This place is growing on me. I feel like the food & service has actually improved over the years. We went on a Saturday night. Place was jammed, but we were still seated within 10 minutes for two. The hostess was a jerk! We had a bad experience down the street @ Outback where they forgot about us, so we were joking with the hostess asking her not to forget us. She didn't even smile. Just a puss on her face. I honestly don't think she has too many friends there as she was just as much of a puss to the other staff. I observed her while we waited. She should be moved to the back kitchen. I will add once we sat down. Our server was bubbly, friendly & we just loved her. She read us & knew my friend needed a drink stat. Now that's service. The food was good & honestly even better as leftovers. Plenty to eat on site with good portions. Definitely a great value for a family night out. Lots of birthday celebrations this evening. I don't know what it is with restaurants failing to give silverware. Food is served with no silverware. This is not the only restaurant we have experienced this. I would work that out. We were in Seekonk and feeling hungry so we decided to drop by for an early dinner. It had been several years since we had last eaten at this chain. The place was very busy but we were seated immediately at a booth. The interior was reasonably attractive but not an interesting design. Our server, Alyssa, was on the ball and juggled several tables competently. We ordered a couple of beers, the 6oz filet with fries which were not crispy even though I had asked for them to be so. The medium rare steak was reasonable. My wife had the 12oz ribeye some of which she intended to take home, which she did. Our different salads were good. We didn't have any room for dessert. The meal didn't match up to that of many good restaurants, but we did not expect it to do so. The check came to $72 which is reasonable for a steak dinner of this kind. read more

Overall, not a bad experience and good value if you're craving a steak but don't want to cook/clean at home or dish out $$$$ for 8oz of meat. I was pleasantly surprised by two things: the ambiance/cleanliness of this restaurant and the bread! The baked potato was also good, just a bit too much salt (see below). Our server was kind and prompt with service. Now where LongHorn can improve: everything was overly salted, especially the rice pilaf. To me, it felt like things were seasoned with 95% salt, 5% other seasonings. Customers can always add freshly grated salt that's provided on the tables, but you can never un-salt it. Next, the lobster tail was quite small and imo not worth the extra cost. We also tried the shrimp, which the marinade was lacking depth. Again, it was worth a shot. It's good value and a more accessible steakhouse for us common folk. Will just ask for less/no salt next time! read more

We ordered online for curbside take away and the pickup process was simple and easy. My steak was tough to cut and almost impossible to chew, which was a real bummer because it had great flavor and was cooked to a perfect mid rare temperature. My husband got the same exact meal and his steak was much easier to cut and chew. The loaded baked potato and side salad that came with it were good. The kids chicken tender meal was so salty that my son wouldn't eat it and the mac and cheese side that we upgraded for an extra $2.99 was nothing special. For the kids drink I ordered a water and was expecting a bottle of water but got a plastic cup of tap water instead, which was disappointing. While it wasn't a terrible experience, I'm not sure we would order take out from here again because there was no way to 'fix' the things that we weren't happy with. read more

Waited for 20 minutes at a table without any acknowledgement, Drinks were terrible. Steak was terrible. Mac & cheese was terrible (from a box), baked potato was fine (hard to mess that up). All I could smell was the wet kitchen floor and those mats restaurants use. Yes it reeked in the dining area where we sat. The bill was $82 for two "filets" and two drinks. The shrimp app was good and my margarita as well. I ordered the Renegade Ribeye, medium rare and it was beyond rare, so, raw it was cold to the touch. I asked to have it cooked some more. It came back and was still uncooked. I ended us sending it back and not getting any thing else. I don't trust the food safety practices of a steakhouse that sends out uncooked food. They are jeopardizing the health of their customers. The place was clean, and the server was great. read more

Food was great but service was horrible, we had no server for 15 minutes and other servers just past next to our table, it was only 2 of us. The server took forever to bring our drinks, the salad came out before the drinks did. The server didn't say her name and looked like she was miserable. The food came out on a good time period, but even when leaving and we asked for boxes she didn't even ask how many, only brought out one and took another 10 minutes to get the other box. Cherry on top , we didn't even receive the complementary bread, had to tell the manger when we were already packing out food. She didn't ask if we wanted refills on water and didn't even ask us if we wanted dessert. we are fans of the Wareham location. last few visits my husband complained about a untidy awful smelly men's room. Last visit was on 1/11/25 he said it was not even tolerable. We did mention this to a worker and he said he would go spray, but there was a problem with one of the urinals. Guest should always have access to a clean bathroom and this happened more than once. I've never been to a Longhorn Steakhouse before and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The restaurant was well kept, modern, and very spacious with a variety of seating arrangements. They have ample parking at the rear of the building. The menu was decent and the prices were affordable compared to competitors. The meal portion was generous and came out of the kitchen in courses. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very prompt and accommodating. An overall positive experience and I would recommend this restaurant to other patrons. read more

My husband and I have dined here a few times throughout the years and have found that this LongHorn Steakhouse is really hit or miss. Our recent experience was a bit of a bummer. We ordered Nachos, Stuffed Mushrooms and Chowder for appetizers to share. The chowder was pretty good, The stuffed mushrooms in the past have been muuuch better and the nachos really fell short. For our entree we split the largest steak option on the menu with a sweet potato and asparagus for the sides. The quality of the steak wasn't the greatest and the asparagus was an odd yellow color which had us question the freshness of the vegetable. The sweet potato was good. You'll enjoy the atmosphere here as the warm lighting really provides a nice relaxing vibe. Our server was very sweet so no complaints there. While this experience wasn't bad enough to where we'd never go back. Hopefully next time will be better if not then we'll definitely have to skip out on dining here. read more

Well my family I guess was really hungry and they decided to do Texas longhorn steakhouse which was okay. I like steak but I wanted more Italian food. The Texas longhorn ribeye at 20 oz was delicious had it with mashed potatoes and broccoli for a healthier side of things and then made it a surf and turf with lobster next to having a lobster chowder. While I am not a meat eater and not a big fan of chain restaurants, I must admit to being quite pleased with my recent dinner here. After weeks of cajoling my date into trying various seafood dinners, I caved and agreed to a steakhouse. While the menu items that appealed to me were limited, there was enough to keep me interested. The atmosphere was nice, too. It was dark and quiet with a cowboy/western motif. The service was very good, too. I ordered the Napa Grilled Chicken, which was two boneless, skinless breasts smothered in artichoke hearts, mushrooms and roasted tomatoes. The buttery Chardonnay sauce was nothing shy of amazing and the chicken was the juiciest I've ever eaten. For a side, I chose the loaded baked potato, which was also good. I started with a Caesar salad and was very happy with that, as well. Lots of shredded Parmesan and croutons with a tasty, creamy dressing. My date was in his glory and enjoyed his meal more than anything I've ever seen him devour, including my gourmet cooking. He actually moaned a few times. His choice was the Center Cut Top Sirloin, also accompanied by a loaded potato. He had the garden salad to start. Judging from the sounds and the clean plate, he thoroughly enjoyed it. Went to Longhorns to get some dinner with the BF. We decided to split the seasoned chicken wings and the Renegade Sirloin. Both dishes were good, but overly SALTY. The wings had a nice flavoring but very salty.. The steak was tender and made medium rare as ordered, but there was so much salt on it, I downed two full glasses of water. It's interesting that many other reviews have brought up the issue of food being very salty, but I don't see any feedback or response from the restaurant, not any corrective action from the kitchen as the food is still coming out salty..... My wife and I went to the Longhorn steakhouse in Seekonk Mass on Father's Day. The wait time was not bad, about twenty minutes. It was a bit busy but not crazy busy. I was looking forward to a nice steak and lobster tail. Sadly, ALL of our food was cold when it was brought to our table, including the appetizer!! Our waiter was slow and the manager was condescending when we spoke to him about the food being cold. You would think they would have at least offered to reheat our food but no they did not. Always seems to be some kind of problem here! Waiter put in one entree incorrectly! Simple Chicken Tenders put in as Parmesan Chicken; so they had to Fix it! The Service with Robert S. was not attentive at all! Robert S. (the waiter) disappeared for 20 minutes during our meal!! I would have loved a second beer but, it was not meant to be! They don't bus the tables in between courses but, they take food away from you before you are finished! A real problem! Loud atmosphere, wouldn't call it ambiance! Have yet to be disappointed with the service or the food here. Interestingly enough, we've had the same two waitresses every time - both of whom are great! Prime rib is my go-to and it is tender and full of flavor. The seasonal vegetables were bit al dente for my taste but good nonetheless. The longhorn steak tips are great but I felt like it would have been better served as a steak with mushrooms and onions. Big Sky Burger was completely finished by someone who rarely finishes a burger. ( I should have taken a bite while I had the chance. ) Haven't tried ordering takeaway yet, but seems like quite a few orders during the time we sat in the bar. We usually go here for a birthday dinner because it's too pricey for us regular folk. But all four of us loved our steaks (Flo, NY Strip and kids sirloin). Everything was cooked exactly as we asked. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive but unfortunately I can't remember her name. The appetizers came out fairly quickly and warm, not as if they sat u see the warmer like a lot of other places. It was a snowy day so perhaps that's why we were able to be seated immediately, but when we go we usually do the call ahead option and find that we wait no longer than ten minutes. The price is the only thing that keeps us from coming often but so far everyone has been pleasant, the drinks are yummy, the food delicious and if I ask for substitutions, they oblige.
