This was not a good experience and we won't be back. The wings were sub standard. My wife asked about getting a black bean patty for our toddler because the kids menu doesn't have anything vegetarian, the waitress said no problem. We were charged for the adult version of a burger (which comes with a side, cheese, pickle, and other fixings) but only got the patty and paid full price. When we asked the waitress about it she said there was nothing her manager could do. Her burger was supposed to come with "everything" on it, but did not- missing picco de gallo and jalapeño which make for a very different taste. I've been to many Buffalo Wild Wings. This was by far the worst one I've ever experience. Service was terrible, took forever to get our food or even place our order for that matter. Food was mediocre. had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food and another 10 minutes after we finished eating just to find someone to give us our check. Asked for ranch on all 3 meals and didn't get any. I also didn't receive my kids drinks for his meal.

Service was super slow. Spent over one hour waiting. Never received our order. Ended up leaving. I hope that can get their act together soon. read more

Service was so slow. Very few tables had customers due to social distancing. Waitress forgot our appetizer. Then brought the wrong cheese dip. When I asked about it having chili in it since I ordered the Chilli Con Queso she said oh and brought us out chili to put in the cheese. Okay I thought. Then when our food was delivered my daughter had asked for salt and vinegar on her fries. When she notice it was not on them she asked for the dry seasoning. We had to ask for it twice. Then I get my receipt and was charged for the chili that should have been in the price of the dip and I was charged for the dry seasoning that comes free on the menu. Ate their last weekend after tournament and we had large group. Needless to say we had the rudest waitress I've ever seen. Had to ask for menus and she gathered all menus in the place and threw them on our table , had order's messed up and one person got theirs way after everyone else.She has no business working in public! read more

Worst BWW's I've been in. Hate the layout. (Why hasn't Oklahoma banned smoking in restaurants???...oh yeah...it's Oklahoma...) The bar area is glass walled off from the rest of the dining area so people can smoke. I enjoy being able to sit at a bar top and watch some sports and have a beer.....not here if don't smoke. Tried sitting at an out of the way table, but of course....plenty of open tables and 3 decided to come sit right next to me and light it up. So much for that idea...my own fault thinking I could do that. Server was nice, but almost too nice.....strip bar nice if you get my drift.... Oh...food... We chose this restaurant to celebrate my grandsons 2nd birthday. We told the waitress upon arrival why we were there and how he loves it when they sing happy birthday. We couldn't get anyone to seat us first of all. After we got a table it took over 15 minutes before they took our order. We ordered chips and Queso which were very good actually. We finished them and were eating the chip crumbs and finally decided to order some more because the baby was getting tired and hungry. I had to wave down the waitress to order another order of chips and Queso which they of course charged us for. We finished this off and ordered some watered down overpriced drinks and God as my witness it was an additional 40 minutes before they brought our food. We asked the waitress if maybe they could go ahead and do the birthday song and she totally forgot about it. She was waiting on someone that could sing. My daughter took the baby and her food home and I finished my food and drink. They sent a cake with me at a price. The bill was over 115 dollars plus tip. We love the food & the service is pretty good most of the time. Tables are normally dirty when we walk through and the floor as well. The bar area is typically good and kept cleaner. Staff could be a little more happy when they greet you when you walk in. By we still keep coming back because well the food is good & sports. read more

About an hour ago, I made a stop here, traveling from Virginia to Arizona. It was most certainly a delight to be so warmly greeted by the attendant (her first name began with "L"). She was very helpful with answering all my questions about menu items, she smiled, and was very patient. Once the take-out order was ready, she apprised me of the amenities (i.e., napkins, wipes, etc.) included, as well as showed me what I ordered. Typical B-Dubs fare. Sometimes it seems like the hostesses don't really care that you showed up but the wait staff is usually pleasant.

I walked in expecting the typical sports bar experience. The experience I got was more like getting my fingernails pulled out one by one. Usually they have solid if not unspectacular service. Not tonight. When we sat down it was five minutes before we even got the drink orders taken. A couple minutes later they took our order and we got things going. Then the experience started to crumble. It took forever to get our food, the waitress did not provide anything close to even medicore service. We were not checked up on, or didn't even get our silverware. We ran into a friend from work (who was there long before we even arrived) who had been waiting on her takeout order for at least 20 minutes. And that's just the service. The chicken we got seemed to be old, like it sat around for a couple hours before it was made to order. Wow. I would not recommend going here. Find another place to get some chicken wings and a beer. Will not be returning to this location. Hope all Buffalo Wild Wings are not run like this one. 2 stars. read more
