We got the mixed chicken, yams, fries and mac and cheese and all of it was sublime. The chicken stood out the most, well seasoned and cooked just right. The fried plantains and hot rolls are worth adding. Both were very good and complemented the meal well. There was also a man playing trumpet and a DJ, which added a nice background energy. The process has always been to place the order first and then call the store to request them. I was fully aware of and willing to pay the additional upcharge. When I called, the manager Johnny was rude, dismissive, and continuously interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation. Instead of trying to help or provide any kind of customer service, he repeatedly stated that since the order was placed online, there was nothing he could do. I even offered a simple solution by asking him to cancel the order and recharge me correctly with the flats upcharge included, but he refused. There was absolutely no effort made to accommodate the situation or resolve the issue in any way. Instead, I was asked if I wanted to speak with the GM, Andres, as if passing the problem off was easier than helping a customer. The most frustrating part is that this issue could easily be avoided if the website simply stated that customers need to call the store directly when requesting flats. Instead, customers are left frustrated and inconvenienced because there is no clear process and apparently no willingness from management to help when issues arise. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.

I got Red Velvet Cake, was disappointed it had plain white icing, whip cream on top bland was not prepared with cream cheese. restaurant was pretty empty. now I see why. the food was horrible.
