The Longhorn Restaurant in Tombstone, AZ. Prickly Pear Margarita 5/5 stars!!
    Olga M.

We enjoyed dining at The Longhorn Restaurant in Tombstone, AZ twice because the food and drinks were very delicious. I'm going to rate this restaurant 5/5 stars for the area because our food, drinks and customer service was excellent!! We enjoyed the Prickly Pear and Golden Cadillac margaritas made by Richard they were excellent! We had 4 and could've had more!! The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. The restaurant had a lot of historic photos and nice decor. This restaurant has a lot of room for large groups. Give this restaurant a try! Happy Yelping :)

Probably the best restaurants on Allen St. Definitely not the hype of the old west like the others but it is real food unlike the fried bar food. The server was an absolute hoot! He joked and laughed and we really enjoyed his interaction! Obliviously you have to try the Tombstone IPA. Too bad it's not a draft. The meatloaf and country fried steak were absolutely delicious! Paired with a bubbly lager ! Absolutely Tombstone! The servers were all era dressed and added to the authenticity of the experience. Stop in you wont regret it.

Had a great breakfast didn't have to wait super long just me and my son. He got the pancakes no eggs and bacon enjoyed himself I got the steak and eggs everything was delicious. Tina was our server and she was great! Got a hot chocolate and it was so delicious especially since it was chilly this morning!

We stopped in for lunch before exploring the area. Our waitress was really attentive she warned me the fries were not gluten free so I got the salad instead and rhe burger protein style. I also got a refill on tea. The place is decorated with stained glass displays, wanted posters and other photography. Prices were fair especially for a tourist area. They do ask that you keep water bottles under the table or in purses though.

My family and I had a good time here! Our server was a very sweet lady named Margaret. Started with the blooming onion, chili cheese fries and potato skins for appetizers. Our favorite was the potato skins. The Blooming onion was fried to perfection, but I didn't care too much for the sauce as it is a mixture of ranch and salsa. I'm used to more mayonnaise based dipping sauce, you know me - lol - i LOVE my sauces!! We ordered two full racks of St. Louis ribs, and they were good, but may have been cooked earlier in the week. Their barbecue sauce made up for anything that was lacking there, so that was a total win! We splurged on chicken quesadilla , sourdough bread and also ordered a cup of chili for the Hubby, which is the same chili they put on the fries, but I guess he just had to have it ! My boys enjoyed the root beer and of course they serve alcohol. One of my son's even ate his entire pulled pork sandwich! There's lots of art to see, and the tables are also decorated. Surprisingly the bathroom was really pretty! We dropped almost $200 with tip and had a great time, there was no music to speak of, but there's plenty of space and we were sat quickly and were served quickly. I have rambunctious loud boys and didn't feel any sort of way at the laughter and the good time that we had! Here's my tip - order an appetizer before you even get settled. The kitchen was fast and the food was hot. We had a good time here and we definitely go back. Thank you Margaret for taking care of us!!

One nice server. One nasty. Full place for dinner. So popular. Pot roast was good. Prime rib good value, but not very tender. Noisy if you like that.

Came with my 14 yr old granddaughter for a overnight trip in tombstone. Parking is a nightmare if your handicap. We got here on a Tuesday evening. Did not have to wait to be seated. Service was ok. Nothing special. I had the pot roast special which was pot roast over Mashed Potatoes with a sluce of texas toast. My granddaughter had a chicken wrap with fries. She did not care for gers. The wrap was tp sweet and she spit out werid pieces of chicken $11.99. My pot roast had a decent flavor but some of the pieces of meat had a weird texture. There are not a lot of choices to eat in the evening on a Tue.

We went here for dinner. I had chicken fried steak with baked potato, coleslaw, green beans and baked beans. Tombstone is a small town, and this is a good meal for a small town. The service was good. I liked the quiet country music and nice ambiance. My husband rated his meatloaf a 3. My sister-in-law rated her burger a 4. We shared a good apple cobbler with ice cream.

I see you have Beyond Burgers and I was just wondering if we could substitute the Beyond burger patty for the meat in any of your burgers? If so - is it a straight across substitution or is there an extra fee? Thanks for the info

We have been waiting for over a year to try this exquisite gem of a restaurant in the Bisbee hamlet…read moreof Warren. Either it was closed, or our schedules didn't work. It was worth the wait, and our only regret is that we hadn't prioritized trying it sooner. Everything was magical, from the laid-back, hippie atmosphere of the street it resides on to the experience once inside the establishment. What makes this even more notable, and further enhances the experience, is the lack of similar dining establishments in deep southern Arizona. One can find fine dining in Tucson, over an hour away and far too far for a simple evening out. That's not to say there aren't decent or good restaurants in Cochise County. However, none excel in all aspects of an evening out experience, from greeting to service to the quality of the meal. We had a reservation and were seated immediately at the only table open in the restaurant. That is a plus for their table management. Within two minutes, our waiter appeared with water and bread. Expressing our joy at this proper start to the meal is impossible. In eight years of living in southern Arizona, we have often observed management and wait staff at other establishments taking five minutes or more to arrive at the table. That delay typically foreshadows a lack of basic service that follows. The bread basket featured freshly baked country bread, accompanied by a small plastic ramekin of butter. We would have enjoyed the butter served more elegantly, but that is a minor matter. The bread was excellent. We had heard that the restaurant's appetizers are a highlight and decided to try three: a fresh bacon, apple, arugula, and beet salad, Mussels Meuniere (which were specials), and Arancini. The salad was beautifully composed with just the right amount of dressing to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. The Arancini may have been the best I have ever had. Perfectly fried balls of tender risotto set in a delicious tomato sauce were an unexpected treat. The mussels, unfortunately, were the low point of the meal. Overcooked and rubbery mussels in a tepid sauce that lacked depth and flavor were a major disappointment. Still, that was the only disappointment of the evening and didn't detract from the rest of the meal. We chose two specials for our main course. My wife selected the Salmon topped with a deconstructed Clams Casino. I opted for chicken cutlets topped with eggplant and a dollop of pesto, served in a rich Roman mushroom tomato sauce. The Salmon was incredible. Perfectly cooked and nestled on a plate expertly nappeed with a sublime sauce, it alone excited the palate. But when topped with a well-made clam casino mixture, the dish became an epicurean delight. The chicken was masterfully prepared and was highlighted by the silky-textured eggplant that topped it. The Roman mushroom tomato sauce was well made, my only minor comment being that a different choice of mushrooms might have taken the dish to another level. That said, I would order it again, and probably will if it's on the menu when we return. The dessert selection had me wishing for a larger stomach. Every item on the menu and the specials board looked enticing. We settled on a Basque Cheese cake with blackberries and bananas. We could not have asked for a finer way to end the evening. Perfectly cooked, silky cheesecake in a subtle white sauce and topped with dollops of fresh whipped cream provided just the right amount of sweet and tart to end the meal. It was hard to have a conversation or even hear the server at times because of the live music out in the common area of the space. The music was good, it was just rather loud. Otherwise the vibe of the space if enjoyable with its nostalgia and stuff. In the past I've ranked my experience five stars but I had to bring it down a notch. I had the meatloaf dinner and my husband had Copper(something) pasta dish. Both were lukewarm at best. The flavors were still good but it wasn't a hot dish by any means, and the meatloaf was a bit saltier than I remember. For the pasta dish, the warm bread was hotter than the pasta dish itself. We didn't send it back because I noticed the server was handling dishes returned to the kitchen at the next table, and our dishes weren't cold or anything, they were just warm. I still maintain they absolutely deserve four stars because I suspect the kitchen might have been having an off night and the food was very good (just the meatloaf was a tad salty). We really enjoyed the mushroom appetizer and the beer selection is excellent.

I say okay! My bad I looked at yelp and when I clicked on their "website" option it took me to Facebook. She very rudely told me she didn't write the website. Okay? Awkward. She said they only had bar food and pizza. I asked what kind of bar food, and as soon as she said chicken wings I interjected and said okay great how many! And what flavors. She is super rude on the phone, and without prompt tells me she's super busy and doesn't have "all day" to read me the entire menu. I'm like, "I'm sorry I get that there's just no visible menu to order from" and she starts berating me that she doesn't write the website. She's so incredibly rude, at this point I'm literally holding the phone with my mouth open. I ask her what her name is and she HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME. I call back and ask to talk to the owner because that sh** was OUTRAGEOUS and she denies hanging up and suddenly insists she didn't hang up the phone. I get it's a small town but no amount of ignorance or lack of socialization calls for that level of rudeness. Next time, just say you don't take call out and maybe update your information so people don't call asking WHAT YOU SERVE.
