Buffalo Wild Wings is a fairly new addition to the restaurants in and around FLW. Although excited about this addition, it is not without its faults. Wow! First the waiter took our drink order from 10 feet away. Then I asked if they could put the Cardinals game on one of the TV's. It was the post season. So they put the game on the TV behind me! Next our food came and they forgot the mini corn dogs for my daughter. Then I take a bite of my first boneless wing and it was like the got it out of fridge. The fried pickles were the only thing good about that meal. Had to use baby to wipes to clean our hands because of lack of napkins. Who do you have to kill to get a straw in this place. The first time I ordered to go the food was great! They forgot our drinks but the food was good. The next time I preordered about an hour before I was going to pick it up. I got there and still ended up waiting another 40 minutes before getting my food. No one that whole time came out and said anything to me. Has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Waitress forgot to put the appetizer in then she was like oh we didn't have any onion rings anyway. Not my problem and you should have said that when we ordered not 15 min later when we asked where our appetizer was. Then we finally get our food and some of its room temperature and some of it is coldl like it just came out of refrigerator. We send it back wait another 15 minutes and get some of it hot and the other part room temperature. They offered to remake it but who wants to wait another 15 minutes. The adjustment in our bill was a whopping 20%. They had enough staff working that they each could have cover two table and the place was dead. I will never go there again. read more

I've only eaten at BWW on 3 occasions. I'm usually a wingstop kinda gal. And the last BWW I ate wasn't good at all. The St. Roberts place was actually good. Went out with some friends Thursday night, and yes it was busy, but there was no need to wait 45 min to get our drink orders put in and order. Then the waitress had the nerve to say that she was new and "swamped" and "are you sure you don't just want to go to Wendy's for burgers". DO NOT GO HERE. Wings came out cold and our waitress only appeared when it was time for her tip. The service is awful. I've been there twice now and each time service was worse. Waitresses and manager too busy flirting with customers. First time charged for carrot sticks that came out after the bill was paid and we were walking out the door. I was also told I can't switch my stool to a chair with a back without approval of the managers... Second time, waitress took 15 minutes to even approach our table. I had to walk up to the manager before anyone came to our table! I was lied to about our vodka being grey goose and charged for it when it was a cheaper vodka. The manager lied straight to our faces saying she looked at cameras... come on now. She didn't do anything to solve the problem. Do not appreciate being lied to and on top of that don't appreciate being accused of lying. We're coming there to spend money and they act like we owe it to them. If I could've given no stars, I would. I sat at the bar with a buddy of mine because he just got in from driving all night and day from Florida. The bartender was excellent till he started talking on the phone and texting. There was a guy next to us that sat down, got a beer and didn't receive service for 30 minutes after that so he left. We maybe got one beer each then had to ask a server for the second one that was tending to customers at the bar. When I looked around, I saw the bartender talking up at the hostess stand for a good minute then went outside. He came back in at 9:25. I asked him for another beer and he said it's a policy we can't give out beers after last call. I asked what time is last call and he said 9:30. I asked if there was a last call over the speakers or if he told anyone and he said no but I'll go ask with the new management if I can give you one more. We weren't able to order entree's and had to beg for drinks. This is unacceptable. read more

I have been here several times with my husband. The service is always fast and good. The food is good for bar food. One time we requested to have our game turned onto the big screen and they did it! Overall I would recommend it, especially for a game! read more

This is by far the worst BWW we have ever ate at, out of 8 different restaurants, including one in the Philippines. We have given this location many chances since it is the closest to home, but from now on we will make the drive to Rolla instead. The service is consistently poor. Our food was brought out and was barely warm today, after waiting nearly 40 minutes for our order. I would be more forgiving if there were more than 5 other tables being occupied, but it was a super slow day, and there were 4 waitresses and a hostess working. I do not understand why it took so long to get our order, and why it took so long to get drink refills. (Order was basic by the way, two small orders of boneless wings and a kids macaroni.) The food was good normal BWW quality but the service and drinks from the bar was bad. They used the same cup for a single that they do a double. The drinks are very weak. They gave us the wrong liquor. They argued at first but once they asked the bartender she told them what she used which was wrong. The waiter told us the bartender was not trained. She was a waitress that they put behind the bar...that was obvious. Food was good but slow. Terrible service!!!! Went here and there was less ppl there then the ones working and it still took us an hour to get our food!! Then got the wrong order asked for honey BBQ and was brought hot BBQ! They apparently only have one blender so if u want a drink first ask if its broken but it will take the waitress 15mins to come back and tell you it's broken! While buffalo wild wings continues to have good food, their service is the worst in the Fort Leonard Wood area. We cannot have company gatherings there due to the service. Wait staff was so mixed up, 4 of 20 of us left without paying, ONLY because we asked and asked for our checks and they NEVER came, the service is that bad. The staff are untrained they are always out of things for example mild and medium sauce the two most common on planet earth. My family and some of our friends ate here on Father's Day. It was terrible. We were seated quickly and our server asked about drinks with in a reasonable amount of time. However our drinks took over 20 mins and they forgot 3 of them and that took another 10 mins. Then we ordered our food. We waited for around 90 mins just for our meals. They messed up the sides for two kids meals, They gave one person the complete wrong order and stated it would take 20 minutes to remake, they forgot about one side and then brought a burned one out, they didn't season our Buffalo chips like asked. At this point I asked for a manager who had the excuse we are really busy and under staffed. He offered to credit our meal that was completely wrong (1 sandwich) then came back to 20 percent off instead and still had our ticket all wrong.. things were added we didn't even get and things were missing that we did order. He goes back to fix his and finally about 15 minutes later he comes back and says to not worry about it, that he took care of it. I'm glad he took care of the bill but the service lack there of is not acceptable. I've been here a few times and service is usually good so Idk what the deal was but we won't be back again due to this issue and honestly ruining Father's Day for the two father's we had with us! read more

I visited on 29 August 2016. Service was much better than the last time I visited. I am surprised that management did not respond to my previous bad experience. My husband and I decided to give this place another try as there are no other chicken places in the area. Our server was Teya. She was helpful, informative, courteous and very expeditious. There was nothing missing from our order and she even brought our order to us in the bar area. Very happy with her. Hope that BWW keeps her around! She should have a raise! read more

This was one of my worst experiences at BDubs I have ever had... I will not recommend this place.. please take your money some where else..My battle buddy and I waited 20 mins for our drinks. When they bought our food out 40 mins later it was completely wrong and the fries were cold. We informed the waitress our order was wrong and fries was cold. She took the entire order back to the kitchen and return with the same fries which was still cold. We stop the manger and informed him that our was completely wrong and that she returned with the same fries. The manger returned with fresh fries. I didn't enjoy my experience here and the customer service suck. And the sad part they were not busy and it looked they like their the whole staff waitress was at work tonight. read more
