Waitress was all over the place. Talked to some guy for a while. Manager passed by didn't say anything. (I'm a manager myself and table touching is always a must) we were there for 35-40 minutes & we weren't acknowledged again til we paid. Again I don't blame the host but I walk in look at the restaurant and 15 people are inside the whole place. I ask him for three and he proceeds to tell me it's going to be a 15-20 minute wait. I'm thinking in my head as a corporate establishment this is insane, I only imagine that they have a lot of people walking out or taking their business elsewhere. Corporate please fix this. I just tried to place an online order around 12:30 pm to be met with a message that the wings were unavailable. I was right next door at FedEx so I popped in when I was done and stood at the front (where no staff was to be found) for about two minutes along with another customer who had been waiting when I entered. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 young ladies they were very nice and friendly. have to wait for a table although we did ask for a booth but the server for the table area was next so we sat at the table and it worked out for the best after all.. The server came and promptly took order for our beverages, I was expecting to wait a while as the previous reviews had mentioned. And quickly we recieved them..Wow !!! Ok so a lot has changed since BDUBS has been bought out by Arby's! Please don't go by the website prices or the website at all. They need to update that asap! Happy hour has changed which is now from 2-6pm NOT 2-7pm! Among the prices too! Service quality has also gone down in expectations! Don't expect anything more than what you get. My friend and I went to BWW for lunch today around 1:30, so not during rush lunch hour. The waitress is very inexperienced. At least she was nice and pleasant. She DOES NOT know how to save her steps by bringing multiple items to the table at once or clearing a table when heading back to the kitchen. Our appetizer arrived before napkins, utensils, water and drinks arrived. We were almost done eating the appetizer when she finally brought napkins and utensils. Again, not saving her steps. My friend's lunch was brought to our table and about 5 minutes later my food arrived, cold. The waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything else. I ordered the unlimited boneless wings. By the time she came back to check on us, I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait for another order of boneless wings, therefore I asked to be charged for the lunch boneless wings at $11 instead of the unlimited special at $19.99. Thankfully, she had the manager adjust the ticket. None of the tables had been cleared from previous guest. One of the community tables was used as a busing table. Clearly the restaurant was understaffed as well. Why didn't the manager come out and bus tables and expedite food?? Why isn't the manager training the staff to be more efficient?? You had a medical emergency in your dining room today and I have steeped on this issue all day. The behavior of your bartender today was UNACCEPTABLE. An unfortunate situation unfolded where a young man was throwing up. My mother in law asked the bartender for napkins and the bartender ignored her. Not one staff member came to help this poor kid. My mother in law asked the bartender a second time for napkins for this poor kid and the bartender snapped back that she was busy and she needed to wait her turn. Then proceeded to throw the napkins onto the bar at another visitor who acknowledged the behavior of the bartender as well. Serving alcohol should NEVER be more important than your customers health and safety! If it is, you shouldn't be serving alcohol in the first place. I'll be contacting the corporate office to discuss this issue further, as we spoke to the "manager" at the door, who found our complaint funny, as he was laughing.
