Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order expecting it to be ready by 4:30 PM, but I ended up waiting an additional 50 minutes with little communication or urgency from the staff. What's the point of giving customers a pickup time if it's going to be almost an hour late? The slow service was beyond frustrating, and no one seemed to care about the inconvenience. All was well until my daughter cut her chicken sandwich in half and realized it was raw,not undercooked but raw. 3/31 I waited 41 minutes for a pizookie, simple dessert, which wouldn't have been a big deal if they hadn't messed up the order and only started remaking it about 30 minutes in. What made it worse was watching 2-3 tables who came in after us get their full meals (wings, burgers, fries) way before we got anything. It felt like we just weren't a priority. The service didn't help either. The host was okay, but there was barely any greeting or communication. The 3 guys who came in before us are sitting at the bar; they don't have drinks. I saw 5 different employees coming in and out of the kitchen area including at least 1 server, a bartender, and someone who looked like a supervisor or a manager, none of them seem to care that there were people in the restaurant, waiting to order food and drinks for half an hour I know how long it takes them to make chicken wings so I knew that there was no way I was gonna get to eat and get back to work in time. We left and I ended up grabbing a sandwich from the Meatery across the street, which is what we should've done with to begin with . I'm definitely not coming back to this location and honestly, my experience here is kind of turned me off at the entire franchise. I loved coming to Buffalo Wild Wings back in the day. Wings, beer, pretzels, fries... what more could you ask for? It has been quite a while since I've been to a BWW (maybe 3 years or so?) so this was my first time back in a while. Unfortunately, I think the hype of this chain has faded away and the quality has gone down hill. Or maybe they're struggling to find an adequate number of staff during this post pandemic era just like many other service industry establishments. Either way, my experience here doesn't have me excited to come back again. I ordered some boneless wings, fries, and a spicy margarita. The wings were lackluster with way too much breading to meat ratio, they were under sauced, and the fries were pale and under done. Some to-go fries from any drive through would have been better. The margarita was "okay". A fairly weak shot added to a commercially premade mixer, then dressed up with some garnishes and a Tajin rim. The rim was probably the best part. Also... when did BWW switch to "baby carrots" instead of their formally sliced carrots? The celery could have been cleaned better and it was sloppily prepared. Just a little extra attention to prepping them by cutting off the gross looking brown ends would have gone a long way. Oh well, now I'll appreciate the wings I make at home a little bit more. read more

They honestly just don't care and it's not like the management is going to do anything out it because they know they're going to make money anyways. One person got their food first and was almost done before we even got ours. Our drinks; my son was thirsty, we got one round of water and then it took forever to get a refill... beer was ordered and then a refill and that was delivered faster. We had to ask the front desk person for a refill... not sure what is going on. The restrooms: gross. Doors don't work. Make sure to take an extra person to hold your door apparently. Either take the sign down or enforce it. 2. Order included Southern Chicken Sandwich. Cost of $12.49 and comes with fries. Yeah, not so much. 5+ mile drive home... no fries. Sandwich costing 2x the KFC equivalent does not come close in quality. All pickles piled in one stack on the bun and lite on the aioli, and as noted, no fries.
