The place was roomy. The music wasn't loud but it was awful. We were the only ones there, maybe because it was in between lunchtime and dinner time. The food wasn't too bad, although the mozzarella sticks weren't very warm, the marinara sauce was awful. The waitstaff missed an item we ordered. She never once checked on us. Too many TVs. Unless you have enough time to stay so long that you could probably consider it your new residence, don't bother. We arrived well before any type of rush, because I even joked about us being the only ones wanting to eat so early, yet it still took an hour and 20 minutes start to finish, for ONE large order of wings, ranch and carrots, never even asking if we wanted a refill on drinks. After getting a to go box for leftovers it took an additional 30 minutes for her to even ASK if we were ready for the check (with empty glasses and our to go box of food already cold). The food took FOREVER to come out, with only a small handful of tables in the restaurant. Our waitress kept running food all over the entire restaurant, rather than bringing us our check, even helping another waitress bus and clean her table, which just seemed to be the way to catch up on whatever hot BWW drama must have been going on. She was definitely more interested in gossip than bringing us our check. To make it even better, after our waitress kept acting like she was the only employee there, which was why everything was taking so long and she didn't check on us, we walk out the front door to find 4 employees standing around the hostess stand gossiping. The service was not what I expected considering there was approxmaitly 15 people in the entire place. The bartender was not attendant and somewhat rude. She rushed me as though they were closing and she was trying to clean up her work areas as thought they were closing. The last straw was when I asked for an item prior to getting my food to prevent her from running back and forth and she annoyed me as though I wasn't speaking to her. If I could give this place half a star I would! The best part about my meal was my water with lemon.! So, I was pretty excited because I had a $25 gift card that I have had in my wallet for about six months and I was finally using it!!! We were pretty hungry so we ordered an appetizer of cheese fries with bacon on them with a side of ranch. The fries weren't so bad once you got past the unmelted shredded cheese and the imitation bacon bits. But even the ranch is sad So after we get past this pathetic excuse for an appetizer , they bring out our meals. I had ordered a large order of plain wings with hot sauce on the side and blue cheese and also an order of buffalo mac & cheese for my brother and I to share. My brother had ordered his wings mild and my Niece ordered barbecue wings.. We started off with the mac & cheese. I was already disappointed just looking at this abomination of noodles , cheese and fried chicken on a plate. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt and gave it a try. I swear to god my great grandmother gets fed better at the nursing home than this bullshit. It had no flavor whatsoever and the noodles were completely overcooked. We tried to doctor it up and slapped some hot sauce on top and it did give it a little more flavor but definitely not $10.39 worth of flavor. So please if you're thinking of ordering this , do yourself a favor and buy yourself a box of .69 Kraft macaroni and cheese and throw some texas Pete on it and you will have a better outcome. so, onto the wings, they looked pretty good and were actually edible so I got a couple down and I look over at my brother and there's a tear rolling down his cheek and his face is turning red, he's literally dying, unable to breathe and I'm wondering why in the hell is he dying over some mild wings. What a pussy He gasps for air and takes a few swigs of drink. And I'm thinking this is it, this is really how my brother is going to die. How embarrassing! So I'm already trying to think of a nice memorial speech for him and after about a glass and a half of Coke he gets his breathe back and he says "damn them son of a bitches are hot" and I said "well that's weird because my sauce is not that hot". So we put two and two together realize that they got our order mixed up and put my hot sauce on his wings. So when our waitress finally comes over to check on us my brother lets her know what happened and she says "oh I don't know how that happened!" Well probably because you put the order in wrong !? Well, anyways , they bring another order of wings with mild sauce and try to deliver it to the table beside of us because they have no sense at this restaurant whatsoever. So I stop the lady and say those are ours since they messed up our first order, so finally my brother gets his correct wings but the poor guy was unable to eat because he couldn't taste anything after the hot sauce removed every taste bud he has. So we immediately asked for to go boxes. The waitress at least got that part right. As she brought us enough to go boxes for our food. So she hands over the bill and just assumed that we were all together and I had to tell her to separate the bill. I handed her my $25 Buffalo wild wings gift card and a $20 bill to cover the remaining balance. My total was approximately $35. She comes back and brings me the gift card with a remaining balance of $12 and some change. I said, "why do I still have money left on my gift card and you didn't bring me my change" And she says "well you gave me cash so I put $20 towards the bill in cash and the rest on your gift card". So I tell her "look I'm trying to use my gift card, I have $25 on it why would you not put $25 on the gift card and then the remaining balance in cash. I'm trying to use this gift card so I don't ever have to come back here again!" She just apologizes and walks off without fixing the problem so I had to get up to talk to the manager and at This point my baby is getting fussy because we've been in this joke of a restaurant for about an hour and a half now. so I explain to him what she did and he was friendly and said OK I'll fix the problem. Well about 15 minutes later The waitress finally came back with my correct change and receipt. If anyone is thinking about visiting Buffalo wild wings please I beg you save yourselves! Save yourself the time the money and regret! I will probably be having nightmares of my experience for the rest of my life. I agree with most of the reviews that the food is good but the service lacks depending on who's working. The last time we went none of our orders were correct and they didn't really check on us throughout the evening, but the food was pretty good, the times before that that we went we're excellent. This is an amazing place to work. Managers are awesome. We are trained very thoroughly & most of us love our jobs. You can tell, if you've had good experiences at this location. If you've had any negative experiences, I encourage you to come back. I can almost garantee that you're experience will be way better especially if you communicate to any manager on duty about any prior negative experiences. DISGRACEFUL! One star is too generous for this filth pit of a restaurant. I've had many problems with this place in the past (FORGETTING TO REFILL MY WATER FOR 2 HOURS SHANNON) but this last one pushed me over the edge. I thought maybe, just maybe I could watch the main UFC event in peace (I gave up on ordering anything from this terrible organization) but NO! Halfway through the fight the workers' brains must have shrunk three sizes because they turned it off and shut down the place! It was only 12:33 and the place is supposed to close at 1 am!!! My boyfriend & I decided to have dinner at BWW last night & wish we'd have chosen a better establishment. While the food & the drinks met our expectations (with the exception of the appetizer), the atmosphere & the service was TERRIBLE. We dinned at the bar - the entire bar was dirty, after waiting 10 minutes for the bartender to greet us, she was inconvenienced by our request for her to wipe the bar down. We ordered two SOCO shots with lime to start & she brought those quickly. We didn't speak to our bartender again for almost 20 minutes, so we decided to give her our full order in case we didn't see her again for another 20 minutes. We ordered: pretzel knots for an appetizer, I got a buffalo chicken wrap & a margarita & my boyfriend got 15 medium all flat wings & a tall pernicious. While we waited for our food a server proceeded to come up to one of the bar patrons sitting next to us & talk extremely loud about their private issues. The manager stood at a high-top table with 3 servers flirting & laughing while the bartender got slammed with server tickets & received ZERO help from the manager that watched her struggle ALL night. We ordered two more shots after she finally got caught up! Our food came out - the appetizer still had another 10 minutes & my boyfriend got all drums instead of flats that he sent back. We told her we didn't want to app anymore, but because she made a mistake, she still brought it out on the house. She brought the wings out in less than 5 minutes & the meal was great, the app was disgusting, but that's more to do with personal preference. After our meal we stuck around & my boyfriend ordered another shot & beer. We sat with our drinks and watched for the next 45 minutes the madness going on in the restaurant. Manager more worried about flirting with the staff than taking care of the customers, an over worked bartender receiving ZERO help & using ZERO thought as she bussed dishes & change the trash liners before sticking her hand in the ice bin to make drinks. Servers standing around doing nothing. My boyfriend tried to order another beer 2 different times & both times the bartender forgot to make it, finally after 30 minutes when she did remember we got the beer & the check at the same time. She had to correct errors on our tab, but once that was done, we regretted sitting there and spending $116 dollars to watch a circus we didn't even like. Been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location three times now and everytime I've been I have received mediocre customer service. I recently called to make a pickup order and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and just made a pickup order through doordash. I went to pick it up and was asked to stand at the bar. I stood there for a while. That wasn't awkward at all. The food was left on the bar counter and the bartender eventually asked for my name and "checked me out" (I paid on the DoorDash app). I checked my food and noticed I had once small sauce for 12 dry wings. I asked for more and was told that it only comes with one sauce but another lady said she would go get me one. She was taking a long time so the bartender got someone else to get them. The bartender seemed very annoyed with me for asking for the extra sauce. It was strange. One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Service was very slow. After we were seated, it took our server 15 mins. to get to our table. They were not busy, as there were probably only 5 other tables in the restaurant that were occupied. When we finally got to place our order, we waited 45 mins. before our food was brought to us. It was a simple order of 2 of their smallest servings of mild boneless buffalo wings and an order of cheese curds. Our waitress, never offered an explanation as to why our order was taking so long. The "mild" wings were not mild. We waited for our waitress to come back to check on us to inform her the wings were not mild. They were hot. When she finally came back to our table, we informed her that the wings seemed hotter than what mild should be. She informed me that the mild at their restaurant is more like a medium heat. We were not offered a replacement. We both had water to drink, and ran out after the food was first brought to our table. Our waitress told us she would bring more water. We had to stop her several times as she kept bypassing our table, to ask for more water. She never brought it. My husband ate one wing, I ate two. We waited for another 15 mins for water and our check. Neither ever came. We finally got up to go to the hostess station to leave and ask to see the manager. When the manager came, we explained to her why we would not be paying our check. We did not eat the food. She went to the table we were seated at, I guess to confirm that we did not eat our food. We also told her the service was bad. She apologized for our experience, and said that she was sorry, she had been helping behind the bar. She never came through the restaurant to check on tables. I also was seated close to and facing the bar. I never saw her in the bar area. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will continue to go to East Coast Wings, where the service and the food is always good. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. read more

I've been reading reviews on your store and I see that their horrible, I was willing to help but now I'm not so sure. Went in at Sunday lunchtime with the Panthers game at 4pm, so not as busy as it would normally be on a Sunday. We got sat with a little wait after the hostesses up front had some confusion happen. We got to our booth and waited for our waitress. After 5 minutes, I told my wife what I wanted to drink and went to the restroom, expecting our waitress to come while I was gone. I came back, and no, she had not come. We waited, watched one waitress pass by us 3, THREE, times to check on the booth behind us involving one of the TVs. About 10 minutes after I came back from the restroom, another waitress came along and talked to two other tables that had been sat after us, never talking to us. We talked about leaving right then and there, but gave them 5 more minutes. Both waitresses passed through again, saying nothing to us. At that point, we got up and left. No drinks, no food, not even a word said to us by a member of the wait staff. We left and went to a nearby competitor, were sat and served promptly, and had a great time. If Buffalo Wild Wings Salisbury keeps this up, they will lose two customers for good, if not more. read more

First time since they opened. You would think they would be on their game the first 60 to 90 days for first impressions. Came alone, sat at bar. Not impressed by energy level of bar keep. Burger was barely warm. When I asked for hot sauce for my burger, it had to be put in the computer as a food order, and of course charged for. The atmosphere was great when I first entered the restaurant. It gave me a sporty vibe, which I was expecting from a wing place. We came in with a party of six, and we were immediately seated. I was quite impressed with this. After we were seated, a waitress politely introduced herself. She gave us time to order and came back shortly afterwards with our drinks. I ordered my fave food; chicken tenders and fries. We waited another 30-35 minutes for our food. When it arrived, I was expecting more for the price. I was disappointed as this. Another disappointment occurred when my dad's food order wasn't correct. He had to wait another 10 minutes to receive his correct order. However, the food and setting was great! read more
