Not my type of setting at all. The food is decent and the prices are decent. The service is extremely lackluster. I can't deicide on three stars so it's 2.5? It's a good place to take a big group that is into sports, or drinking. They have deals if your really into that. When they first opened they did not have ribs like it said on the menu and then they wouldn't switch or substitute (I always add that I do not mind paying) I understand your getting rid of a menu item but make sure to at least accommodate me for my money and your decision to get rid of items. read more

Very dissapointed. We ordered take out and tenders/fries were cold & barely dressed in bbq. Also ordered a side salad that was HEAVILY over dressed. Not to mention it's very overpriced and we had to wait an extra 15 from when they said it would be ready. Yikes read more

Worst Service Ever!!! Went to wild wings 6/22/2017 food was ready when we arrived we had to wait ten minutes for them to bag it up and it was cold when we got it. They only gave us half of the ranch dipping sauce we ordered. None of the sauces were labeled. Asked for extra wet wings and they came dry. They just through the wings into the bags so the sauce from one of them spilled and leaked over everyones food. They gave us one out of the four celery and carrots we were supposed to get. Call the contact phone number five times and it went to a voice mail box that said it was full and we could not leave a message. I guess that is how they run their business. You cannot beat this place when it comes to the number of televisions they have, but aside from that I would never come here again. The beer is more expensive here than anything I have found in Salem. Yay it's $8 beer night! The food is not very good, and their tap list is made up of National crap mostly. I hardly go to BWW but the experience was unlike any other than any other restaurant. I ordered a sauce I thought I thought I would enjoy, but I ended up not liking it so I told my waitress that I wanted an exchange and she questioned it, going from a smile to a frown. She wanted to know what she should do, after I explained what I wanted instead. It was an uncomfortable experience, and I've never been treated like that before. read more

I think part of the hiring process for waitresses is teaching them to hide and be rude. To every waitress who works there it's a Buffalo Wild Wings not a Hooters no one is there to look at you and you don't get to act like a bitch cuz you work there. Last night my fiancé and I went and ate in the bar at buffalo and our food came out wrong. By the time we finished our food, our appetizer still never arrived to the table and we had to ask for it. I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but not this one. Around 9pm, 9/8/15, a group of 18 of us from California were seated in the bar area. One couple had a 3 month old baby which apparently is not permitted in Oregon. The restaurant was busy but two sections were empty. We asked to be seated in either of the empty sections, but were told these areas were "closed". We asked to talk to the manager, Mike, who said the two areas were closed because he had nobody to serve them. The wait for a group of 18 was long, so we went elsewhere. Ironically, next door we ran into a server that Mike had sent home for the night and she was not happy about it. Mike has soured all of us on Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

If I could give this a zero I would! Last night we went to the Salem BWW. I got the BBQ Chicken Sandwich and honestly, the one get at McDonald's would be better than what I got there. The chicken was paper thin, dry and had very little flavor. The night got worse though. The main reason we went there was for my 9 year old daughter. It was her birthday and that's where she wanted to go. When we arrived I told the hostess it was my daughters birthday and she said she would let our server know. After finishing, we received the bill and nothing for the birthday. I went back up to another hostess and asked her if she could let our server know about my daughter's birthday? She was very casual about it, acted like it was a bother but agreed to let her know. After sitting for another 20 minutes, still nothing. I went up to our server and asked if anyone had let her know that it was my daughter's birthday, she said no. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Went to talk to hostess, she claimed she told server, server walked up, said she wasn't told, I said you can figure it out and we left. The most disappointing thing was that it was my daughter's birthday and that's where she wanted to go and then it ends up like that. read more

This is the best kept secret in Salem! The atmosphere is loud enough for my kids, one with Autism, to be themselves. The servers are friendly and attentive as a whole team! (Shout out to Kyle who kept us fed and entertained all night). I LOVE that they have Ipads for the kids- at NO cost! The Wings, Burgers, Strawberry Lemonade, and BBQ are the best! Try the cheese curds. They are very like Zaxbys.. that's a sincere compliment. The manager tonight got to hear a mouth-full of my family's praises. We ordered online- and drove 20 minutes to get it. Spent $25 on a large boneless platter. We get home, missing one whole seasoning, so my husband calls and they say he can come pick it up. So he picks it up, comes home and they're not even the right flavor and they have bone in them. Wasted gas to go back and forth on something that was their fault. We decided to try and give this place a shot again and were disappointed. My wife ordered the burger with cheese curd and was disgusted with it. Mind you, this is a $14 burger. It was extremely greasy and the curds were gross. Her stomach is actually pretty upset from the food now. My wings were okay I guess. I've had better at dive bars, to be honest. The service was good however, and they did comp the burger, which was nice. When my wife asked them if the burger patty was frozen, they said it wasn't, which I don't believe for a second. Since their opening I have gone there quite a few times and have not experienced anything gone wrong. Yeah it is a really noisy environment but not anything too serious. It has a kid friendly environment and every time I have gone they have offered my kids a crown and crayons. The food does seem to take some time but what restaurant doesn't? Their food doesn't cause an upset stomach and their wings are tasty! As for their burgers, their burgers are good. They arent the best and may not compare to other restaurants but burgers aren't their specialty its called buffalo wild wings for a reason. Wings is what they do. Overall their hosts treated me and my family very nice and the servers are very helpful. I am definately coming many more times. read more

Hopefully the manager reads these for improving his restaurant. Nice big tv's if you want to watch the game but tv's won't make it a restaurant. The service was slow to respond while other staff seemed to just watch as one guy worked our station. The food was cold to the touch and lacked actual chicken product for being called chicken wings, more breading than meat, tasted like it just came out of the freezer from Costco. The restaurant was clean. The service was friendly and attentive. We had tacos, fries and wings. The chicken in the tacos were dry. The hot wings had very little sauce and the meat was dry. My son received a complimentary birthday cake. I was thankful it was free as it too, was very dry. This was my second try here. Will not be returning. read more

First and last time I try buffalo wild wings. We drove 30 minutes based on the website ad only to find out that "franchise" specials are different than "corporate" specials. Mild sauce was way too hot for anyone at our table to eat. That included the sauce on the buffalo chicken salad. Waitress offered to replace the wings with a different sauce. We were 40 minutes into our visit by that point. After waiting 20 more minutes, we cancelled the order. I'm sorry to say but my visit there with my good buddy and I were very disappointed in the wings. the spices were lacking in the wings and really just fairly bland even when we or the very hot. nice beer selection and the interior of the restaurants decorated very mildly in a sports mind. Ate here for the first time today due to getting off work much earlier than anticipated and having nothing to do. I have read prior reviews and was worried, but thought I would still give it a shot. I sat in the bar area so I could watch some golf and college football. I apparently got much more lucky than past reviewers. I had a wonderful not to mention gorgeous server that was very friendly and helpful. I ordered 10 wings with hot sauce, and the spicy garlic. The wings were the biggest I have seen offered anywhere. The server got my order exactly right, and was checking on me often if I needed more napkins or sauce, etc. I had a wonderful time and will be back again soon. I think others might have just had bad luck due to it being relatively new. Also looks like another manager was being trained today and he seemed really friendly and helpful so I recommend everyone that didn't like it to give it one more shot. TERRIBLE customer service! The hostess and manager! They need to learn to communicate to guest that wait times will be longer on game/fight night if you have children. Came in with 5 adults and two kids but the family of 6 adults who came in after my family was seated first. Rude and unapologetic. Every time I eat at BBW I eat in the bar. I always have outstanding service from the reddish blondish bartender that always has her hair in pig tail buns. She's so nice!!! Always super pleasant to talk to!!! However, the dining room needs some help because I always lose the server and can't find them. If you want good service eat in the bar!!!!
