Absolutely shameful. Happen to be in Seekonk so want to grab a quick bite. While Dartmouth is my local BDubs and they are terrible, I was hoping this location can help redeem the franchise....what a mistake. For a Monday night 6ish I was the only table, this should've been my clue but I ignored the sign and stayed. Not sure why, and certainly not for the deafening loud music. The music was so loud the only time I can carry a conversation was between songs. Food and water came in good speed. As the only table there I was surprised the wings were luke warm and not hot off the fryer. This is the biggest issue I have with the Dartmouth location but I guess this site is also plagued with the same. Bring my fried food out when done? Why wait till it's cold? After my meal I decided to order a salad to go for fam at home, and this is where my nightmare began. We waiting for 40minutes....remember I said we were the only table? For the life of me I can't understand why a dish that don't require cooking need to take so long. When we finally got the salad, it looked like two microwaved chicken breast with thick slabs of bbq sauce on top (and the sauce was on container, and all over the bags). Veggies were wayyy over sauced and withered, topped by rubbery croutons straight out of the fridge. This disgrace of a salad costed me $17 and 40minutes. Does the kitchen staff have any standard? The salad looks so bad I immediately ordered another from local 99pub. No way I was going to feed my wife this pile of garbage. It went in the trash as soon as I got home. I won't be returning. Oh sweet mercy, what a glorious shitshow I just survived at Buffalo Wild Wings. Picture this: I roll in with the wife, the son, and the daughter at 5:30 PM like a bunch of idiots who still believe in decent service and edible food. First thing I say to our server--let's call him "Captain Brain-Dead" because accuracy matters--is crystal clear: "Hey pal, we're gonna need separate checks. One for me and the wife, one for the kids." Simple instructions. Like telling a toddler not to eat the crayons. But no. This genius immediately starts treating the "2 meals for $20" deal like it's radioactive and might melt his face off if he actually applies it. He launches into the most pathetic upselling routine I've ever seen, trying to screw the kids over like we're at a used-car lot instead of a wing joint. We had to argue for that deal harder than a politician denies everything on election night. Every time he came back to the table it was the same dance: "You sure you don't want to pay full price? It's only double what you were expecting and comes with a free side of regret!" Then the real fun began. The service moved at the speed of a glacier having a bad day. We sat down at 5:30. We finally crawled out at 8:20. Nearly three hours for what should've been a quick wing massacre. I've had more efficient experiences waiting in line at the DMV while someone ahead of me argued about their expired license photo. Drinks? Forget it. My kids were slowly turning into statues from boredom and hunger. And the pièce de résistance--the strawberry lemonade. One simple strawberry lemonade. Not brain surgery. Not rocket science. Just pink lemonade with a hint of strawberry and a prayer. Fifteen minutes. I sat there watching the clock like it owed me money while this guy apparently had to grow the strawberries from seed, squeeze them by hand, and then consult the ancient lemonade gods before delivering it. By the end, my wife was pissed off enough to make a honey badger look chill. The kids were stressed, over it, and probably wondering why we didn't just stay home and microwave some frozen pizza like civilized people. Captain Brain-Dead single-handedly turned what was supposed to be a fun family night into an endurance test that left everyone drained, annoyed, and questioning their life choices. Look, Buffalo Wild Wings, I know you're not exactly Michelin-star material. You're the spot where people go for loud TVs, messy fingers, and the faint hope of decent wings. But when your server has the combined IQ of a soggy napkin and the urgency of a sloth on vacation, it stops being "sports bar casual" and turns into "why the hell did I ever leave the couch?" Would I recommend this place? Only if you're in the mood for wings drenched in disappointment and a side order of family therapy. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and hit up literally anywhere else. For the tenders we tried the orange and honey BBQ. The orange had a bit of a kick, but was still yummy. There was a similar spice level, though different flavor, on the loaded bird dawgs too. Tiffany, the waitress that night turned us away said she was the only waitress and that she could not take our party of 8. The chicken wings and boneless wings were a joke. It looked like they had been cooked for hours...so dry and shriveled up. One of the wings must've come from a baby chicken because it was minuscule. The wings were not edible and I ended up calling the location just to let them know what was being sent out. The man and manager I spoke to sounded sympathetic and invited me to send pictures to their email to (what I thought they wanted to) rectify the situation but I never heard back from them. I had low expectations due to the low rating but I would definitely come back here again! I came here with my boyfriend, who was wearing a Jets hat. As soon as we got inside, a waiter came up to us and said he'd been trying to get the Jets game on for a while, and he would let us know when he did. Already off to a great start! Within a few minutes, a waitress came over to help us. The service was super quick and she was very friendly. She also gave us an update on the Jets game and within 5 minutes, the game was on. I've gone to BWW up in Woonsocket and also across the way in Dartmouth, MA and have never experienced such horrible service like I did here at the Seekonk location. At first I was impressed, and a bit shocked. It was a Friday night and the parking lot was empty. Upon entering the restaurant, we were promptly seated. There were ONLY FIVE parties in the restaurant. Groups of 3-4 max. The location seems brand new so I was excited and eager. Our waitress came over, and we placed our order right away. That was around 8:45. Around 9:30 our food was STILL not out. The kitchen couldn't have been busy. There were barely any guests in the restaurant. We did notice some drama with a young man coming out from the kitchen who seemed to be complaining about his working conditions. The manager was nowhere to be found. Instead our waitress had to calm him down. It seemed totally unprofessional. Usually BWW has several managers walking around, checking in with you, and making sure everything is ok. This one, nobody was anywhere to be found. We began to get upset. The young worker who was complaining started to make eye contact with us and made us feel very uncomfortable. After 15 min went by and at this point it was 9:45 with no food, I got up and yelled "WERE STILL WAITING" since our waitress and nobody else could be found in the restaurant. Promptly after that our food arrived and felt and tasted like it was under a heat lamp for a very long time. Cooking chicken wings doesn't take 45 MIN! Come on! If it was slammed, I'd say otherwise. The manager did end up coming out and apologizing and took $20 off our receipt, which we were greatful for but then when paying our receipt with gift cards, the waitress decided to take her tip off of our gift card (which isn't customary). She knew she was going to get a low tip to begin with and she decided to take whatever she pleaded off our gift card!!! How RUDE! We were baffled. Alright this review is based on an experience I had with TAKE-OUT at BWW. My takeout order was placed online. For 5 people on a Thursday night it took them about 35 mins for the order to be completed and their take-out was busy - not bad. I ordered the Shrimp Po Boy and shared the Sampler as an appetizer with my family. The Shrimp Po boy was okay. I've also been to New Orleans and had Shrimp Po boys there so I will say the sandwich here does not compare. The bread isn't bad and the shrimp isn't either. It's deep fried and battered and the flavor is okay. It comes with Po boy sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and coleslaw. Not the freshest veggies but also not the worst I've had. The appetizer Sampler we got came with onion rings, nachos, boneless buffalo wings, and mozzarella sticks. It was okay. Nothing special but good for sharing. Overall I will say that this place is okay. I didn't try the wings (I'm a pescatarian) although I have had them at another BWW location back when I did eat meat and they were pretty good. If you want a large variety of wings I said you head here. Otherwise, this place is nothing crazy. read more
