I stopped into this Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch on a Monday. It was almost empty, so I had my choice of seats, and really speedy service. My server was friendly and refilled my drink before I thought to ask. I ordered the $11.00 lunch special and chose a burger, fries, and a Dr. Pepper. The restaurant has a variety of options like a chicken sandwich, or wings, with its lunch special. Well, I thought I was going to get small portions of everything for that price, but that was not the case. I did a double take when my food arrived because my burger had two Pattie's and it came with a huge portion of fries. The burger was hot, loaded with meat, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and grilled onions, which I requested. It was a big, messy, delicious burger easily worth 5 stars. My fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and so hot hot they were stiff sizzling a little. They're worth a solid 5 stars for their freshness and flavor. Fantastic venue the past 2 evenings we've spent for the Stanley Cup games 1 and 2. The ability to get great food and drink during happy hour, and stay for the entire game (even into double overtime) was incredible thanks to Megan, Emma, and Ashleigh who have taken incredible care of our large tables the past two visits. They were flexible in coordinating large seating and accommodating to making proper space for our entire party to enjoy the evenings. After working in the restaurant business for a while and knowing the effort it takes to put in high quality service across multiple tables, often after long daytime working hours, they have it nailed down and excel at hospitality. Not impressed First time at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I had a takeout order of their 10 Boneless Wings + Fries and tried their new Honey Garlic flavor sauce. I arrived a little early to pick up my order and it was ready... not sure how long it has been sitting up there on their shelf but the fries were warm to cold. I still ate most of it because I was hungry. I ate two pieces of the boneless wings and I was done. I was not impressed and gave the rest of it to my hubby. The chicken had that honey garlic sweet and sticky flavor alright but too much glaze, and the chicken was not moist and tender nor juicy. We ordered our food and what arrived was 10 wings each, pretty much just the standard 10 wing deal. The wings were tasty, but quickly made my stomach and my partner's stomach hurt. All of the flavors were pretty good, my personal favorite being the teriyaki wings. My partner only ended up having the original 10 wing order, and I got the second round. The atmosphere was classic sports bar, and I've been to buffalo wild wings many times before. My girlfriend had asked, since she only had the 10 wing order, if she could only be charged for that instead of the bottomless order, but they refused. I do understand that, but it also seemed slightly unfair. I did wake up in the morning with my stomach still troubled, and I doubt I'd be doing the bottomless wings again. I wish I could say I came here for a good time and left satisfied, but unfortunately, the only thing I left with was a mild sense of betrayal--served up alongside the saddest excuse for boneless wings I've ever encountered. Let me start with the positive: the service was excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and quick to check on us despite a relatively busy night. Drinks came out fast, orders were taken promptly, and the staff definitely gave the impression that they cared about our experience. Unfortunately, there's only so much good service can do when the food is this far gone. Now, the food--specifically the boneless wings, which were a complete disaster. I don't know what I expected, but it certainly wasn't this. Each piece looked like someone took leftover crumbs from a bag of frozen chicken nuggets, pressed them into a vague oval shape, and dropped them in a deep fryer for good measure. They had no mass, no structure, and no integrity--just a thin outer shell of breading barely clinging to a whisper of meat (if you can even call it that). They were more like chicken-shaped illusions than actual food. The sauce? Slathered on like it was trying to cover up the crime scene. Overpowering and overly vinegerly--like they were hoping you wouldn't notice what you were biting into. But I noticed. Oh, I noticed. If you're going to call these "wings," at least pretend like there's some meat involved. These were glorified crumbs--fried air, dressed up with dipping sauce. So I've ordered a few more times since my last review. First time I ordered after my last fiasco, I made sure I didn't order during a rush hour. I requested to have my wings done at 2PM. They weren't done until 2:15, but I assumed they would have fallen behind. The second time I did the same thing and they only a few minutes late, but forgot a dry rub that I ordered. Third time they were right on time. My only gripe is that when I order 12 orders of celery and get 24 sticks of celery, something tells me I'm not getting 12 orders unless 2 sticks per order of celery is the norm.
