The place is beautiful, many T.V.'s. My husband and I sat down, the service was quick, but there were so many servers. It's a wings sports bar, not a fine dining moment, so why so many servers. There were too many, I like having a relationship with my server, especially since we thought we were there for the duration of a Giants game. You need to have a variety plate with all the wings. I went into this place for lunch with my boyfriend and his 4 year old daughter and, while the food was decent and came out in a timely manner, what I found to be unsettling was that one of the guest experience captains( I believe her name was Kaili), was cussing and saying awful words to one of the other employees, words like, (b*tch, c***, w****, etc. It was probably the worse guest service experience I have ever encountered. Especially, when my boyfriends daughter is asking what the words mean. And when we asked to speak with a manager, a young 'man' by the name of Larry (?) told us that she would be punished for her actions..... However come to find out that this employee is still working at BWW and that no actions were placed against her. So all in all, this was the first and last time that I will ever go to BWW....... The Managers obviously do not care about their customers, since they let their employees cuss out other employees and not reprehend them... So do not take your children to this place. read more

For 10am football not bad at all. I tried BWW after another local bar failed my expectations for Sunday morning NFL football. BWW certainly delivered. There was ample seating, friendly service, drink specials for football and many many TV's within easy eyesight. Everyone in my party wanted to watch a different game and we were all satisfied. The food was normal pub grub so there wasn't much to mess up or praise. Finally, the only thing that keeps this from being five stars is they were insistent on playing the Oakland Raiders over the sound system. This is just poor form. If you are an Oakland Raiders fan, please stay home and watch the game on CBS. Don't come to a local bar and look silly that you are spending money at 10 in the morning when you could be relaxing with your family at home. First thing service is so slow it took them 30min for them to bring me a cup of water. The food was good but they took a long time to bring us the food. The server was so rude. My family from Mexico is visiting and forgot there passport and only had their ID from Mexico. She did not accept it because she didn't know how to read the ID card. Sat in the bar section tonight and after sitting for a couple minutes I realized I had sat in gum. I told the waitress that gum was attached to my jeans thanks to the seat and she offered soda water and napkins. I tried being polite about the situation and laughing it off and assumed they would give me some sort of discount for the inconvenience of ruining my jeans and they did nothing. Spoke with the manager and all she said was oh sorry is there anything we could do to help. Not offering a discount or gift card or anything. TERRIBLE!! Been multiple times and the service, drinks and food get worse and worse every time. Ordered a Captain & Coke and told the waitress I could barely taste the Captain, it was pretty much just Coke and she wanted to argue with me and tell me that there was enough Captain in there...obviously not or I wouldn't complain. Finally she took it back to the bar and told the bartender to make another drink and from across the bar area I heard her get defensive and ask why...it should've never been questioned, just make the drink! Tanya was our server and she was FREAKIN' AMAZING! Really good service, probably some of the best I've ever had there. We go to this BWWs a lot and have always had pretty alright service, but we went there on 12/19/2015 with my parents and Tanya went above and beyond. Not only a good server but just a genuinely great person. I am so utterly impressed with her and this place. The Manager Sasha was also so awesome, more so than what I ever could've for. Honestly, the food isn't that great. It's glorified bar food... But the environment is fun and makes it worth the occassional dine. Always packed and loud with tv's in every direction. Eh, the wings were fine and you have lots of options. The over apps we tried were just ok to average. The service was fine while we were there, just after Monday night football ended. Must be under new management. Came in on 7/19 for dinner with the family and was seated within 5 min. Our server was nice. We got our food hot and quick. While eating, different managers approached us to make sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything. Bathrooms were clean so that was a plus and food was on point. read more

I love wings. This is the only wing-specific restaurant in the Monterey/Seaside/PG area and it is good enough to satisfy my wing cravings. The beer selection is good too. With that being said, they need to work on some things. The TV volume is WAY too loud. The experience eating there is probably similar to the mead halls of Beowulf's day. Work on the atmosphere and crowd control. Put some heaters outside and open up that area. If you want wings and don't mind having your senses overloaded by atmosphere, Buffalo Wild Wings is the place for you. read more

We ate during happy hour today (wasn't too busy). Wings were delicious. Service was good and staff were friendly.

Fist time ever at a B W2. Service here was great, sat and attended to right away, glass was never empty, and was checked on by the server just enough to be perfect and not annoyingly interrupting. However the "PR" guy who gets sauce samples, although nice enough was a little awkward. Food not great, but wasn't bad, was expecting to be along the same line as Hooters. Buffalo chicken wrap was pretty darn good and the mini chili dogs were surprisingly perfect, just the right amount of chili and cheese to be hearty but not overly sloppy. A little loud, but it is a sport bar. Very friendly staff, had multiple "have a great evenings" as we left and an employee even opened the door for us as well. Would come back here, probably would be fun with a larger group on a game day or fight night to just park it and drink for hours. read more

The Seaside BWW has gone from bad to worse, I am not sure if that is possible, but dam...it has. Since my previous review I have been returning (glutton for neglect i guess) and service is virtually non-existant. I thought home depot was bad, everyone runs to the back..and hides. I am not sure but maybe the customers should move back there too. Today was the last straw as they say. We sat down, waited for service with maybe 4 other customers in the place. 7 to 8 servers stood not 10 feet away, watched us take our seats and NOT ONE of them came to greet us. We motioned and it was as if we were invisible. 15 minutes later we walked out to their comments of "they're leaving" . It really surprises me that no one cares about customer service but what is more surprising is that the management follows suit meaning they also hide in the back even though there are customers waiting to be served I really don't know what more I can say because apparently no one pays attention or at least Buffalo Wild Wings management does not monitor Yelp otherwise they would heed the customers comments and hopefully would improve the atmosphere.
