldn't tune one to the local NHL team. We paid for drinks and left, to find a local sports bar that would show the game. The men's room was filthy. I was visiting from South Carolina, first time in Texas and visited with my family for a birthday gathering. The service was good, our waitress Sam was really good. Our food left much to be desired. Terrible. Music WAY too loud at lunch time service. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was terribly disappointed. Cold fries and a tiny piece of chicken on a ton of bread and diced lettuce which fell off when I picked it up. Love this place but the new remodel a year or so ago changed the bar area seating and it's not so accommodating. With only 4 top and 6 top tables- you may have 1 person sitting at a 6 top and a group of 6 can't get a table. We love Leslie- always great service with Leslie! read more

This location is WORLDS BETTER than the one in Mesquite. Mango Habanero wing are the BEST!! Jammin jalapeno is a close second. Spinach dip is served molten hot and delicious, and their drinks are pretty damn good too. My bf and I stop in to catch PayPerView fights, and we have never had to wait for seating! The wait staff is quick and polite, despite customers screaming at the screens. We will continue to go back for the fights and playoffs! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Customer service was appalling tonight. (June 30, 2020) While I was waiting for my to go order, a man came in and I over heard him saying he placed an order, but apparently it was forgotten about. The manager said that they would make him a priority if he started his order over and he agreed and proceeded to tell the girl what he wanted. I'm not sure what else was said, but the girl behind the counter got very stern with this man and she said, word for word, "Why are you being so f*****g rude my N***er". Mind you, this man was just trying to get his order correct in spite of it being forgotten about. He handled the situation calmly and politely. He then turned around to myself and the others in the waiting area and said, "Was I being rude or did I raise my voice in any way?" We all shook our heads no because he was not in ANY WAY being rude or raising his voice. He tried to ask for the GM's number and they would not give it to him, and he also tried to ask for the corporate number. The manager on duty would not give this man any of that information. The girl who was working the to go counter tonight, was COMPLETELY out of line and in my opinion, should be fired. Period. Her choice of words were disgusting, especially in a time like this. The food is the same as it is at every Buffalo Wild Wings. However, despite visiting a couple of times, the staff seems consistently ignorant or stupid. My last visit, I had the validity if my ID questioned because I had an organ donor sticker on it. Not only did they have to check it twice, ran it in the computer, buy they also removed the sticker in the process...not to mention the explanation I received was that they had to ensure I had no alcohol restrictions in my ID (which there is no such thing). Either way, it's been miserable each time we've visited with little explanation from the manage other than, "I'm sorry." No further follow-ups from him whatsoever. So this is the third and last time going to this place and sitting at the bar. It's the same (Eastern European?) bartender and she is unbelievably awful every time I've been there. My co worker and I walked in today and at the same time and immediately remembered why we hate this place. We forgot all about her. I admit this place has struggled in the past with service. Wings have always been my favorite. We have hung in there and this past year management has improved. We go every Tues. in fairness we always ask for Tasha or Davis but have had others do a great job. What can I say. Wings and beer are Great. I like that they have experimental sauces. Ok first, my party and I ordered drinks and I ordered a Dr Pepper but when our server came back with everyone's drinks he brought me back a kids cup. I'm 15. Not to mention the fact that when we brought up the issue he came back with another drink but instead of a Dr Pepper I got a water, despite the fact that I told him It was wrong. The service was pretty terrible and While the server was well mannered and polite he gave us pretty terrible service. The food was mediocre and all I ordered was a salad. The bread that came with the salad was stale tasting and the leaves of my salad were welted. Stopped in for Dinner yesterday. It was packed, Rangers were on. There was one seat available and they quickly cleaned it and sat us. The waitress took our drink order immediately and our dinner order was on the table extremely fast. Delicious wings with a million different sauces, plus the waitstaff is super nice. I order wings to go a lot and the people are always so nice, give me extra ranch, and one time I even ended up with double the wings I had ordered and didn't realize it til I got home. I normally go to the BWW in McKinney Texas but we decided to go to this location on the way to Dallas and it was average at best. Our waiter Mario was bad and only came to our table twice. The other waitresses helped us more then him. We also asked him to split the appetizer between the two checks but instead he literally put the appetizer on a seperate check. It wasn't a big deal since we were going to pay with the tablet on the table but when we went to pay the card reader wasn't working. Again not a big but we ended up waiting another 10 minutes because he just doesn't pay attention. I personally won't be coming back to this location. read more

This is a fair assessment after several visits to this location. The only reason why we go here is to watch a portion of pay per view fights which are normally on late in the evening. (cannot justify paying full price for only watching part of it after going to dinner someplace else). Personally, we would not have "dinner" here. It's a bar with bar food and bar people. I'm not sure why they can't get better waitresses, though. You would think they don't collect tips, or maybe the people who go here don't tip.....???? You have to wait much too long between drinks....enough to ruin a buzz. This place reminds me of a bowling alley without the lanes; that's why I think they should consider tearing out the parking lot so people can park in the grass. read more
