Plenty of hand sanitizer on site to use . Cons: service very slow; took forever to get a refill of soda. Popular items can be empty a while. Cost a bit high and there is a charge for using a credit card. Very skimpy on napkins and some dishes are messy. Desserts can be better/more options. Much to my surprise when I walked in to see that it was a Chinese buffet, it was a very familiar sight. The food was great, and plenty of seating area, but very loud as well, but you can still have a conversation. It gets very crowded on the weekends, so planning a visit during the week would probably be best Plenty of parking to park any size vehicle. My husband and I come here quite often. Service is about 50/50. The wait staff is either really nice or they dont say a whole lot. We do love the food though, it's always hot and I've never seen any empty spots on the lines. The sushi is really good and made anytime it's empty. We love this place though. My sister and husband wanted to come here for dinner, and it's got decent reviews. I could tell the food had been out awhile, and the sushi was a little bland. The meal itself though wasn't bad, and the price point is good for all you can eat food. The service is also lovely. The hostess seated us right away and the server immediately followed up with drink orders. It's a very family friendly establishment, so if you have kids, relatives, or just friends to spend time with, this is a great location. This place is the last buffet in town. It has been open over ten years now and still draws a crowd. When I feel like having stir-fry vegetables, I come here. The menu never changes. The same dishes are offered every day, all day long. Sushi, crab, fish, pork, beef and chicken are available, along with some American dishes like pizza and macaroni and cheese. I stick to my stir fry veggies and chicken. Service is good. But I've noticed a stark difference in the employees, depending on time of day. Go during the week and an American college kid will wait on you. Go on a Saturday night and you may get an employee with no English skills. The decor has not changed since this place opened and it is starting to show. The booths are starting to sag. The linoleum floor needs replacing. There are now TVs on the wall, but they remain mute. It's a big dining area with a big parking area that's easy to get in and out of. Seniors and military personnel get a 10 percent discount. Prices have gone up, but it's still a good deal. read more

I am Buffet Queen! But this buffet was horrid! It is small, lotsa old friend items, poorly prepared, meaning it didn't taste good. Fried items tasted like fried in old oil. Everything was a turn-off. I thought price was really expensive, for what you get, taste, and selection, too. Sushi station was really tiny, can't believe a live human was standing at such a small place, making sushi. I only came from Scottsdale to eat there because I was attending a square dance festival in this town. I just attended the Tucson Gem and Jewelry show, was there for 10 days. I ate almost every day at Lin's Grand Buffet. Food is really good there, really large variety and food is hot and the buffet is well-attend so freshly prepared food is always being put out. I used to eat at Golden Corral but Lin's steak is even better that GC, and they have clams, shrimp, crawdads, delicious steamed whitefish, and many Asian foods. I am Asian. Our first day back from two weeks in the UK, and we needed a filling meal. We were also using this meal to thank my parents (and my aunt) for taking such great care of our fur babies while we were away. My parents chose this restaurant for lunch, so off we went. The truly wonderful thing about the meal is that we were able to feed five people for less than $60. That included 3 senior discounts, of course, but hey, it was still a bargain. We were given a table near the entrance right away, and we soon scattered to the winds. My parents had been singing the praises of different dishes on the drive over, so they went towards those food stations (all the while calling out for me to come try it, just TRY IT!) My first pass was all about the sushi. Though, when I got back to the table, I realized it's more fauxshi, as none of the rolls were made with fresh fish. Guess it's hard to come by in a land-locked state? No, that can't be, because I've had sushi in Arizona before, and it was delightful. No, I think it was just a way for them to keep costs down. My second pass was all about the char siu ribs, piles of noodles, and dumplings. Pretty tasty, the char siu was perfectly sticky and sweet and easy to eat. The shumai was yummy, but a bit on the not-so-fresh side. The gyoza was a little less crispy than I like, but I still ate the heck out of it. My parents and aunt (and husband) all got their fill on the savory and sweet, though my dad and I just ended up sharing a plate of fruit at the end. To be honest, he started picking at my pile of grapes and orange slices, which was fine by me, as by that point, I was almost full up. Good selection at a great price. I Rarely make reviews but this establishment and staff is not kind to people with allergies. I am fully aware that this place is a buffet, and you can pick and choose what you are able to eat and what you'd desire. But this is the first buffet I have been to that does not have or provide an allergy menu. I have been here a year ago and was provided an allergy menu, this time I visited and asked if I could have an allergy menu again to view what foods had what ingredients. The staff told me that they never had one and don't provide one. That this is a buffet and I have to "choose" whatever I can have. So I sat there and could not eat the entire time while my partner ate. I understand if people love this place, I've heard they've been good, but from my experience, they treated me extremely poorly. And told me to just "choose". So if you have allergies, whatever they may be, this restaurant is not a good place to go to. Most buffets are much better and actually care about their customers and their health. But instead of helping me in anyway, they told me to just "choose" what I could have even if I have NO IDEA what ingredients are in the food. That's just playing Russian Roulette at that point, and I'd prefer to not go to the ER and a lawsuit over just "choosing" a meal. So I am going somewhere else.
