I am very disappointed in this Buffalo Wild Wings. After waiting 5 minutes to even be greeted we were told we would be seated shortly. During this time we noticed the lack of customers and excess of dirty tables(8 that we could count not including the bar area). Finally we were asked if we wanted a table, booth, or bar. We responded with booth and were told that there were not any clean so we chose a half booth in the bar area. When we got there the 3 unoccupied bar tables had empty glasses and dishes and had not been cleaned off. So we waited again and 5 minutes later we had a half booth to sit at. We then waited another 10 minutes without being asked a drink order or even having a waiter/waitress come to the table. We decided to leave and not eat there. With this lack of service I will not be coming back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is a Sports bar correct? All those TVs aren't there for decoration. DO NOT go there if you are a sports fan looking to watch a particular game. Last night I went there to watch the second half of a College basketball game. We arrived and it was not on any of the dozens of TVs in the place. I asked upon arrival for the game. I left my house at halftime and the second half was just starting when we arrived. By the time they finally got the game on, over 13 minutes of a 20 minute second half had gone by! Over 30 minutes of actual time! I can't imagine how this particular BWW would handle multiple people coming in asking for a certain game. I travel a lot for work and visit BWW all over the country. The St Robert location is by far the worst for sports viewing. NOT their priority. During the NFL season I asked for a game that was not on and it took over 25 minutes to get the game on a screen. They didn't have a remote and had to manually work their way through the channels! From the local channel range to the 700s, manually! Really. That was a painful experience sitting through all 700 channels scrolling one, at, a, time. You get the point. How are you a sports bar known for having "all the games" and don't have a remote to change the channel! I live in St Robert, but will never step foot in that BWW again. At least not with its current management. I will drive the 25 minutes to the Rolla location. I wanted to throw this in. This is not the servers fault. This falls 100% on management. read more

Horrible service... I'm actually still sitting here waiting for my food. I have watched people who arrived after me eat and leave already. The waitress told us she "hasn't had a chance" to check on our food yet. We are on a time limit as my son has to return to base and these people clearly just don't get it. Went in on a Tuesday evening for game 1 of World Series this week. Got a seat at the bar. Bartender was very attentive and polite. Came over for drink order within a few minutes and had my ice cold beer very quick. Was a clean and organized bar. Only one bartender and she was clearly working service well and numerous bar customers. I've been here a few times before when I'm in town and have had bad experiences. This time turned my outlook around. She informed me it was buy one get one boneless wings. Food was hot and tasty. No issues except for a few prices of chicken being a little over cooked. Overall had a good experience and left full and happy. Would recommend going if it's a slower night I assume. Not a bad spot like everyone says. read more

Consistently bad service, but I keep coming back over and over again. Why? Well, it is still B-dubs. The food is still good, it's still a great place to hang out with friends. It's still the fun, sports atmosphere you expect. I hate to say it, but the fact that its a franchise makes it by default one if the nicest restaurants in the FLW area. With the exception of the service, it is very much like any other BWW. The problem is likely the quality of the local workforce that the store is drawing upon. Lets just say that for most of the employees working here the concept of customer service is showing up to work. And pleasing to the eyes? Ha! Some of these reviews make me laugh. I can only imagine what it's like where you come from! Maybe that's harsh, but when maybe I'll change my tune when it no longer takes 20 minutes to for the bored, overweight, waitress with tobacco stained teeth to wander over through an empty restaurant and take our order. Worst place in town!! I have eaten at multiple B dubs and this is by far the worst location I have ever been to. My order was screwed up and the waitress basically told me there's not much of a difference between bone in and boneless wings and I'd be fine and walked away. If the waitress/bartender wasn't so worried about flirting with a married man she might've actually heard me clearly say boneless! The biggest thing that bothers me about this place is I know that they're taking advantage of all of the young soldiers in this area. Eh. It's a BDubs. Went in on a Tuesday around 3p for a late lunch. Took a hot minute to be seated, even though the place was nearly empty. There just was no host/ess or waiter/waitresses around to seat us. Once I was finally seated, waiting for the husband, the service was great. We both got wings...my husband liked his regular wings, and my boneless wings were okay. They were super thickly breaded, and dense. Expensive for wings, but I suspect most go because they have TVs everywhere and it's a good place to watch a game. read more

This place is the absolute worst. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They take forever to even seat you. The dining room is normally not busy and there is usually like 5 workers just standing around looking at you. Once you're seated they take at least 20 minutes to even acknowledge your presence. Good luck getting your food we set a timer and it took over an hr. We planned on paying for our drinks and just leaving and they said our food "was on its way out" 10 minutes later it was there and not even warm. Please just save your self the time and not even bother with this place. Visit the one in Rolla MO and it will be worth your drive you can be there, eat and be back home in the time it takes to get your food here. Gave thIs location 3 stars because my first visit had outstanding service and my order was properly prepared. My latest visit was a takeout order... I preordered and when I arrived nobody greeted me, but a sign said to pick-up takeout from the bar. I waited at the bar 20 mins before the bartender even acknowledged me. Shockingly my order still wasn't ready despite driving there and waiting for bartender, who didn't even attempt to upsell me a drink while I waited. Actually tried to order a drink, but bartender never returned during the additional 25 min wait until my order was ready. Took my order and left... the place wasn't busy and another customer said the service was terrible that night. When I got back to my hotel, realized my winners were not prepared as I ordered... undercooked chicken and very little sauce. We went there on a Thur at 4pm after the hype seemed to die done. Pros: -Waitress was young, yet nice and prompt with our food. -No wait time to seat. -Food was hot and fresh. -They also weren't stingy with their buffalo sauce. Cons: -Seems a lot smaller than the BWW I'm used to. -Seating is crammed in there by the bar area. You have to lean forward a bit for the waitress to pass and I'm pretty slim. -Way too loud in there and it wasn't even the weekend or dinner time. I had to shout in order to hold conversation with my DH. -To go boxes are pretty flimsy. They could use better ones. read more

We avoid this place. We have given so many chances & I think only once did they give us the correct order & the food was actually hot & on time. Last time my husband ate there his food was ice cold & he ended up pretty sick afterwards so we haven't gone back & don't plan on it. Came here three times and so far nothing even close to me giving this place anything more than two stars. As We waited more than an hour for a table. I counted 12, YES! 12 tables with no patrons waiting to be cleared. It took them over 30 minutes to clear these tables and prep them for new patrons. I mean. I could have been the one and only waiter with no bus staff and I could have have those tables cleared and ready for customers. Maybe its being "kinda" in the south and everyone is just slow and lazy, but jeez not one of these people would last a minute working up in the northeast. NOW. to the food. This is the worse Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The rating is based on the service or precisely the lack there of. My wife, daughter and I went there on a Saturday evening at 6 pm. We were greeted and seated and completely ignored for 23 minutes. There were approximately 25 people in the entire restaurant. Super bowl Sunday, it's going to be busy, I get that. We were told it was an hour wait for food up front. Went out to the patio with my classmates, to get away from the noise. The TVs outside were either broken, off, or had really bad picture, but hey one worked fine. The waitress that came out to check on people wasn't even ours, she would go get our waiter when we needed something, other than that I never really saw him come out on his own. Food took WELL OVER an hour to get to us, many people were taking things off their orders to get something at least. Finally the food comes... for one of us. Which from what we were told later, wasn't even supposed to come to our table. Finally food comes for the rest of us, and the guy that already got his got it again since they messed up. Food was cold, the flavor was good though. I'll give it 3 stars since I'm a huge fan of the Buffalo Wild Wings chain, maybe I'll try again when it's slower. read more

I went on a Sunday night at 7pm to watch the NBA FINALS before I checked in to school at Ft Leonardwood. Had read the poor reviews of this location and the one closer to base. This one was SLIGHTLY better rated. Turned out a GREAT experience. Sat at the bar with Keith who strikes up a conversation AND told me how I could save money with the specials instead of the way I normally order. Walked out with a full belly & fuller smile. My review will not include one star. I truly believe the waitress forgot to enter our order. They claim that they were extremely understaffed. If that is the case, let customers know prior to taking their order. But, I don't think that was the full story because a larger party that was seated near us arrived after us and received their food. We spoke to the manager who stated that she would check on our food. We waited another 20 minutes, she never returned, we basically just had to leave. We arrived at 1:15 and left at 2:15.
