The service was good. Our waitress was good. I tried to order a mojito and she told me they were out of mint and some other items that were needed for it. Also out of things for margaritas. My husband ordered the house beer that was advertised on the table. She came back and said that they were out. We then ordered our food and I ordered boneless wings and I asked for original Buffalo sauce and she said they were out. This is where I was upset. I have now asked for 3 different things and you were out. I was about to leave but decided to stay. The food came out my food was not hot but not cold. My husbands food was hot with steam coming out. Again our waitress was great. She kept checking on us. The restaurant was not good today with trying to order food. We will not be coming back. ***PLEASE READ*** Last night a group of 6 went to this location for dinner. So far, 3 of us are dealing with some serious stomach issues. I was informed this morning to steer clear of this place because that is a common occurrence. So besides the potential food poisoning, the service is slow, the glasses were dirty, and we had to walk to the gas station to withdraw cash because their card reader was busted-something we weren't informed of until we were trying to pay. Our server was also pretty rude half the time- she snapped at a woman in our group, threatened to throw a caddy at another guy at our table (probably a joke but not appropriate?") and kept forgetting to put in our drink orders... I ordered some boneless wings and had to ask for a side of the sauce I wanted since the wings came out plain and without hardly any on it. Oh! Another fun thing- when they ask if you want ranch or blue cheese with your wings, they charge you .60 cents for it- just annoying that they don't advertise the extra charge for something that most places include with the order- easily the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. My boyfriend and I went to this chain and he ordered a mojito and when he told the waitress that he did not like it because there was no mint leaves or lime in it and it tastes like pure lemonade with no alcohol she said she'll take care of it. The bar tender himself brings the drink and goes off about how the first drink was correct and that we were the wrong ones. And when we explained to him that we told the waitress that we wanted mint leaves in the drink he said that she didn't tell him... Like how is that our problem? Ok, during my 33 years I've gone to some really bad restaurants but this one is top three. The help was rude for starters, we're waited in line with nobody in front of us for 20 minutes while workers stood around. Then after being seated were waited another 20 minutes for someone just to take our drink order and it took them almost a half hour to bring us our drinks. Which they missed up and half were flat, then acted offended when were politely asked for fresh ones. I won't even mention how long it took for us to get our food, which once again they messed up twice. Speaking of the food, I've had better food in a high school cafeteria. Mind you the whole time there's trash all over the floor and the staff were standing around watching the TVs. We waited an insane amount of time for our food, the waitress was rude they must have lost our ticket, rushed to make our food when we complained. My six year old eats half his burger then says "whys the inside pink it doesn't taste so good" we look and it's literal raw meat in the middle, So we paid our bill and left. Later that night my six year son vomited for hours. I called the next day just to let the manager know what happened and he didn't give a sh!t. We weren't looking for anything. Went in with my fiance on a Sunday evening a little before 9pm(they close at 11pm). We were one of four tables and there were a few guests at the bar. Several tables were dirty and took us a second to find one clean booth. Bartender is the slowest and spaced out. It took 30 minutes after my fiance order the Cucumber Cooler for some other server to come and tell us they could not make it. We ordered two Bloody Mary's instead, and it still took 15 minutes to receive those. Ordered wings as appetizer and received those around 10ish. Before even finished my cocktail I placed an order in for a Blue Agave Margarita, knowing it would take some time to finish and be brought to the table. Meals showed up closer to 1030. Fiance's Sante Fe Chicken salad was good but missing the avocado that it lists in description of salad( only reason he ordered that salad). My buffalo bleu burger had good flavor but the bun and burger party were hard. Tasted like they just redressed my burger that probably had been sitting under the warmers too long. Service by Katie was great. She understood that our wait was ridiculous and gave us 15% off our bill, and a card to bring back for another 15% off for next visit. Total staff I saw was one bartender, two on duty servers, one server whom had been cut from the floor and that was it. We were there for 2 hours and never saw a manager walk the floor. Which the floor was covered in food and trash. This wait time is why my fiance and I usually refuse to go to any BWWs. Went on a Saturday night and had an awful experience at this location. One bartender, two waitresses on the floor which was not their fault, who schedules so poorly on a Saturday night? Took over an hour to get our food and had to pretty much give up on beer and water refills. Food was subpar at best. Wings were bathed in sauce to the point of being gag worthy, chips were stale and fries were cold. Only thing I had worth anything was the mozzarella sticks. I politely and patiently requested the correct meal. It came back grilled but again with no buffalo. I just asked for a side of buffalo bc I was hungry. I know better than anyone that the kitchen messes up a lot of stuff and the bartender blamed it on them. I took her word until my bill came out. She didn't order the correct meal. We start to eat the woman behind the bar changed the tv to another game that was already on 2 TVs next to the others. We sat for about 9 min and NO ONE came to even ask if we wanted drinks. Appetizers, NOTHING. So then we started timing it. There was a waitress looking at receipts, the bar tender was standing around doing nothing and the 1 waitress we saw was so busy flirting with the ONE table she helped that she walked by and didn't even see us. We finally got up and left after an additional 6 min. And still no one even came by to offer some damn water. We all left. Almost 15 min of our life completely wasted on this crap hole. Where to start.... If I could give this place LESS then a one star I would. I will admit I stopped being a fan of BWW years ago but being in a small town when your in the mood for wings there is the place so here we came. I think there was maybe another table here so why did it take over 30 mins to get our food?!? Then you'd think with all that time the food would be nice and hot but NOPE! My wings were cold and then just didn't taste good. Then they didn't even bring it all out. Ordered chips with cheese on top and well hated paying for the cheese where it was barely there and not to mention they were extra crispy. We had requested blue cheese and we informed what seemed to be a manager and he seemed bothered by requested what we First had ordered. There was NO apology, just gave us the blue cheese we say thank you and NO response back. Our waitress took forever to check on us and when we asked for more drink it took her at least another 10 mins to come back with it. Needless to say overall this place SUCKS!! The service at this place is astonishingly bad. To start off, the waitress offered me salsa with my pretzel and ranch dressing for my mac and cheese, so take that for what it's worth. Drinks took no less than 15 minutes to be brought to the table, and when meals were finally brought out, half of them were incomplete and they all arrived separately over a 20 minute period.
