Great service. Great deals. Worth ordering to go vs in person. So far my online orders are correct and the portions are well made. They make sure dips and utensils are packaged. Dine in experiences are disappointing. Waiters are forgetful, mess up orders, and demand tips on top of their bad service. Excellent, excellent service. The manager was super friendly. Usually when you place an order to go somewhere and you are the only one in there at the time it can get a bit awkward while waiting, but he was engaging and kept me entertained I didn't even notice the time had passed and my order was already done and ready to go! The store itself is super clean. I'm going to assume they scrub the floors daily because this place has been open for a while and they are still in really good shape. Originally wrote this on Google because they didn't have a Yelp up at the time. But the service is so poor, I'll repost here. Consider yourself forewarned. Came here on a weeknight because I saw some signs on the road saying they're open. I ordered via the app. Painless process I've done a 100 times at other B-Dubs. The restaurant is small & caters to to-go orders and only has a handful of tables, so don't expect to come here and sit for a meal. I got to the restaurant at the prescribed time and they hadn't fired my order yet. Clearly there is some confusion between the front of the house machine that does the tickets & the cooks in the back. I literally heard them saying we need to get this guy's order -- you know because I'm standing right here. To be fair, other B-Dubs in the area in usually have this issue too. For whatever reason, they can't get the timing right. Since this is a new place, I think they have some kinks to work out but this is a chain so they should have experienced corporate trainers helping get the new location setup. They are extremely backed up right now. Luckily the Spurs are getting crushed because I'm gonna miss the rest of the game. While I was waiting, someone came in & wanted to place an order and the woman at the register told him that it would take over an hour because they were backed up. He just walked out. Some other people came back with their order because something was wrong. Turns out they gave folks the wrong order. So the guy brought the food back. They tried to then give that food to another customer of the same name *during a pandemic.* The woman was like...uh... Update: still here waiting 30 min after my order was supposed to be ready & one hour since I ordered. Many people came in with problems with their orders which caused the cooks to refire their messed up orders which put current orders further behind. So, yeah, some kinks to work out. On the plus side, I'm watching the spurs make a comeback on my phone. They have a TV but it's on some cheerleading stuff right now. Cashier is hiding in the back to avoid awkward looks at the line of customers waiting for their orders. Update: Finally got my order at around 9:00. To recap: ordered on app around 8:00, it said the order would be ready at 8:30, got to store and paid at 8:25, order still hadn't been fired. If you look on the receipt, they either only fired the wings at 8:48 or that's when it was completed and we had to wait on my potato wedges for 12 min. Either way it took an hour - 30 min over the time the app said -- for me to get my order. I wasn't the only one. Never once heard an apology for the wait or even a word from the manager who was in the back of the house. It was a total mess. I will say that the cookery was decent. The wings were cooked all the way through, if a bit over done, and the potato wedges were fine. You can't really mess up frozen food. It's 3/17/2021, my advice would be to *not* go to this location for a couple of months until all the staff--especially the front of the house--has had more time/training. Also, the Spurs made a marvelous comeback and won. I missed most of it though. Also, be wary of the 5 star reviews exclaiming how wonderful their service is -- which came in a few hours after my 1 star review. coincidence? i think not. -- without providing any evidence they actually ate at the place. read more

We ordered the 10 piece wings with order of onion rings instead of fries $16.59 before tax. Had a Promo Code "GOBONELESS" for 10 free wings if you spend $15. Manager argued with us saying we weren't buying $15 worth of food so refused to give us the free ones. No matter how my husband pointed it out, the manager wouldn't bulge. We have long been Wingstop customers but while we usually like their wings we have consistently found in most locations that the service is slow and the stores are poorly managed. So we tried this as an alternative. The Buffalo Wild Wings were just as good in my opinion, maybe even a bit better and the order was ready at the exact time they said it would be, which was within a much shorter window that we have ever gotten at any Wingstop. My son also enjoyed the wings and we'll make this out go to for take out wings. So I'm giving it five stars for the food and the service. But... A couple things that were one star * they charge you a $.99 takeout fee which seems criminally absurd for a takeout only establishment * their website and app insist you sign up for emails in order to create an account * when I first found them on Google maps and tried to place an order it sent me to a grubhub portal which had pretty much every food item except: wings. I suggest the management to either shut that down or help to get it right, once I ordered through the app I found the wings I had wanted but, I had to enroll in the email and pay the fee as mentioned above. read more

I went yesterday for the first time to a BWW " GO". I typically like Buffalo Wild Wings (restaurant) but BWW GO was far from what their restaurant is. The wings were dry and small and my fries were stale. There was a few wings I couldn't even eat because that's how dry they were. I read the reviews of this particular B-Dubs; however, I did not want to base my opinions on others' experiences. That was my mistake; I should have listened to the reviews. I placed an order through UberEats around 9:35p, and even contacted the restaurant about my order (I forgot to ask for well-done wings). The woman who answered acknowledged my order and my accommodations. Enter 10:53p, already over an hour since I ordered, and my ubereats driver contacted me to let me know that they did not accept ubereats orders after 10p. I informed the driver that I ordered before 10p, around 9:35p, and that I would contact the restaurant. I also confirmed with the driver if it was busy or not. Their exact words, "it was dead". I contacted the restaurant and let them know I spoke with the driver and confirmed that my order was placed before 10p. The young lady who I spoke with immediately led with, "doordash came and took it, and we close in 4m so we cannot remake the order". When I asked if they allow people to just come in and take orders because I did not order through doordash (clearly stated ubereats), she (forgot her name) stated that the drivers have to show and confirm the order with the staff. So I asked how my order was mistakenly taken if it was "shown and confirmed" by the driver. The woman had no response. I contacted the driver again and let them know what had happened and to confirm what they were told. The driver stated that I was given a completely different story than they were. It's 10:57p at this point and I'm frustrated with the situation, so I call the store again and ask for the manager on duty. The woman's name was Giselle and when I told her what has happened and that it was a frustrating situation, she simply stated that she could not help because they close down their machines at 10:55p. Completely understand but my order was paid for. Asked for the GMs contact information and will be contacting them in the morning about this. Ubereats was awesome and refunded me, and also informed me that they would be looking into this matter as well. I wanted to give this place a chance, but this was very off-putting. They've been open 1 week. Decided to stop by for a bottle of mango habanero but couldn't resist to order since the food smelled so good. Ordered a bundle to get wedges with out order. We're difficult and always order sauce on the side and extra well done wings.... they were all so patient with us and made sure our Oder was perfect. We dined in and really enjoyed it as a quick stop. Large TVs and manager brought our order out before we were even able to get drinks served! This place is the WORST! And the staff thinks it's a joke, called because I ordered through their app that then sent it through door dash. They blame door dash after I called door dash snd they picked up what was told to be picked up. And the teenage girls were nasty and when I asked for the manager she said laughed and said she already told you what do u want from me. I doordashed this place and it's so bad compared to the regular restaurant. The portions are TINY but you pay the regular prices and the carrots are baby carrots from the store with a random brand ranch and the drink we ordered was watered down like someone didn't fill the soda machine correctly. Usually BWW is good and this was my first time ordering from this location. Our order took a little over an hour to be ready (not a big deal) but our order and food quality was not good. The wings were dry, tasted frozen/freeze dried, and the sauce was wrong. The Caribbean jerk is my all time favorite but sadly both orders of wings had the wrong sauce on them. I also ordered 2x the carrots and celery with 2x ranch and blue cheese dressing. I received 2 blue cheese dressings and one order each of celery and carrots. Our order total was a little over $50 and the food was not on par for the price. I'll try them again but really hope they pull through the next time. Sad disappointment. read more
